L'hotel è molto nuovo e pulito. Il personale è stato molto utile e amichevole. Ho lasciato il mio ID al dipartimento frontale quando sono entrato e il personale mi ha chiamato solo dopo le 8:00 per non disturbarmi alla notte. Situato a distanza dalla stazione MTR, ma ci sono molti autobus, e è un bel quartiere!

Visited on a Saturday and checked out on a Sunday.
Check-in was fairly quick and fast.
The reception was very professional and really nice and helped me check in without a hassle.
I read reviews about Mercure on Trip and was wondering how bad it could be when talking about the room size.
I figured that those customers were not from around Singapore and didn't know how small a hotel room in SG can be.
Voila. I went into the room and was surprised. Everything was clean and the room was big enough in Singapore standards.
M Social was my go-to and I was just wondering to myself that the room I booked in Mercure was much bigger than M Social and cheaper as well.
Having stayed in York Hotel & M-Social most of the time, the money spent in Mercure was actually more worth it.
Room came with shampoo, conditioner & body wash; M Social provided only shampoo and body wash.
I ordered food in through GrabFood and realised I didn't have cutleries. Called the front desk at 1:45am asking for cutleries and received disposable utensils in the span of 5 minutes max. Talk about proficiency.
I'm also a sucker for breakfast but I can't ever wake up in time so I cannot comment yet but I'll definitely book another stay soon so that I can try their breakfast.
The place is very centralised and food is everywhere along the vicinity so there wouldn't be an issue if you're travelling from overseas. There are kopitiams / coffee shops which has cheaper food options as well if you do not want to break your bank but there are cafes and bars around the area as well.
Air-condition was working as expected and hot water in the bathroom was also working well.
There is SEPARATE tap with filtered water for you to refill your bottle so that you do not need to buy bottles and bottles of water which is nice.
Checkout was at 12pm and I received a call at about 11:40am - 11:45am reminding me to check out.
I thought I'd have to wait in queue to check out but I was approached by a staff or maybe the manager (?) and he even asked if we needed to keep our luggages with them first.
I did not have any luggage so I declined the offer and just passed the keycards to him and that was my checkout process.
Miscellanous stuffs I noticed -
The staffs are very good at pre-empting what someone needs when a customer was walking towards the counter and asked where the washroom is and the 'security' pointed the direction of the toilet to him. Having worked in service / hospitality before, this is commendable as not many hotels are like that.
The front desk was also receptive to requests when I wanted to leave a key card with the front desk so my friend can pick up the key card as well.
Mercure in a nutshell is very service forward and professional.
Compared to the other hotels I've stayed in, budget or hotels with stars, I'd definitely recommend Mercure as the top #1.
Will definitely come back again.

È davvero conveniente per la nostra famiglia (5adulti, 2 bambini) di soggiornare in questo hotel. Abbiamo 2 sedie a rotelle. Quindi l'autobus ferma proprio davanti all'hotel è davvero utile.
Viaggiare in autobus con sedie a rotelle è meglio del MRT. L'hotel è vicino alla città vivente solo 2 fermate di autobus. È sempre stato lì per i primi 3 giorni perché avevamo bisogno di andare a Sentosa molto.
La stanza è piccola ma davvero pulita. Bella. La pulivano ogni giorno che abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni! Così buono vedere la stanza era così tesa quando tornammo dal viaggio 🤣. C'è un'acqua di tappo che possiamo bere quanto vogliamo. (Invece di acquistare 3-4 sgd per una bottiglia)
Anche i bambini amavano la piscina sul tetto. È bello rilassarsi.
L'hotel è comunque lontano dalla città. È ancora facile viaggiare in autobus.
L'odore nel bagno, a volte, era davvero forte.
In generale, abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno lì!

La stanza è molto grande a Singapore, che ha sconfitto molti hotel, e ci sono due grandi finestre. Il letto è molto comodo. Ci sono cinesi che possono parlare cinese sulla ricetta. Conosciamo il ricettatore bene. Ci sono stati in anticipo. Quando ci sono camere, ci sono stati in primo luogo e la stanza è molto buona. E'molto bene per l'igiene, e le strutture dell'hotel sono anche molto buone. La posizione geografica è buona. Ci sono molti ristoranti e caffè sottostanti e piccole negozi molto interessanti. È molto vicino alla stazione di autobus. Non è consigliabile trovare 1 chilometro dalla stazione di metropolitana perché è un po'difficile. Non è buono trovare il buio quando torni. E'molto conveniente per il bus. Il segreto sonoro è male per sentire gli altri parlare molto forte. Il bagno è molto separato, e i bagni sono buoni, e il pullman di questo hotel, e tutti i tipi di caffè e dolci sono buoni, e un grande specchio è tutto il corpo, e il bagno è anche grande, E anche la sensazione di soddisfazione della casa di indirizzo è buona. Very good service the receptionist is very friendly and accommodate to my room request full fulfilling my needs. Environment is nice and convenient and my room view is nice facing the airport runway. The receptionist also accommodate to my late checkout request really appreciate it.

