Ho iniziato il mio viaggio prenotando l'hotel sbagliato - lo stesso nome, ma in una città diversa. L'hotel ha accettato graziosamente un rimborso completo, anche se era ben oltre il periodo di rimborso. Quando sono arrivato, l'hotel era situato in una posizione centrale, proprio oltre la strada passeggiata, piena di shopping e buona cibo. Vorrei citare in particolare il signor Peter (Poiyan) dei servizi di consulenza, che, pur essendo un semplice allenatore all’hotel, ha superato e superato i suoi doveri per aiutarmi a risolvere i miei problemi con le mie consegne locali.

L’hotel vuole essere all’avanguardia, spazi e design sono di livello, ma tante cose da gestire possono comportare guasti e imperfezioni di strumenti fondamentali per un comodo soggiorno. Nella mia stanza, la presa di corrente allentata non mi permetteva di asciugarmi i capelli senza che l’asciugacapelli non si fermasse: la spina tendeva a uscire. In un hotel così, in una camera ampissima, che aveva in dotazione una poltrona massaggiante, mi aspettavo che abbinato allo shampoo ci fosse anche un balsamo per capelli. Nonostante questi particolari, il mio soggiorno è stato comodo, il personale è stato straordinariamente gentile e la colazione molto fornita.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel, le camere erano pulite e confortevoli, e l'atmosfera generale era tranquilla e lussuosa. Quello che ha fatto davvero la mia esperienza speciale è stato l'eccellente servizio. Il personale era amichevole e sempre pronto a assistere. Un grande grido al team di custodia 11th-floor erano incredibilmente pensanti, attrarre attenzione ai piccoli dettagli che mi hanno reso ancora meglio. Raccomando molto questo hotel e sicuramente rimarrò qui!

I stayed many times at this hotel as I frequently travel to Wuhan and it saddens me to say this hotel service is only worsen every time I stay there. It is the ONLY 5 stars hotel in China where no one assist you with your luggage when you arrive or go. No one greet you, you receive nothing from the management, no fruits at your room, really nothing is welcoming you to stay there even tough I always take the largest room. Breakfast (especially the famous Wuhan hot noodles) was not good in the first two days, don't know what happened that it changed after. no consistency no service really nothing special in the room. Starting next time I will stay at one of the Marriot hotels in the city.

”international hotel” Would be great to have a basic English speaking receptionist to help clients. Otherwise I was given a room at 28th floor. They made building work at 29th floor, so I couldn't sleep in early morning. I was happy to leave this place that has nothing to see with international standing. However the room was clean and comfortable.

Very old hotel. Everything looks very worn, mould observable everywhere in the room. Cracked tiles and wallpaper that is coming off. What was worse is the service - I asked for advice how to book tickets to Hubei Provincial Museum as I’m a foreigner and had issues with my WeChat account. The concierge checked and told me there is nothing he can do about it. What amazed me is that as he was talking to me, he wasn’t even looking at me at all. In another incident, I informed hotel the day before that I need to check out at 630 am to catch an early train. Concierge assured me that a packed breakfast will be ready for me for pick up when I check out. However, when I checked out on the actual day, breakfast is not ready and I had to wait for 10 min for it to be done. I had imagined that Hilton would try to mitigate the older facilities (which I understand that you can’t do much about) with more customer centric service (which makes customer feel more welcomed. Unfortunately I was wrong. Overall a very disappointing stay.

The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning—grand and beautifully designed, creating a luxurious first impression. It truly set the tone for a high-end experience.  However, the dining options at both the lunch and dinner restaurants felt somewhat limited. While the food quality was good, the menus could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.  Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. With a few more dining options, this hotel would be perfect! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.
