We really enjoyed our stay at NOA, metro station is only 7mins walking distance, the room is clean and comfortable.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte mentre guardavamo uno spettacolo al Guangming Arts and Culture Centre. La posizione è perfetta, proprio accanto alla fermata della metropolitana Fenghuang Town sulla linea 6. È anche in cima al centro commerciale Wanda Plaza e di fronte al Mira Land Mall, entrambi enormi centri commerciali. Il centro Arts & Culture è facilmente raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato in una Guest King Room che era enorme. Tutti i nuovi accessori di alta qualità. Letto comodo. La colazione era abbondante e di buona qualità, anche se principalmente con selezioni cinesi, come ci si potrebbe aspettare.

L'intera esperienza di soggiorno è stata impeccabile. Il servizio dell'hotel è meticoloso, il personale è altamente qualificato e ha un atteggiamento gentile e amichevole. Le camere sono pulite, luminose e tranquille, rendendo il soggiorno molto confortevole. La signorina del team del servizio ospiti è stata premurosa e affidabile, trattando tutti con sincerità e cortesia. Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a The Ritz-Carlton e abbiamo apprezzato il caldo e attento servizio in tutto il tempo. L'equipaggio è stato grande nel fare il compleanno di mio marito speciale con una bella torta di compleanno e una carta pensativa che ha aggiunto un contatto personale. Ogni interazione si sentiva ancora veramente benvenuta, e la nostra stanza era impecabilmente mantenuta. La posizione era anche perfettamente conveniente per esplorare, mangiare e andare in giro con facilità.

L'ambiente è estremamente confortevole, perfetto per una vacanza adatta a tutte le età. Le camere sono grandi e accoglienti, e all'arrivo si viene accolti all'ingresso con assistenza per il trasporto dei bagagli in camera. Le stanze sono pulite e igienizzate, e abbiamo ricevuto una piacevole sorpresa con le decorazioni di palloncini fatte dal personale. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. Avremmo voluto goderci la vista della città dal salotto della hall, ma abbiamo dovuto andarcene prima del previsto a causa del profumo troppo forte.
