Hotel con colazione inclusa a Slough

Accanto al Terminal T5 c'è una stazione di servizio e un piccolo supermercato di fronte. È relativamente comodo lasciare la città la mattina e non sarà troppo affollato. È a un'ora di macchina dalla città e molti gruppi di turisti scelgono di soggiornare qui. La camera è molto nella media. Al momento della prenotazione è stato dimostrato che c'è un piccolo frigorifero, ma in realtà non c'è! Abbiamo fatto il check-in con mia figlia, ma inaspettatamente ci è stato dato un letto extra. L'aria condizionata non deve essere calda, quindi la trapunta sul letto extra è stata utile. L'acqua del bagno era molto lenta. Prima che finissi di fare il bagno, l'acqua traboccava senza scendere. In camera non sono forniti acqua minerale, pantofole e set di cortesia. È necessario portare il proprio adattatore per la presa in camera. Accanto al lavandino è presente una presa per l'asciugacapelli che può essere utilizzata con le prese di ricarica dei cellulari Apple. Vicino al lavandino c'è paura dell'acqua, quindi prestare attenzione alla sicurezza quando lo si utilizza! La colazione può solo dirsi abbondante. Che sia buono o meno dipende dal gusto personale. L'orario della colazione è dalle 6:30 alle 10:30.

Anche se tutto era a posto con l'hotel. Mi è stato detto all'arrivo che avevo prenotato il tipo di camera sbagliato per me stesso, partner e figlia di sette anni. Anche se nella mia prenotazione, diceva che era il suo compleanno. La prenotazione ha inoltre indicato la capacità massima nella camera 3. Max 2 adulti, letto di soda per un bambino. C'era un letto da divano, ma quando siamo arrivati in camera, non è stato fatto, ho chiamato a fare il letto e mi è stato detto che ho prenotato la stanza sbagliata ...I ha detto che ci hai appena controllato nella stanza giù e mi hai visto avere un bambino con me, Lei ha anche voluto una buona giornata! Ho detto dove si aspetta che dorme?Hanno detto che ci trasferirebbero in una stanza familiare, ma siamo troppo prenotati. Ho detto che avevo solo bisogno di dormire per il letto di divano qui, ha detto che non hanno tolto letti di divano, ero confuso perché c'era uno davanti a me! Alla fine, alle 9:00 abbiamo finito di andare a letto.Inviato .... ma nessuno ha fatto il letto, ci hanno appena buttato dentro. Ho prenotato anche una stanza con vista sulla città, che non potevamo vedere solo un tetto di un edificio. Mentre la maggior parte delle cose erano buone, ci hanno finalmente fatto uscire.Con un legame di sette anni dopo un lungo giorno, non era il modo migliore per iniziare il nostro soggiorno. Non sono sicuro che sia un problema la fine dell'hotel o la prenotazione via questa applicazione?

Il hotel era pulito e il servizio era il 2° a nessuno. Il personale era brillante Agnelo non poteva fare abbastanza per rendere il vostro soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Daljeet era una favolosa attenta e utile e che una signora piacevole. La ultima, ma non meno importante, Laura era molto obbligatoria e utile durante il checkout. Cercherò sempre di guardare e rimanere all'amoxi, dopo aver sperimentato un soggiorno meraviglioso confortevole e lussuoso, molto pulito e tempestoso con grandi attrazioni.

Abbiamo avuto un servizio eccellente da Supriya e da altri membri del personale che erano così amichevoli e di aiuto. Supriya ha anche messo un letto extra nella stanza come avevamo un bambino di ultima notte per ospitare, così che era davvero gentile. Vorrei solo dire che le mutandine erano incredibilmente dure, quindi sarebbe bello avere un po'di più morbido, e era un posto molto rumoroso con unità di aria condizionata accanto alla porta che andava tutta la notte. Ma Supriya e il tuo carino personale lo hanno fatto, erano carini.

La stanza è grande, le strutture sono complete, il piccolo fratello della reception Filippine è troppo entusiasta e molto carino.Se non ti dispiace che la zona in cui l'hotel si trova sia tutto A3, l'hotel è buono.L'hotel PS ha un ristorante pakistano al di là, tutto A3, solo alcuni dei nostri concittadini cinesi, e il gusto è buono.