FFrancisco A1) When we checked in, we were told we could enjoy a 20 percent discount from the hotel's restaurants. We ate therefore at Jiang Nan Chun, the Chinese restaurant of the hotel
( total bill S$242), and the next day, at Nobu Japanese restaurant ( total bill- around $402). When we checked out, however, the discount was not given, even if the restaurant's
waiter told us that the discount would be given upon check out from the hotel. ( The total amount spent on the two restaurants was S$645!)
2) The most shocking thing was that the flush of the towel bowl did not work on Sunday, May 26. We used the flush but the water was overflowing and the feces were floating about. So we tried to pour water into the toilet bowl three times by using the waste can of the toilet to fill it full with water to flush the toilet but still to no avail. Finally, we had to ask for help from the hotel staff to solve the problem. The hotel staff later gave us a plate of fruits and a short letter of apology for the inconvenience caused.

SSarahsosoIt’s very comfortable to live in Conrad. The room design is very user friendly. Lightings are very good and comfy. I like the sofa a lot, it’s super big. I can lie to rest for a while before going to shower. The breakfast is rly great and the refill is super fast. The location is good, it’s very near to promenade MRT station. It would be definitely my choice again when I come Singapore next time!

YYuwenyuanParliamo prima dei vantaggi dell'hotel. Per quanto riguarda Singapore, il prezzo non è davvero alto, le dimensioni della camera non sono piccole e l'arredamento non è vecchio.
Per quanto riguarda i difetti, il servizio è davvero nella media. Il personale delle pulizie ha lasciato un calzino nella mia stanza. Non ho mai riscontrato una situazione del genere durante il soggiorno in un hotel. Non posso dire che l'addetto alla reception abbia avuto un atteggiamento negativo al momento del check-in, ma non ha sorriso e non ha guardato veramente gli ospiti.
L'hotel potrebbe non essere in una zona popolare, ma è comunque molto comodo. C'è un 711 accanto all'hotel, ma i prezzi sono molto alti, quindi non consiglio di andarci. C'è un supermercato locale di fronte e le stesse cose sono molto più economiche. C'è un ristorante chiamato Nanyang vicino all'hotel, ottimo per la colazione. C'è anche un relativamente noto Dragon Seafood Restaurant, sempre vicino all'hotel, dove potrete cenare.
Usa la presa per chiamare un taxi per il Merlion, i Gardens by the Bay e altre attrazioni, e il prezzo dovrebbe essere inferiore a 100 yuan, che varia a seconda dell'orario. Se ci sono molte persone che viaggiano, soprattutto con bambini o anziani, è una buona idea chiamare un taxi. Praticamente non ci sono ingorghi a Singapore.

UUtente ospitethe room was huge for my family. and there is a lot of friendly staff all over the hotel with mini-events for my children to participate in.
the morning breakfast buffet was awsome too! really really great choice and unforgettable feast
there is also this pool side game which my child manage to win a cup of brain freeze ice drink! awsome! although my stay was a short 2days one night. but my family and I had such a wonderful time there. will definaly book again for a long stay the next round.

SSeat 2APerfectly situated amidst countless shopping and dining options in the busiest commercial area of Singapore. Though this is clearly a much older property, it appears to be well maintained and clean. Slept well during my stay and appreciated the rooftop pool and comprehensively equipped gymnasium. For the price paid, this was good value, especially considering how expensive hotels are in Singapore.

UUtente anonimoDisappointing. Reached the hotel around 315PM, there was a long queue for check-in, waited till 410PM before I was served for check-in. Waiting one hour in queue just to check-in was really a shocker to me for a 5 star hotel standard and please do not place an intern in charge of the queue if they have to go back and forth to check with the Duty Managers for every enquiry they encounter. It just makes the wait even more unpleasant. Hotel is clearly short-handed and staff were pushing for guests to accept twin beds room because the king beds are not ready. I am usually okay with it but this hotel charges more for the king beds even though it's the same tier as the twin beds so I don't think this is acceptable and insisted on a king bed. Witnessed two guests lodging a complaint during my stay which explains the hospitality level of this hotel. Trip Diamond members are offered a platter of fruits as stated in the booking but there were none in the room. Had to request it from the room service and came back to just two apples served on a plate. The elderly staffs at the concierge are friendly but FOH and the rest can do better. Staffs will walk past you without a nod or a smile which is shocking for a 5 star hotel/resort. Had a reservation for the Vday buffet and the food selection was mediocre and the crabs were mushy. Price of the buffet did not justify the selection, Westin's Seasonal Tastes is a better option at a lower price. The hot water for the shower did not work on check-out day and we had to shower in the cold water. Minibar only provided 2 Nescafé capsules and some TWG tea, the fridge was empty with no other beverages or snacks available. Bed was amazing and comfortable but the bathtub can be upkeep better. Fish spa was fun but you can see mosquitos breeding on the water surface. Pool area was filled with children so couples might want to reconsider. Was given a later check-out timing upon request which was a nice gesture. Overall experience was a shocking disappointment as I expected a better experience just like other 5 star hotels. So glad that I did not pay the original price for this stay and got a last minute deal with breakfast included. Else, this will be a 0 star experience.

EEmma S.Good hotel with very good location with reasonable price, the hotel is only 1km to Vivo city which is very convenient for me who have a semi nar at Sentosa for 5 days. The bus stop is just right at the front of the hotl, I usually take the bus in the morning as I don't want to sweat and either walk or take a bus to the hotel at the evening. The staff is very helpfull and fiendly.
