Hotel con spa a Kathmandu

Come un rifugio appartato, l'hotel è immerso in un tranquillo vicolo nel cuore della vivace via principale. Entrando nel vicolo si viene avvolti da un'atmosfera serena, ulteriormente accentuata da un piccolo giardino nel cortile interno, che offre un'oasi di pace lontano dal trambusto cittadino. L'arredamento dell'hotel è nuovo, pulito ed elegante. Le camere si trovano al secondo piano e si affacciano sul tranquillo giardino. Il personale è disponibile e il drink di benvenuto è eccellente. L'hotel dispone di una piccola palestra, ma sufficiente per un allenamento confortevole.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo bellissimo edificio storico. Il personale è stato attento e gentile. Adiacente all'hotel sono bellissimi ristoranti (Nepalese, indiano e molto bello francese). Ho usato la piccola ma pratica palestra, poi la sauna e la finitura e il raffreddamento nella piscina esterna.  Solo 10-15m lontano dall'aeroporto (orari di fretta al di fuori).  Sono sicuro che tornerò.

Clean. Nice selection of breakfast. The concierge was professional and helpful. The valet staff was very helpful with the taxis. The reception desk staff was not quite familiar with his work. 1. Couldn’t find my booking. 2. Miscalculated the number of nights to stay 3. Didn’t realize the room was prepaid and was going to charge again. But he acknowledged his mistakes.

È stato un soggiorno fantastico. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno aiutato a prenotare il nostro autobus per Pokhara e a trovare un taxi per la stazione degli autobus. La colazione veniva servita sulla terrazza panoramica con vista sulla città. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per il vostro soggiorno a Kathmandu.

Everything was very good. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was abundant, and the restaurant was very good. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. The only downside — and I’m sorry to say this — is the nightclub next door, which made it difficult for me to sleep. Every night, the music went on from the evening until five in the morning. The hotel management should consider taking action regarding the nightclub, as it significantly affects guests’ ability to rest.

Ho vissuto un'esperienza meravigliosa al Lo Mustang nel novembre 2024. Ero in Nepal per un matrimonio e Anisha alla reception si è prodigata in ogni modo. Il servizio clienti è stato impeccabile. Mi ha dato consigli su sartoria, gioielli, lavanderia e abiti tradizionali, oltre al trasporto. Deepika, la responsabile della reception, è stata fantastica, assicurandosi sempre che le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte e che il mio soggiorno fosse confortevole. L'hotel si trova in una posizione perfetta e offre ottimi servizi. Inizialmente l'ho scelto per il suo splendido arredamento tradizionale. Dal vivo era ancora più bello, con murales su ogni piano. La colazione è fantastica, con una vista mozzafiato dalla terrazza sul tetto. Ho prenotato una seconda volta al ritorno a casa perché mi era piaciuto così tanto. Ho viaggiato da sola e sono tornata a casa con nuovi amici.

Globalmente buono.Il bagno sembra vecchio.Ha un sacco di tintura. Altrimenti tutto bene.La camera era ampia e pulita.

The room made a decent first impression and did the bare minimum. But, it quickly became clear that it’s best suited for a very short stay. The bed was comfortable enough. Overall, the room is fine if you’re just passing through, but anything longer starts to feel like stretching it. Staff presence around the hotel was limited. They clearly run on a lean operation, which can go either way. The guard in front of the elevator stood out in the best possible way and added a genuinely warm, human touch, which helped balance things out. At check-in, I was given two complimentary cocktail coupons for the upstairs bar, which immediately lifted my spirits. This was a place I had enjoyed many times before and often recommended to friends and family. I had good memories of the atmosphere, the food, and the general vibe, so I went in with high hopes. In the past I had written raving 5-star reviews of their restaurant food and amazing service! Unfortunately, the experience that followed didn’t live up to those expectations. What should have been a simple, enjoyable night out unraveled into confusion and unwelcoming interactions. Small moments piled up, the mood shifted, and it became clear that the experience had gone off the rails. Rather than force it, my group and I decided to take our time and money elsewhere. Sometimes you read the room and move on. I returned to the hotel later that night and stayed over. Took a hot shower in the morning, loved the smell of their body wash, btw! Another brief interaction during checkout reinforced the same theme: rigid, abrupt, and lacking the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel welcome. All in all, it’s disappointing to see a place I once enjoyed and freely recommended lose its consistency and warmth. I’m no longer comfortable recommending it, and I’m not sure I would choose to return. As for the unused cocktail coupon, I still have it. Any takers?

The hotel is perfect location 20 min drive from airport. Hotel is Amazing,like room is big ,bathroom amenities all very useful, service is excellent,and breakfast has a lots of variety and testy as well .value of money

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times but it gets progressively worse each stay. The only good thing is the location, the fact that it is near the airport and it’s only good for international arrival passengers not for departures. As someone who had quite a heavy luggage and a morning flight, it sure was an excruciating workout to walk a steep ramp with a trolley full of luggages to reach the departure hall which is entirely on another platform compared to the arrival halls. I’d only recommend it to people who have lighter luggages, arriving passengers and/or people who have late night flights because a having a hotel near saves a lot of time . The rooms were fine but there were a lot of insects likes moths, even though all the windows and doors were shut close. The beddings had stains and the worse part was that there were feces stains in the toilet which showed that cleaning was not done properly, even though they made me wait 20-30 mins to just to check in after arriving at the hotel. The good thing is that the staff were very attentive, especially the man in the reception. He was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable.
