Vorrei essere un 5 stelle....ma non posso. Esperienza davvero deludente, per me, non basta una mano di pittura ed un nuovo arredamento per trasformare un vecchio 4 stelle in un buon 5 stelle. Hotel sporco, personale incapace ed inespressivo, colazione misera per qualità e quantità, ed un esperienza personale drammatica ” che devo raccontare”. Ascoltate bene! Arrivo in Hotel il 12 ottobre alle 23.55, ho una prenotazione fatta con *********** per una camera tripla in b&b ; la ragazza registra i n.3 documenti d'identità , esige il prepagamento e mi assegna finalmente la camera, salgo al pieno assegnato , e sorpresa...la camera ha solo un letto matrimoniale, scendo alla reception ed esigo una camera con 3 letti.......bene, sentite un pò ; la ragazza mi dice che non ha una tripla e che la mia prenotazione è per una deluxe matrimoniale, ma io, oltre a farle vedere la conferma di *********** le mostro una mail inviata da me direttamente in hotel, che mi risponde garantendomi che la camera ha n. 3 letti. A questo punto esigo ” come dice la legge” una prenotazione in un 5 stelle di Sofia pagato dall'hotel Maison, la ragazza fà una telefonata sale con delle lenzuola in mano, scende dopo circa 20 minuti e mi dice che ha trovato una camera a 3 letti, salgo in camera , e vedo che sono cambiate solo le lenzuola, la stanza non è stata ripulita.........sono intanto le 02.00 a.m. e decido , visto la stanchezza , di accettare la camera. Al di là della mia esperienza, l'hotel non è affatto un 5 stelle, penso non sia nemmeno colpa di Accor Hotel , ma del manager locale che non è all'altezza di gestire un hotel 5 stelle. Pubblico alcune foto per evidenziare alcune tangibili lacune, pulizia scadente , colazione misera......a proposito....se ci sono 3 tipi di latte, riso soia e vaccino......non sono un mago che lo capisco....dovete scrivere cosa offrite da mangiare e bere, poi...il frigobar vuoto in camera....in un 5 stelle.... No.....non mi sento di suggerirlo, ma mi sento di suggerirvi di correggervi.

Simply wonderful, from the moment we arrived they made us feel welcome, check-in was super fast, all the staff were friendly and very attentive. In the restaurant, excellent food and impeccable attention from everyone, especially from Alexander (I hope it is well written). I had to work that day and I could connect my PC to the TV for a better view, however the TV wouldn't let me connect it. I spoke to a guy in the reception (I don't remember his name) who was at the reception and he quickly called the technician and in less than 10 minutes everything was ready. . The hotel is close to many places. The bar was excellent, especially Nikos' attention, Special recognition to Ivelime or Iveline for always leaving our room excellent. Thanks for the bear made of towels, it was very cute.

We stayed with two young children for 4 nights whilst we attended a wedding in Sofia. The hotel is in a quiet location with parking. The staff on arrival are friendly especially George he made us feel very welcome and helped with our luggage. We stayed in the family room. The room was nice big and spacious. It is in need of a few repairs and upgrades. The sofa is dipped in the middle, the corners of the bathroom are grubby, the bath has jets that need gutting and the door to the balcony is hanging off and doesn’t close properly which is a safety concern. Breakfast is simple and not a lot was out although hot food is made at your request and room service is available. The breakfast staff were lovely. A young man called Alex was very impressive, polite and diligent. Such an asset to the company to have staff like Alex. An incident with the cleaner ruined our time here. We returned to our room to get ready for the wedding that we went to Sofia for to find the cleaners had turned the room upside down. They had pulled the sofa out and the larger lady with short hair yelled at us because there were crumbs from our children eating biscuits. She was very rude and refused to leave so that we could get ready. This made us late for the wedding. And it left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. My husband complained. And it was explained to us that they just want us to keep the room tidy. It was tidy there were just a few biscuit crumbs on the sofa and floor. We paid for house keeping and it was unreasonable of the cleaners to expect to clean already clean rooms. The fact that we were shouted out by the cleaner is outrageous. The lady with the short hair is a liability. You cannot shout and be rude to guests over crumbs on the floor and sofa. I don’t want to penalise the rest of the team for one hostile cleaner. The rest of the staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The outside area is beautiful especially at night. Lots of fairy lights. The staff are easy going and there is a play area in the gardens including a huge trampoline. There is a well which is covered so just beware to watch young children. The pool looks nice but is deep and cold. It would have been nice if it was heated but in September it was too cold to enjoy. Food is good and room service was great. Overall it was a comfortable experience and cost effective.

Sicuramente il punto di forza di questo albergo è la posizione, difronte c'è la fermata del tram e a 200 metri quella della Metro, senza considerare che a 500 metri si è nella zona pedonale, piena di negozi, bar e ristoranti. Il centro città, con tutti le sue bellissime attrazioni si raggiunge con una bella passeggiata complessiva di 2 km. Stanza enorme, con bagno piccolo e come asciugacapelli, tubo a parete, ma con prodotti da bagno di prima qualità, stanza con moquette ma pulita e corta quindi va bene anche per chi è allergico come noi. Televisore enorme, frigobar, angolo salotto, bollitore, letto comodissimo ma coperta piccola. Colazione più salata che dolce, ma con prodotti tipici bulgari, succhi di vario tipo, frutta fresca e con una bella vista sulla piazza del Palazzo della Cultura. Personale gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. CONSIGLIATO.

Un'ottima notte di soggiorno.Io e mio compagno volevamo andare a letto prima di andare a camminare su Vitosha, e questo posto era perfetto. Krasimir era fantastico. Siamo arrivati tardi dopo un viaggio di 3 ore da Kazanlak e non avevano mangiato così Krasimir chiese al ristorante vicino se potesse cucinarci qualcosa di cibo anche se si fermavano a servire alle 9:30. Servizio e cibo al ristorante era eccellente. La mattina dopo abbiamo anche fatto colazione, ma anche se dovevamo andare a controllare alle 12... siamo riusciti a lasciare le valigie alla ricezione per il giorno, mentre ci siamo saliti fino al fiume Boyana. Al nostro ritorno, Krasimir ci ha prenotato un taxi per tornare nella parte centrale della città. Veramente utile con la nostra prima volta a Sofia e il nostro Bulgaria essere molto limitato. Grazie Krasimir & Villa Boyana per l'eccellente ospite.