Che sconvolgente esperienza! Abbiamo fatto un volo tardivo da Heathrow, così questa stanza è stata prenotata per noi. La stanza stessa sembra passabile all'arrivo, ma poi il dramma si è sviluppato. La stanza era calda, ma se si apriva una finestra, il rumore proveniente dall’esterno era insopportabile. L'odore era eccessivamente potente - il frigo fornito non era stato aperto né inserito per anni. Tra i quattro punti di contatto della stanza uno era stato montato, il secondo aveva un televisore e un caldaio collegato, il terzo era libero nella parete e il commutatore non funzionava rendendo uno in ordine di lavoro. Il bagno era piccolo e sporco, la porta non poteva chiudere correttamente, mentre il quadro della porta era rotto. Il doccia non aveva copertura d’acqua e l’odore era proveniente da lì. Il bagno non aveva un flussore, dovevamo inserire i nostri dita nel buco per premere una pinza! Il ristorante si chiuse quando siamo arrivati e non ci fu alcun aiuto per quanto riguarda il luogo in cui potevamo avere un pasto tardi, in un'esperienza terribile, che non succederà più.

The Pinewood Hotel is a housing estate waiting to happen. From staff lacking in the most basic of customer service skills to a cute rat routing about under the fake Christmas tree pinned in the flower bed outside the entrance. This hotel was almost empty on one of the busiest weekends of the year for the king's concert. They couldn't find our booking and refused to acknowledge the paid-for email from booking.com. They made no attempt whatsoever to help whilst I spent an hour on the phone trying to get it sorted. But as they had hiked sub £80 pricing most of the year to £300 plus, their revenue-raising exercise backfired big time. During my time getting increasingly annoyed at the absolute lack of any attempt at customer service, I got to see the poorly mended ceiling from upstairs leaks, the dated decor, and the cracked flooring tiles in the main reception. As well as filthy signs on the windows at the main entrance. The lift is obviously expected to be out of use for some time as they had turned it into a feature with a light-up unit in front stopping you from getting in. That was if you got past the empty car park with a huge hole surrounded by metal barriers, cracked containers for dying plants, and the delivery driver bringing food to the sole inhabitant we saw. The 70s pub-style dining area was totally empty, and the outside area overlooking a lovely meadow area was shabby and despite sunshine - absolutely devoid of any guests.. The welcome was marred by a pervading smell of cooking oil and as you walk from the car park to the entrance, a window at the back of the reception area has an unusual way of blocking people from seeing in with a collection of tesco carrier bags instead of a curtain. Pictures on various sites are of an era long gone - add appalling service and you can do much better elsewhere. I would be surprised if it lasts much longer as a hotel. This hotel clearly doesn't want guests and will make a great housing development for anyone looking at developing in that area. It has a fabulous selection of wildlife, from various colourful birds making nests, to furry creatures running around outside the entrance, so it would be a beautiful spot for a development. Having read some of the other reviews saying ”filthy” ”easy to get away from” ”tired” ”drinks terribly expensive” ”electrical testing 4 year's out of date” ”outside door propped open all night” ”practically falling apart” - I guess we got away lightly. What it isn't is - their description: A 4* hotel (REALLY?) Luxurious setting (I TOTALLY DISAGREE stained reception ceiling badly mended with no luxury at all) in a tranquil location (Yes agreed) Designed with elegant interiors and a unique approach (maybe once upon a time but not now) Just off the A412 ( erm just on the A412) The Brasserie provides an informal dining experience (looks like a 70s cafe and guests ordered takeaway) Free car parking (yep lots of it was almost empty and more space was taken by a huge

Tried calling the hotel to find out about the shuttle to see if I could get from the airport to the hotel, phone rang endlessly, no response. Eventually had to get a very expensive taxi since information was hard to come by (Google maps doesn't include the H5H bus service which is turns out is the one to get). It's worth noting that the shuttle price not included in the exorbitant room fee, neither is breakfast. The following morning I called the front desk several times from the bedroom phone, again ringing endlessly, no response. Must have tried for about 10 minutes. Shower faucets and fixings were missing covers making the shower look neglected. Bedroom lights didn't have any convenient way to turn them off before going to bed meaning having to fumble around to get the many lights turned off. Light switches were only positioned next to one of the two single beds. Breakfast was decent with a slightly better selection than other hotels, but for the price of £25 I would absolutely have avoided it if I had any other options. Bar the stunning interior and above-average breakfast selection this is a bog-standard hotel, not worth the asking price at all.

Great little find this place! In an ideal spot, easy to find. Surrounded by loads of local shops plus the usual Aldi,Poundland,B&M Iceland’s etc. the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was spot on! A selection of cereal toast and fruit with all the condiments followed by a full English which was lovely! The host was very friendly and very helpful. Also free parking. We go on holiday twice yearly and if flying from Heathrow will definitely look this place up first
