Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

This hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

Un'esperienza di soggiorno davvero piacevole. Dato che non sono riuscito a trovare biglietti del treno per il ponte del Primo Maggio, sono arrivato a Wuhan un giorno prima. Ho quindi prenotato una notte extra e sono arrivato in hotel a notte fonda. Il personale della reception ha unito le nostre prenotazioni, risparmiandoci il fastidio di fare il check-out e poi un nuovo check-in il giorno successivo. Ci hanno anche offerto la colazione gratuita per il 30. La colazione dell'hotel era molto abbondante, con tutte le specialità di Wuhan. La lounge, d'altra parte, offriva meno scelta; se si vuole mangiare in modo più completo, si può andare al ristorante al piano terra. Il personale è stato molto gentile. Il primo giorno del Primo Maggio, uscendo, ci hanno anche augurato un buon Primo Maggio. Scegliere lo Shangri-La per il proprio soggiorno a Wuhan è un'ottima decisione.

L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica, vicino alla linea 4 della metropolitana, il che lo rende particolarmente comodo per ristoranti e negozi. Non è lontano dalla Torre della Gru Gialla, il che rende i taxi facilmente accessibili. Le camere erano molto pulite e ben arredate, con servizi completi e letti comodi. La camera che mi è stata assegnata era eccellente, con una vista mozzafiato sul fiume Yangtze. La colazione era abbondante e varia. Il direttore dell'hotel, Huang, è stato professionale ed entusiasta, rispondendo prontamente a qualsiasi esigenza. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Century Wuhan. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade. The service was excellent staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center, within walking distance to shopping malls, plenty of food options, and close to the MRT. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The facilities inside the room were impressive—everything looked new, with an automatic toilet and a bathtub that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences in Wuhan. Il nuovo hardware dell'hotel è buono, il letto è molto comodo, il servizio di trasporto della signorina e sorella è davvero fantastico 👍🏻. Quando si è lasciato, ho anche mandato un regalo. Alcuni servizi di hotel di lusso non sono buoni a Westin. Il bar di autunno ha cambiato la colazione, o il nuovo hotel. Ho vissuto così tanti hotel. Ho incontrato per la prima volta. Non avevo avuto meno partner di bar. Non avrei dovuto cancellare il bar direttamente. Non ci avevo aspettato la mattina. La colazione è la peggiore di tutti gli hotel standard di cinque stelle. Posso portare il colazione dell'hotel fuori, un filetto come tre filette, quattro pezzi, uova di pepe, uova di acqua, pezzi di acqua, e altro che dimenticare. La notte, il vino mangia la salsa e la colazione.

