Had a 98 sm suite. It was fabulous in terms of size and furnishings, very clean and quiet. Wished our stay was longer. Breakfast choices were great and there was a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer to use. Malls nearby were small and not well occupied. Recommended for an comfortable hotel stay at hankou.

Le suite sono spaziose, pulite, molto ben attrezzate e con una vista fantastica. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il soggiorno! La comunicazione in inglese era possibile tramite Wechat e sono stati molto disponibili, soprattutto quando abbiamo dimenticato qualcosa e poi sono stati così gentili da inviarcela al nostro hotel successivo. Tutto sommato, consiglierei di soggiornare lì!

Room Cleanliness was ok, but has smoke smell upon entering and bathroom shower area has some molds. Amenities delivery were very prompt. Housekeeping attendant asked for laundry service but real intention was to make up the room even though already specified we will call when we ready. This was common practice which we knew everytime we travel, so pls stop asking this. Hotel in overall in the needs of renovation. Guest Relations lady no greetings everytime we seen her. Only nod and nod. Service at breakfast was very prompt and attentive on first day but other day, they even struggle to clean our plates. Allison was trying very hard to keep up due to lack of service staff on shift. She delivered great service and genuine. Kitchen staff needs to be train on product knowledge. Asked for Egg Benedict which listed on egg menu but were given omelette, second chef came made me poach egg without hollandaise sauce on top. Ordered omelette but was not offered filling, so came plain. No basic standard orange juice for breakfast in buffet. No tea bags selection at beverage counter. Bread selection was good.. We left hotel for sightseeing at 530am saw securty guard was sleeping at inner lobby with sitting position overlooking the main entrance. When we talked louder near him he woke up a bit and continue with his slouching and closing eyes position. Steam room air circulation and quality need to be improved due to smell not good. Reception service was good, asked for Late check out and was given in instant without negotiation. Location was only 5 mins walk from MixC and very easy access.

My stay at the Vienna International Hotel was excellent! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city near Wuyi Square and just steps away from the busy pedestrian street. It was so convenient to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and the room was spacious. Being so close to the subway station made it incredibly easy to get to all the attractions like Orange Island and the train station. If you want to be in the center of everything in Changsha, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

Non mi aspettavo di trovare nessuna guancia dopo aver vissuto. Chiama la ricetta nella stanza. Non posso chiamare. Voglio chiedere. Very old hotel. Everything looks very worn, mould observable everywhere in the room. Cracked tiles and wallpaper that is coming off. What was worse is the service - I asked for advice how to book tickets to Hubei Provincial Museum as I’m a foreigner and had issues with my WeChat account. The concierge checked and told me there is nothing he can do about it. What amazed me is that as he was talking to me, he wasn’t even looking at me at all. In another incident, I informed hotel the day before that I need to check out at 630 am to catch an early train. Concierge assured me that a packed breakfast will be ready for me for pick up when I check out. However, when I checked out on the actual day, breakfast is not ready and I had to wait for 10 min for it to be done. I had imagined that Hilton would try to mitigate the older facilities (which I understand that you can’t do much about) with more customer centric service (which makes customer feel more welcomed. Unfortunately I was wrong. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Mi piaceva davvero il mio soggiorno in questo hotel, la stanza era senza spot, confortevole e con un sacco di extra, ma mi sentivo un po' deluso di vedere che il spa, che era uno dei motivi per cui ho scelto questo hotel, era stato chiuso durante la mia visita. Anche il caffè del lobby non era aperto quando ne abbiamo chiesto, il che significava che dovevamo andare altrove per il caffè e un massaggio. In generale, era un bel hotel, ma avrei apprezzato di essere stato informato in anticipo che alcune delle appartamenti pubblicizzate non erano disponibili.
