Hotel in zona Tetra Pak, Singapore

Location: it’s around 10-15 mins walk from MRT, not very convenient for travellers with many luggage. It’s not indoor or with shelter on the way. Luckily the weather is very good without rain upon my arrival and departure. Just that there is construction work nearby and quite dusty when walking towards MRT in the daytime. Check in: the staff called Rainny is very friendly and helpful. We felt being warm welcomed and the whole process is very smooth. Room: the room is bright and tidy. Two queen beds are comfy and spacious enough. The shower area is relatively small. The minibar including cup noodles and drinks inside the room is all free. We just need to fill up water from the dispenser in the corridor. The hotel emphasises environmental friendly and I can see it from the amenities and setup. I quite like the small fridge in green color. I also appreciate it has type C plug on the bedside. I would say the room setup is good for business travellers. Swimming pool: it’s located on 2/F and not big though. We just didn’t swim much as there were quite some leaves and small stones in the pool. Restaurant: we haven’t tried but saw one on the hotel lobby. It’s buffet style. And there is one rooftop restaurant but only open from 6am to 9pm. What a shame we had no chance to visit. For our lunch and dinner, we went to the shopping mall near MRT and there are lots of restaurants. Overall, the stay is good. Staff including front office and housekeeping are very friendly and helpful.

在curtin Singapore讀書，離學校新址挺近的，公交15分鐘，離金文泰也很近，酒店週一到週五提供歐陸早餐，雖然種類很有限，但是早餐來説營養夠了尤其那個火腿蠻好吃的，酒店公寓房間是我看到新加坡酒店算是比較大的了，有廚房可以做飯廚具餐具也都有，洗衣機帶烘乾機很方便，周圍附近也有食閣，不過酒店樓下就有一個pasta餐廳味道也很不錯，而且離west coast park也特別近很適合跑步，house keeping是週二週四週六做，也不會太打擾到休息，總體這個公寓是很不錯的，很安靜適宜居住如果不是很喜歡吵鬧的話，不過也是挺難訂到的

Quasi la zona che voglio andare è il NOS.. Non sicuro per quanto riguarda altri luoghi di attrazione a Singapore.. Camera semplice.. Molto piccolo spazio.. Hanno quasi tutti gli oggetti di base come mini frigo, ferro, tavolo di ferro, scatola di sicurezza, TV, caldaia, riscaldatore d'acqua funziona bene.. Servizi bagno solo forniscono kit dentale.. Sala cond funziona bene.. Controlla il tempo è 11am..

Onestamente ero un po' titubante nel prenotare questo hotel non sapendo se sarebbe stato bello o no, ma appena sono entrato mi è piaciuto moltissimo! Ho prenotato per 2 notti con amici ed è andato tutto bene. Puoi anche cucinare e lavare i tuoi vestiti, il bagno è pulito, così come la stanza. . questo hotel ne vale sicuramente la pena ed è meno costoso di altri hotel :) In realtà è spazioso ed è confortevole, verrei sicuramente di nuovo qui! Per quanto riguarda la posizione non è poi così male, c'è un sacco di cibo da comprare ed è a circa 5 minuti a piedi ma non c'è molto da fare a meno che non prendi un mezzo di trasporto per raggiungere i posti.. Ancora 10/10 per me! Cordiale anche la reception :))

È stata una esperienza unica! Amato la cucina e le strutture all'interno del contenitore (ci sono quattro unità di airconi nella stanza... ben attrezzata è una sottovalutazione). La posizione, tuttavia, era un po 'di un problema per noi. In primo luogo, questo hotel container è situato al retro della Haw Par Villa (un'attrazione turistica). You’d need to walk up a hill for about 5-10 minutes to reach the container. C'è una strada che conduce direttamente all'hotel, ma i conducenti di taxi / caccia si perdono molto facilmente perché il contenitore condivide lo stesso codice postale come l'attrazione turistica. Si noti anche che se ritorni all'hotel oltre le 1130, dovrai chiamare la casa di guardia Haw Par Villa per aprire la porta, o altrimenti sarai bloccato dall'accesso al tuo hotel container anche se hai la carta della porta. Ma questo posto significa anche che si è abbracciato dalla vista naturale degli alberi e delle foglie, che in sé è un bel respiro dal caos urbano di Singapore. One suggestion that is worth the management’s consideration would be to automatically send a check-in manual to the booking email address (something like what Airbnb landlords do), without necessiting the individual to call the management and end up in un retro e in un retro per individuare le procedure di controllo. Was asked to filled up an pre arrival form before checking, and asked for ETA but when arrived at th hotel, room wasn’t ready, need to wait for 2hr. My question is then why is th pre arrival form for? Next, after go out to purchase some item when we arrived back to th hotel room still not ready, look like this hotel dose not expedite room for guest that have alrdy arrived. After waiting for so long we expect th room should be in tip top conditions. But to our horror, th room is filthy. 1) carpet not vacume properly ( leftover food crumb from previous guest) 2) sink with oil stain 3) floor with footprints 4) amenties not top up properly 5) Kitchen equipment not fully equipped as shown on th website 6) bedsheet is stain Their “kitchen cloth” is actually napkin. As th napkin are not able to absorb water so we call reception for additional “kitchen cloth” an housekeeping malay lady RA send in th “kitchen cloth after 20-25min later without wearing a MASK. Also, we notice an engineering staff pull his mask down while taking lift with us. You call urself an SGCLEAN hotel whereby all your staff don’t follow th law set by SG GOV. When ask for bathrobe ur front office staff do not even know of th hotel provide bathrobe or not, he replied “i will check w housekeeping” and get back to u. Perhaps this front office guy is busying chitchating with th security and forgotten about our request as no bathrobe or any follow up call was made. Re-wind back to check in process, this darren guy help us store our bags in don which where when give back th bag to us, out bag is filled w dust. And he store one of my bag in th small fridge up-side down and all my food item spilled out. As for th checkout process this malay guy collected our key card never made any acknowledgment or what so ever and talk on th phone we doesn’t even know is th check out being process or what. This is th worst experience i had in Ascott group. I stayed before at raffle place i find it memorable that why would wan to spend another experience in Ascott group however a great disappointment and feel unhygienic. I will inform MOH to do further investigation.

