Hotel con spa a Gold Coast

Recentemente sono rimasto in un hotel a Gold Coast, con una esperienza molto positiva, e il personale era incredibilmente bello e molto amichevole, sempre pronto a assistere con un sorriso. La camera era grande e la grande stanza offre un'atmosfera confortevole che rendeva facile rilassare.Inoltre, la posizione era ideale, solo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalla stazione ferroviaria, con un supermercato vicino per la comodità. Ma ho incontrato una questione deludente: abbiamo visto un cazzo nella nostra stanza, ma purtroppo non ha sovrascritto il conforto e le strutture del nostro soggiorno. Con un po' di più attenzione alla pulizia, questo hotel potrebbe essere una scelta eccellente per i visitatori futuri.

A totally perfect stay, from the moment of checking in to the day of returning home.  Nice room, nice people, nice restaurants… just everything so great!!

I stayed at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach from 24 to 27 July. On the evening of 25 July, while applying body lotion as part of my normal daily routine, I noticed several small marks on my shoulder and upper inner thigh/groin area that appeared to be possible insect bites. I apply body lotion every day and am certain these marks were not present on the evening of 24 July after check-in. It was winter on the Gold Coast, and on 25 July I spent most of the day inside a shopping centre, wearing long sleeves and long trousers outdoors. I cannot say with certainty where the marks came from, but later that evening I also saw insects in the room and immediately reported the matter to the hotel. I did not want to remain in that room. I repeatedly tried to contact Trip.com because, based on previous experience, they have helped arrange alternative accommodation when hotel problems occur. Unfortunately, I could not reach Trip.com that night. The hotel told me it was fully booked and offered only two options: move to a room without air conditioning or remain in the same room after it had been cleaned. As it was late, I was overseas, and I had no practical alternative, I reluctantly accepted the temporary arrangement. That same evening, the hotel told me that I would be upgraded to another room the following day and that breakfasts on 26 and 27 July would be complimentary. Before accepting, I asked what would happen if the marks became worse. The staff did not make any promise regarding my physical condition or responsibility. They simply explained that the cleaning, room upgrade and breakfasts were “extra” goodwill gestures. I accepted based on that explanation and because I had no realistic alternative that night. The staff who initially handled my complaint were polite, professional and genuinely tried to help. My main disappointment was the hotel’s internal communication. For clarity, I paid for breakfast on 25 July myself. The hotel promised complimentary breakfasts only for 26 and 27 July, and I did not even have breakfast on 26 July. Despite this, I had to explain the same arrangement three times: 1. When collecting the key for the upgraded room on 26 July, the front desk initially said breakfast was not included. 2. On the morning of 27 July, the restaurant reception again said I needed to pay. 3. At check-out on 27 July, the front desk attempted to charge me for three breakfasts. The charges were eventually removed, but only after I explained the situation again. My criticism is not directed at individual employees, as everyone I dealt with was polite and willing to help. The real issue was the lack of communication between the department handling my complaint, the front desk and the restaurant. The location is excellent and the staff attitude was generally good, but discovering possible insect bites and insects in the room was already stressful. Having to repeat the same issue three times because the hotel’s own goodwill arrangement had not been communicated internally made the experience even more disappointing. I hope the hotel improves its room hygiene, complaint-handling procedures and communication between departments.

We are 4 nights booking. We think this apartment should provide some Facial Tissues boxes when we check in. They DID NOT mention they are SELF CATERING apartment in trip.com. Look like same as others apartments and hotels. When we ASKING FOR Facial Tissues boxes to provide, the reception told me go to convenient shop or Cole’s. we are extremely tired from long distance flights from 11am to next day 7:30am. We’re feeling walking distance 10mins x2 return , total wasted 20-25 mins for us. The receptionist brought a facial towel to us and suggest us go to buy yr own tissue; otherwise suggest us use the toilet paper instead of it——-How awful? I strongly recommend: 1. They must write down what will be provided and clearing services how frequently. 2. Only well come pack, it should including facial tissue boxes. Otherwise, provide selling items. 3. To limit office hours, should provide the machine for selling essential things, such as toiletry, tissues, toothpaste, teeth brush, comb, slippers, cotton tips. Soap etc. Looking forward improving! If they not trying to saving $1, it would be better service. For environment, facilities, swimming pool, car parking all is very good.

