One of the top hotels in Ipoh. Quite a big hotel, with 13 floors (including a bar and infinity pool at the rooftop). The twin room is a comfortable size for 2. All amenities provided, including complimentary snacks and 2 canned drinks in the mini bar. They've also installed a filter tap beside the basin in the bathroom that provided free flow drinking water. There's also a hot water dispenser provided at the lobby.
The rooftop pool is a fair size and you get a lovely sunset view too. It's also accessed controlled by room card, ensuring exclusivity for in-house guests. There's also a gym but I didn't check it out.
I love the creative Christmas tree in the lobby that had little towel animals, a running train and hand written greetings.
The hotel is also connected to Ipoh Parade mall, providing great convenience.
The hotel stay came with complimentary breakfast buffet from 6.30am to 10.30am and supper from 11pm to 2am! Breakfast is common but Supper is pretty innovative. Though the spread is limited to 1 savoury and 1 sweet item, the idea itself was a feel-good worthy thought. The breakfast spread is rather standard but quality is so so, I did enjoy the Nasi Lemak station and Chee Cheong Fun.

This hotel is considered quite good with this price and the location is quite near to the town. Moreover, they are providing breakfast, even though they don't refill the milk and the choice of food is not that much. But with the price given, I think it is reasonable. Oh.. one more weak point of this hotel is that the surrounding areas are quite dark and silent, and there is no convenience shop within walking distance.

Ottimo e io li apprezzerei la stella Michelin in servizio, pulizia, e privacy. Scegli la stanza che viene con giardino. Andare anche per il pacchetto di spa coppia. Colazione non manca molto di diffondersi. È necessario pre-selezionare il menu e il tempo veloce in anticipo. Ma la città stessa di cos Ipoh ha molti punti per colazione, così che potrebbe essere anche la scelta di tour. In generale grande luogo per rilassarsi e rilassarsi. Visiterò certamente questa proprietà per ogni viaggio a Ipoh.

Amo la combinazione di questo hotel con il centro Spa di svago. È un piccolo e caldo hotel. Il parcheggio è molto limitato. La stanza di ospiti al primo piano dietro il centro di trattamento dell'acqua. È necessario prendere acqua calda per entrare e uscire attraverso la reception centrale. Non è molto comodo prendere acqua calda la notte dopo la chiusura del centro.

UUtente ospiteThis is my honest review. 1. The room: It is clean and comfortable. Lighting could be better as its limited. Bathroom was very clean. Cons: Dressing mirror was dirty and also had a red 'bindi' that hindu females wear on their forehead. Clearly shows the mirror was not cleaned. 2. Price of the room: For its location, I personally feel that it is expensive. This is because for the same price I could get a better deal at 3 4 more hotels in Ipoh city centre which is closer to night live and entertainment. 3. Breakfast was ala carte not buffet. For the price we paid, i honestly expected buffet as that was what was offered in other premises. 4. Parking is available but keep in mind the hotel is part of a shop lot. So the parking is the normal shop lot parkings. 5. Facilities in the room: They do provide tooth brush, tooth paste, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Cons: There were hangers which im not sure if it belongs to the hotel as they were normal colorful hangers. 6. Customer service: Amazing staff. Very presentable.

The room was super clean and neat.
They allocate a place on the floor for us to keep the shoes due to raining season.
The room was very clean,big suitable for couples.
Here I placed a room picture which attached 1 big cupboard.
They provide us iron board,locker,LCD was 2
Sofa, electric kettle and mini fridge.
Our breakfast also provided at ground floor cafe,a good meal to enjoy..We had enjoyed the stay at Symphony Suite Hotel.
The staff very friendly, and helpful

UUtente ospiteTutto andava bene, tranne il parcheggio. Il parcheggio sotterraneo è troppo piccolo.
Vorrei dare un suggerimento all'hotel: le famiglie con bambini o anziani solitamente hanno bisogno di una piccola luce durante il sonno, comoda per loro quando devono andare in bagno.
Spero che l'hotel possa prenderne atto.
Resta comunque un buon albergo.
Torneremo se visiteremo nuovamente Ipoh.
La prenotazione tramite Trip.com è stata vantaggiosa. È più economico, più conveniente e facile da usare.
Nel complesso, sono comunque soddisfatto della prenotazione.

