Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel, le camere erano pulite e confortevoli, e l'atmosfera generale era tranquilla e lussuosa. Quello che ha fatto davvero la mia esperienza speciale è stato l'eccellente servizio. Il personale era amichevole e sempre pronto a assistere. Un grande grido al team di custodia 11th-floor erano incredibilmente pensanti, attrarre attenzione ai piccoli dettagli che mi hanno reso ancora meglio. Raccomando molto questo hotel e sicuramente rimarrò qui!

This hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

Un'esperienza di soggiorno davvero piacevole. Dato che non sono riuscito a trovare biglietti del treno per il ponte del Primo Maggio, sono arrivato a Wuhan un giorno prima. Ho quindi prenotato una notte extra e sono arrivato in hotel a notte fonda. Il personale della reception ha unito le nostre prenotazioni, risparmiandoci il fastidio di fare il check-out e poi un nuovo check-in il giorno successivo. Ci hanno anche offerto la colazione gratuita per il 30. La colazione dell'hotel era molto abbondante, con tutte le specialità di Wuhan. La lounge, d'altra parte, offriva meno scelta; se si vuole mangiare in modo più completo, si può andare al ristorante al piano terra. Il personale è stato molto gentile. Il primo giorno del Primo Maggio, uscendo, ci hanno anche augurato un buon Primo Maggio. Scegliere lo Shangri-La per il proprio soggiorno a Wuhan è un'ottima decisione.

L'hotel è stato molto pulito e confortevole. Definitivamente off 5 stelle ✨ abbiamo assolutamente goduto la vista sul colazione e quanto conveniente la posizione era a molti posti intorno a Wuhan. La ricezione è stata molto più facile, ma non è stato possibile comunicare bene in inglese, se il personale del ristorante è molto meglio comunicare in inglese che il personale della ricezione. Ho avuto un bel tempo li'. Li reserverei di nuovo

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Century Wuhan. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade. The service was excellent staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center, within walking distance to shopping malls, plenty of food options, and close to the MRT. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The facilities inside the room were impressive—everything looked new, with an automatic toilet and a bathtub that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences in Wuhan. Il nuovo hardware dell'hotel è buono, il letto è molto comodo, il servizio di trasporto della signorina e sorella è davvero fantastico 👍🏻. Quando si è lasciato, ho anche mandato un regalo. Alcuni servizi di hotel di lusso non sono buoni a Westin. Il bar di autunno ha cambiato la colazione, o il nuovo hotel. Ho vissuto così tanti hotel. Ho incontrato per la prima volta. Non avevo avuto meno partner di bar. Non avrei dovuto cancellare il bar direttamente. Non ci avevo aspettato la mattina. La colazione è la peggiore di tutti gli hotel standard di cinque stelle. Posso portare il colazione dell'hotel fuori, un filetto come tre filette, quattro pezzi, uova di pepe, uova di acqua, pezzi di acqua, e altro che dimenticare. La notte, il vino mangia la salsa e la colazione.

L'esperienza di soggiorno complessivo supera le aspettative!Il tipo di camera altissima prenotato è davvero giusto. La stanza è brillante e la finestra di terra è caduta in tutto il lato per dipingere direttamente il panorama della città in un quadro. Il giorno e l'intera città sono in circolazione. Il sole e la sera sono entrati nella stanza e si sono riempiti di atmosfera. La luce della notte è stata coperta dal fondo degli occhi. Non c'è bisogno di specchio. Lo spazio della stanza è ampia e pulita, le strutture sono complete, la vista della finestra di terra è senza fine, e il panorama è particolarmente curato per molto tempo, sia che sia divertente o fotografare le carte di gioco, è molto appropriato. Si raccomanda fortemente di preferire le camere di alto livello per gli amici che vogliono vedere la vista!

A flawless one-night escape, exceptional in every way! I recently enjoyed a one-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Wuhan, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable – warm, attentive, and genuinely personal without ever feeling overbearing. Every staff member seemed to anticipate my needs before I could even express them. The room itself was fantastic: beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was evident in everything from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful layout and stunning city views. It truly felt like a private sanctuary. What really set this stay apart, however, was the personalized welcome letter waiting for me in the room – signed by the General Manager. It wasn't a generic form letter; it felt sincere and added a wonderfully personal touch that made me feel like a truly valued guest.
