Leez Inn Makati

They have the friendliest and the most accommodating staff. they even assisted us get a grab to take us to the airport as we checked out. The rooms are clean and beds are really soft and comfy. it is also accessible; it's close to a market and Robinsons mall is just a few minutes away.

Good location and room large. Poor facilities in my Penthouse room 4 though. No wardrobe.

I strongly urge everyone to look for an alternate hotel in the vicinity as the management of Leez Inn is a habitual offender when it comes to overstating amenities. The wifi will not work properly and constantly the airconditioners never work and breakdown. I will not blame the staff as they are just scape goats facing the wrath of the guests where as the owners continue to fleece their customers by promising amenities that dont exist. So better beware of this unscrupulous hotel operator and be prepared for deficiency of service!

I spent 2 nights here, honestly the.hotel is very nice specially the Rooms, however Services in Receptions needs a Big Improvement... I can still recommend this place.and looking forward to my next visit..Hope they will improve..Great Potential👍😉

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like ******* Agoda ********** etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

We enjoyed staying in Leez Inn Makati.. It was great.. The price was worth it.. The room clean.. Amenities was complete as well.. I was perfect for us because there's a mini fridge and kettle.. We are looking in other hotels but they don't have those things.. That's why we decided to booked in Leez Inn Makati.. Staff are friendly.. Thank you so much.. Hightly recommended..👍

This is a simple hotel with clean rooms and pleasant staff. The beds are very comfortable and there are blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Across the road is Mr. Jeff's laundry, which is very handy. The hotel is located on a side street off Makati Avenue and so there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. This is good as the hotel has no restaurant and so your will need to go out for breakfast. I only have one problem with this hotel. Each room as a Do Not Disturb and a Make Up Room light outside the door. However, reception will still phone you to ask if you want your room clean. This is annoying. Please stop doing that. If you want a no-nonsense, clean hotel with good security and staff, then this place will be fine.

Do not stay here! When we arrived there is a pile of hairstrands but i chooses to be quiet. Second i request for a quiet room but they put mw beside the bar! It is not a simple noise because the base can shake your entire room bot to mention that there are loud singing of drunk people. Third there are 2 big cockroach that visited us and went to the other room! This is so disgusting and the owner does not have any compensation for it! An apology can be accepted but it seemed like they are just fine even when we paid for this hotel! Not value for money! If you want to stay late until 5am because of the loud music then go on and stress yourself! Noisy people on the nearby room too!