We had a wonderful stay at Q1 Service Apartment and Spa. The service was excellent, and everything was very clean and well-maintained throughout our visit. We especially loved environment — such a highlight of our stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view that made the experience even more enjoyable. Even the little details stood out, like the shampoo, which smelled amazing. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would definitely come back again!

Had everything you need for a comfy stay, will be back! Would have love to stay longer

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso, il letto era incredibilmente comodo, e la posizione era grande. L'unico svantaggio era il trasporto, che poteva essere un po'picchiato o perso, e le tariffe erano talvolta piuttosto costose, quindi è qualcosa da tenere in mente. Il personale era eccezionalmente amichevole, accogliente e utile per tutta la nostra permanenza, e ci ha sorpreso di essere stato aggiornato con un complimento, che ha reso la nostra visita ancora più speciale. Per scongiurare, darono al mio ragazzo un cioccolato per il suo compleanno, che era un gesto così pensativo e lo fece. In generale, siamo stati molto soddisfatti della nostra esperienza e saremmo stati felici di rimanere qui di nuovo.

Inizialmente mi era stata assegnata una camera che dava sulla piscina della discoteca, estremamente rumorosa di notte. La musica si è interrotta verso l'una di notte, non sono riuscito a dormire e la mattina dopo avevo un forte mal di testa. Per fortuna, dopo la mia segnalazione, sono riusciti a farmi cambiare camera e ad averne una dall'altro lato. L'hotel si trovava a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal Paradise Center, dove si trovano tutti i ristoranti. Sarebbe stato utile se il parcheggio fosse stato gratuito per gli ospiti dell'hotel.

We stayed at H residencies (room 24106) for 4 days in June. The location is amazing - close to beach, restaurants, clubs and shops. Very happening place. Beautiful view from the balcony too. Access to 3 swimming pools, spa and sauna. However, following reasons, we were not very happy with. - in both the bathrooms, the shower door won’t close properly, water spills outside, making the whole bathroom wet. Safety hazard as it’s very slippery and you have to be very careful. Moping and drying after each shower. - the carpet and the rug need a good washing and cleaning. They were dusty and dirty. - there was no conditioner or body lotion provided. It is very usual to have these amenities. I never carry them to any holiday stay overs. - the AC won’t go more than 24C, which is generally okay but my parents felt cold it would have been good to have extra blankets or portable fan heater or fan for summer for people with different needs. - it is next to impossible to talk to anyone. I could only contact them through TRIP.COM app or email. No one picks up the call or replied to normal message. - there were many patches on the walls and not well presented. Furniture also looked old and dirty.

Sfortunatamente non abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno. Prenotammo 3 appartamenti per una vacanza familiare e tutti 3 avevano problemi. Tutti 3 appartamenti avevano cons di aria difettosa. 1 cons di aria non funzionava affatto e anche un bagno in quell'appartamento non funzionava neanche. Anche quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo trovato uno dei nostri parcheggi con una macchina parcheggiata in esso e che altri due ospiti erano stati assegnati allo stesso parcheggio che noi. Tutti abbiamo contattato la compagnia di viaggio e tutti gli ospiti sono stati incaricati di chiedere aiuto dalla ricezione dell'appartamento che ci ha poi detto a tutti di contattare la compagnia di viaggio perché non si occupano degli appartamenti privati e dei loro parchi auto. Così è tornato e uscito per ore, abbiamo visitato l'ufficio due volte, fino a quando la macchina non è stata finalmente rimossa. In termini di non ariacone/ bagno rotto, ci è stato detto che non c'era nulla che la società di lettura potesse fare a proposito, perché hanno solo 1 membro del personale sul cosi' dovremmo aspettare il giorno successivo e che alcuni dei nostri costi sarebbero stati rimborsati (siamo ancora in attesa) Il giorno dopo, la mattina, il personale ha visitato e ha detto che l'aria condizionata è rotta e che dovranno trovare un'altra stanza, così ci ritroveranno. Era vicino al momento di chiusura della società di lasciare e non avevamo sentito indietro, quindi ci siamo seguiti solo per essere detto che non ci sono più camere disponibili e la nostra famiglia avrebbe dovuto fare con i fan. I nostri familiari in nessuna camera con aria condizionata si sono ammalati dal calore/stufizia anche con le porte e le finestre aperte. Le strutture - lagoon, palestra e piscina sono fantastiche, quindi è stato davvero sfortunato che non ci siamo divertiti a causa della mancanza di manutenzione degli appartamenti e del servizio.