Il hotel era di gran lunga nuovo, quindi non c'era nulla da commentare sulle strutture, le strutture e la qualità della camera. Il giardino aveva accesso al giardino aperto sul balcone. È stato bello, ma anche privacy. Chiunque abbia accesso al giardino potrebbe letteralmente guardare nella stanza se le tende non fossero state disegnate. Non aiuta che l’hotel abbia solo una tenda notturna. Un giorno di cortina potrebbe aiutare a fornire una certa privacy mentre mantengono un po' di luce solare. Mi piace anche la stanza con più porti USB per il caricamento di dispositivi. Il carico senza fili era molto freddo e si manteneva in linea con la tendenza IT. Carpark non era gratuito perché non erano il proprietario dell'intero edificio. Un soggiorno overnight era circa S$50, che è come il 20% del costo della stanza. Offerendo alcuni sconti o coupon Carpark potrebbe aiutare a rinviare il costo. Per quanto riguarda le strutture circostanti, non c'era molto se si fosse un turista. La zona era circondata da industrie tecnologiche, la stazione ferroviaria era circa 5-7 min. camminare. Tuttavia, c'è un bel Starbucks accanto all'hotel.

Stayed at the end of Nov/early Dec 2022 for 6 nights Pros: -building is very instagrammable, they even have photo icons on the ground to guide you where to stand to take photos. -check in process was easy and smooth -they have coffee machine at lobby area and lots of places to sit and lounge -swimming pool on lvl 2 with towels you can grab yourself there. -there is a shared communal kitchen with microwave/dishwasher and fridge but you have to label the products you buy yourself or else if the product is expired or doesn't have a label they chuck it away. -rooftop area on lvl 8 where you can get a view of the surrounding areas. -overall lots of outdoor spaces to sit. -there are areas to bbq if you want but you need to hire it like those portable bbqs -on lvl 1 in a different building but connected there is laundry that costs $6 for 15kg wash that cycles for 30 minutes and the dryer cost $6 as well for 1 hour dry cycle. -room itself is 13sqm but it doesn't feel that small as it looks on paper i think in part due to the very high ceilings above the bed so you don't feel so cramped and gives that sense of space. pretty clever designed room. -room feels new, i mean it did only open in April 2022. -bed and pillow are fairly comfortable not too bad. Initially it feels comfortable but over the days it was okay only and the bed was ok kind of like stiff foam that has some give but a little firm. There is space underneath the bed to store luggage. -plugs on either side of bed as well as usb slots. -water kettle is provided in the room as well as cutlery in the room. -fridge is shared and located outside in each corridor. -there is a desk with plug and ethernet port. -there is also a tv with only local channels. -sink is outside the bathroom area on the wall but it does have liquid hand soap and a big round mirror with good lighting. -jug is provided and you can refill it yourself outside your corridor. each level has a water dispenser refill station which provides clean filtered distilled water in both hot and cold temperatures. There is also a shared microwave and paper towels in each level of the building. -lots of nooks and crannies in the room for example next to the door you can put things on a small recessed wall shelf and there is another cupboard you can put shoes or sandals etc. -hairdryer is provided. -toilet and shower are glass separated -they provide 2 toilet papers and 2 hand towels and 2 body towels. -shower is amazing, rain and hand held shower head with plenty of strong hot water pressure and hot water that lasts. -collapsable laundry basket is provided in the room. -electronic curtain shade on the windows and the windows are big round ship-like glass. -hanger coats that you can hang your clothes and towels are provided in the room. -there is also a reading lamp and racks above the desk to put stuff which was nice. -tissue box is provided. -mrt entrance is directly across the road from the hotel. -wifi spee

Ho prenotato una camera Premiere ma la mia camera era molto più piccola rispetto alla volta precedente. Che è la camera Deluxe. Sto pagando di più ma la mia camera era più piccola. Quando ho informato la reception, mi ha detto che era la disposizione a farla sembrare più piccola. E non mi hanno nemmeno cambiato con una camera più grande. Il che è ingiusto nei miei confronti perché sto pagando per una camera più grande. Anche la receptionist non è così amichevole. Non mi piace molto perché i miei figli non possono correre per la stanza come facevano prima quando prenotavo e pagavo meno per una camera più piccola. Per favore, insegna alla tua receptionist a sorridere perché rappresenta l'hotel come un'azienda di prima linea.

If tranquility and peace is what you’re looking for, you’ll find it here. Hotel is recently opened and therefore occupancy is not in full swing as yet. There is minimal staff on site and no F&B options available as yet. Staff recommends going to nearby (10mins sheltered walkway) train station (Kent Ridge) for food or drink. We visited over ***** New Year holidays and luckily food court at nearby NUH hospital was open. Overall the facilities pool and gym are very well kept. There is a work space cum dining tables indoors and also outdoors poolside which you can use to dine in your BYO food. Very thoughtful of hotel to setup induction stove, microwave and hotel water dispenser at lobby area for food warming. There’s even a BBQ PIT and sink next to pool but unsure how to register to use. Have suggested to hotel to setup some vending machines until their F&B outlet is operational. Don’t think it’ll happen too soon as renovations still ongoing for food outlet. Will definitely return for R&R again. But need to BYO drinks, snacks or food! Or just order Grab delivery!