UUtente ospitesono venuto qui all'inizio di Feb 2023. Pensavo fosse solo un normale hotel a lotti/bilancio. Tuttavia, quando sono entrato nel lobby, ho avuto shock con l'interno e l'atmosfera, mi sento come in un hotel 4 stelle. Il nome del personale di custodia ha fatto davvero un grande lavoro per fare un giro in camera con noi. ci mostra un paio di tipi di camera e spiega ogni dettaglio e strutture dell'hotel. la ricezione (Indian guy, non ricordo il suo nome) È stato molto gentile e utile al check-in. Questo hotel ha una banda in diretta ogni sera, parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti (ma bisogna camminare un po'), un bel ristorante e un piccolo giardino. Il letto e la pigiama erano così gentile, ha anche condotto e fan! Hanno fornito anche un caricatore USB nella stanza. La doccia era spaziosa e molto pulita. Mi piacerebbe consigliare questo hotel a tutti se tutti volete un viaggio all'IPOH!

BBamboo stockSo many rules at this place; can’t do this and that. Even in the pool, you have to register before entering the pool. Security doesn't even allow playing with the ball or water gun in the pool. This place you can't enjoy much for me is a big no because it's so annoying with the management. Better to choose a different place, which is much more happening.

I hope the management can take this feedback into serious consideration & take any necessary actions. We have arrived at 9.20pm & aware that it has way past the check-in hour. There was no one was at the counter to attend to us the moment we arrived. So we made a call to ask for help. The staff, Andy picked up the call & started to rant about our late arrival as if we’ve committed a very serious mistake & there’s no solution to it. We couldn’t help as the traffic was terrible & we were really tired after the long drive so we asked for solution. The next moment he instructed us to go to the mailbox right next to the gate to get our room keys. I mean he could have just skip the ranting & blaming part & tell us straight that the key is just right at the mailbox. Understand that it has way past the check-in hour & the staff might be off duty, however this is not the service that I expect from a so called 5-star hotel customer service. Since the room’s soundproofing is bad, we were given another chance to overhear how Andy takes his customer service skills to the next level in the next morning. He was ranting about our late check-in & request for hair dryer at late night (oh ya forgot to mention that the room doesn’t come with hair dryer & only one bottle of universal shampoo or cleanser whatever you call that to clean your entire body or maybe even the toilet bowl also) in a very frustrated & rude manner. FYI, we did request for hair dryer from Andy but he said the counter has closed & no hair dryer & hung up the call. So we gotta go around to see if there’s any staff around to ask for it. Luckily there was an abang cleaning the room & gave us one from one of the rooms. We overheard & just kept quiet as we were still getting ready to check out in the room. We confronted him at the counter when we check out & Andy truly amazed us when he defended himself by saying he was just talking to his staff & he doesn’t think there’s any problems with being rude. Nevertheless, the hotel is undoubtedly stylish & comfortable in the sense that it truly provides an industrial-chic design with preservation of old building located at the heart of ipoh town surrounded by plenty of eateries & points of attraction. But the customer service, particularly this guy called ANDY, sorry I will never come back again as I don’t expect to pay so much in return for such hospitality.

UUtente ospite+ great location, very close to downtown, train station, gerbang malam, many shops and restaurants at a walking distance. The staff is just great, always ready to help. WiFi is ok, hot water, hair drier, water dispenser on each floor. Aircon is old, but works ok.
- clearly can improve cleaness, the dust is everywhere. Window is dirty too. The bedsheets can be improved too, some had stains and small holes.