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti in una stanza di Club Twin, e mentre inizialmente abbiamo incontrato qualche problema minore, il team di gestione dell'hotel ha gestito tutto rapidamente e ci ha offerto anche una stanza alternativa. Negli ultimi cinque settimane abbiamo viaggiato in nove città in tutta la Cina e abbiamo soggiornato in numerosi hotel 5-star ... Il Sheraton Grand è sopra tutti loro! I miei figli sono incredibilmente distinti quando si tratta di standard alberghiere, e entrambi insistono che io accerti che questo hotel riceve il più alto premio possibile. Un'osservazione speciale deve essere fatta al signor Zhou, il cui dedizione ha reso il nostro soggiorno difficile; dal coordinare i nostri taxi quotidiani al garantire un trasferimento aeroportuale senza saldature, ha continuato a salire e a salire. 設施：入户玄關有個漂亮的小花瓶，然後第二次入住沒看到，它可能中秋休假沒回來🐶設施可🉑，有別人的詳細評價，我寫不清楚，我這種香巴佬衹關心服務和體驗。衹能説開關自動亮光不錯，好找標識清楚，倆衣櫃，有燈帶，有吐槽這種衣櫃設計不科學，放箱子進去關不了門，晚上🌃亮燈，首先，箱子不可以豎起來嗎，其次箱子不可以放中間嗎，最後，不可以關推拉門嗎。我爸對全景長江房很滿意，可以看二橋，我媽對全景長江房，長江套房，卡爾頓套房都很滿意，第一次父母對住宿和餐飲同時感到滿意。因此個人覺得性價比非常高，今天不是很想離開，想拖到明天走，被我父母強行帶走了 衞生：乾淨，清掃及時。有看到評論打掃很慢，三點🕒入住晚，我確實遇到沒打掃好，但是工作人員有跟我説過打掃不好，如果介意可以換樓層，所以以此類推，如果不是滿房，入住是靈活的，個人覺得無可挑剔，行李交給酒店🏨出去逛吃，武漢很大，五點🕔能回來都不錯，不懂在介意什麼，是習慣了半島時間嗎❔不理解介意的點在哪裡🧐是想回房間睡覺😴❔我們到達就餐廳吃，行政酒廊吃，外出遊玩，又回來吃，再出去玩，七點回房間，睡醒接着吃和玩，完全不覺得三點入住有問題🤨我更介意趕不上飯點，但是有給我留。旅行🏕我一天才趕得上一頓飯，不嘻嘻。衞生ok👌玻璃都是乾淨的，看出去很棒棒，這個時候就不得不説重慶洲際和廣州🌰應該出來捱打，這個看景絕絕子。有評論沒有落地窗，然而我不喜歡落地窗，我害怕😨這種就挺好，大玻璃，玻璃乾淨就行，廣州🌰窗子小，重慶洲際玻璃臟 環境：位置非常好，去哪裡都不遠，疊加酒店🏨三公里免費用🆓用車，旅行🏕必住，玩漢口必備。有聽到吐槽打卡的小姐姐含量略多，這不就側面證明環境好👌花🌸很漂亮，都是真花（今年在大理見到假花🌸離譜🙃雲南酒店🏨假花🌸倒反天罡，水平上不去了） 服務：今年城市🏙店服務都不對勁（度假店卷生卷死，不讓我落單，樹林草地至少一個人，水邊五個人以上😂）不知道🤷是因為網上説經濟下行還是度假店帶給我錯誤的體驗感。然後這裏🉑九月繼九寨溝隱世之後唯一✅的店，熟悉的配方熟悉的味道。門口有人接管照顧我的行李，有人帶我坐着辦入住，會留意房間分配分佈（南昌喜來登業務不熟，隨意分配，開會人多我忍了；宜昌威斯汀沒有前調，沒滿房胡亂安排隔音還一團糟，有貴陽陽明祠錦江之星的水平了，桂林喜來登都沒這麼糟糕，重慶威斯汀起碼好吃😋成都瑞吉起碼拿行李很積極）。行政酒廊和中餐廳都很nice每個人都很好，直到遇到了大堂吧，u1s1,如果第一天遇到大堂吧的女士，我轉頭就走了。在行政酒廊提出看到👀網友發雞腳沒找到，小哥哥立即幫我拿了一大盤，涼拌雞腳沒了，也給加了一大盤，回酒店晚，錯過了下午茶，給留了小點心，因為要吃晚飯，錯過晚餐，留了榴蓮可麗，十分感謝🙏小哥哥，靈活又有温度的服務。廚師🧑🍳也很好，小哥哥給我的熱乾麪加了牛肉，小姐姐給我煎火腿。入住接過行李後有問我房型，帶我上樓，第二次回來謝謝記得我和我的行李，洗衣服務收衣服快，洗的非常乾淨，有夜床服務，很有禮貌。中餐廳服務也不錯，口感好，有指引，上菜有提醒燙，連續兩天都去餐廳炫飯。酒店🏨唯一不好就是吃的太多，肚子不夠用，每個菜都超級多，吃了很多還剩很多。文昌雞超級多，我們跟小哥哥説這個量昆明君悦得四盤，餐前筍子很好吃，給了一大碗，米飯🍚量超級多，一碗等於昆明君悦倆碗，如果是日料，毫不誇張，夠店鋪用一天。今年每家餐飲的分量都讓人吃驚😮（既往衹有北方店多，今年酒店🏨減配飯店加量）。蝦🦐蟹🦀是辣的，不再是清蒸感動😹這些應該按麻辣小龍蝦🦞標準來才對✅沒有生的食物，都是熱的😹，感動😹還有西餐廳，因為量太大沒敢定。有看到評論看人下菜碟，完全不覺得，第一次有人指引，第二次工作人員認得出我，跟我説歡迎回來，餐廳也認得出我，完全度假店感受。我覺得寫評論的人遇到了大堂吧。知道我因為車次原因，還給我延遲退房，服務很靈活人性化有温度，新店值得點贊👍 行政酒廊禮遇-每日五時段精緻餐飲:非常好吃😋可麗餅太好吃了😋豬腳也很好吃，一人炫三盤，然後問了餐廳，告知婚宴才有，不嘻嘻（◍•ᴗ•◍）雞🐔腳也很好吃，個人喜歡涼拌的，一人炫兩盤，好奇蒸籠裏的，小哥哥給我了一大盤，很軟爛，我個人不太喜歡這個口味，但是我媽炫完了。楚遙軒非常好吃😋父母唯一一致認可的店，第一天我要求微辣，被父母罵了，第二天讓廚師🧑🍳自由發揮，然後父母讚不絕口，蝦蟹都很好吃😋雞🐔也很好吃，腰果很好吃，每天都給打包一大盒。又好吃又讓父母滿意，我第一次找到性價比這麼高的餐廳，然後我媽一個勁誇龍蝦🦞湯泡飯太香了，行政酒廊也值得，乾淨衞生口感好，我父母誇住宿餐飲性價比絕絕子（第一次遇到交口稱讚）。倆人直接質疑我為麻這次旅行🏕不定武漢，這次出行應該就武漢+成都，住宿出行比南昌景德鎮廬山黃山好很多（嚶嚶嚶）。今年隱世和🌰把我父母哄成胚胎了 Diptyque禮盒:get了，氣味很好聞，不用開口，夜床服務就放房間了。
