Hotel recentemente rinnovato. Ho prenotato una camera ventilata ma ho ottenuto un upgrade alla camera urbana. Penso che fosse un periodo basso nel periodo in cui soggiorno, molto silenzioso, buona insonorizzazione e camera abbastanza spaziosa. Piscina e palestra di buone dimensioni. Tutto il personale era sorridente e pronto ad aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta. Camera molto pulita con pulizia giornaliera. L'unico inconveniente era che la temperatura dell'acqua della doccia non era costante, improvvisa esplosione di acqua calda o fredda mentre si faceva la doccia a metà.

Completamente bello per questa stanza, non male, grande e pulito, anche loro forniscono il regalo d'anniversario

L'hotel è molto conveniente lungo la stazione della metropolitana di Norvina. Il bus fuori è a Usa per dieci ore. La stanza ha una cucina. Il latte caldo e le uova sono tutte le cose per la mattina. L'altro cameriere qui parlerà cinese e non inglese è molto amichevole

L'hotel è molto nuovo e pulito. Il personale è stato molto utile e amichevole. Ho lasciato il mio ID al dipartimento frontale quando sono entrato e il personale mi ha chiamato solo dopo le 8:00 per non disturbarmi alla notte. Situato a distanza dalla stazione MTR, ma ci sono molti autobus, e è un bel quartiere!

Visited on a Saturday and checked out on a Sunday. Check-in was fairly quick and fast. The reception was very professional and really nice and helped me check in without a hassle. I read reviews about Mercure on Trip and was wondering how bad it could be when talking about the room size. I figured that those customers were not from around Singapore and didn't know how small a hotel room in SG can be. Voila. I went into the room and was surprised. Everything was clean and the room was big enough in Singapore standards. M Social was my go-to and I was just wondering to myself that the room I booked in Mercure was much bigger than M Social and cheaper as well. Having stayed in York Hotel & M-Social most of the time, the money spent in Mercure was actually more worth it. Room came with shampoo, conditioner & body wash; M Social provided only shampoo and body wash. I ordered food in through GrabFood and realised I didn't have cutleries. Called the front desk at 1:45am asking for cutleries and received disposable utensils in the span of 5 minutes max. Talk about proficiency. I'm also a sucker for breakfast but I can't ever wake up in time so I cannot comment yet but I'll definitely book another stay soon so that I can try their breakfast. The place is very centralised and food is everywhere along the vicinity so there wouldn't be an issue if you're travelling from overseas. There are kopitiams / coffee shops which has cheaper food options as well if you do not want to break your bank but there are cafes and bars around the area as well. Air-condition was working as expected and hot water in the bathroom was also working well. There is SEPARATE tap with filtered water for you to refill your bottle so that you do not need to buy bottles and bottles of water which is nice. Checkout was at 12pm and I received a call at about 11:40am - 11:45am reminding me to check out. I thought I'd have to wait in queue to check out but I was approached by a staff or maybe the manager (?) and he even asked if we needed to keep our luggages with them first. I did not have any luggage so I declined the offer and just passed the keycards to him and that was my checkout process. Miscellanous stuffs I noticed - The staffs are very good at pre-empting what someone needs when a customer was walking towards the counter and asked where the washroom is and the 'security' pointed the direction of the toilet to him. Having worked in service / hospitality before, this is commendable as not many hotels are like that. The front desk was also receptive to requests when I wanted to leave a key card with the front desk so my friend can pick up the key card as well. Mercure in a nutshell is very service forward and professional. Compared to the other hotels I've stayed in, budget or hotels with stars, I'd definitely recommend Mercure as the top #1. Will definitely come back again. Thank you for having me!

Non preoccupatevi, c'è un menu per bambini, perfetto per chi è stanco dopo una notte con i bambini e non vuole uscire in hotel. L'hotel è davvero bellissimo. Non appena ho aperto le tende ogni giorno, ho sentito che sarebbe stato un altro giorno utile. L'unico inconveniente era che la stanza era un po' piccola, stavo crescendo un bambino da sola e sentivo che lo sarebbe stato un po' angusto per una famiglia di tre persone.

We faced some hiccups during check-in, which was frustrating. The daytime front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly, making the start of our stay less enjoyable. In contrast, the night shift staff were much more engaging and motivated, which was a relief. Duty Manager Dahlia made an effort to address my concerns after I provided feedback, and I appreciate her attempts at service recovery. The hotel itself is nice, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the inconsistency in service left us disappointed. I hope they can improve the front desk experience in the future. Overall, while we had some enjoyable moments, it wasn’t the celebration we had hoped for.

Non c'è problema con la stanza, ma la presa necessita di un adattatore. Il gel doccia è uguale allo shampoo ed è piuttosto frustrante dover stare nella vasca da bagno per farsi la doccia... Tutto il resto va bene, ma il prezzo è un po' alto rispetto ai prezzi nazionali. Nel complesso è abbastanza buono, fatta eccezione per alcuni piccoli dettagli che sono diversi da quelli cinesi.

Infrastrutture: c'è soggiorno e ristorante nella stanza, il frigorifero deve essere completo, il letto e il pannolo della stanza sono super comodi, e lavastoviglie, molto conveniente per viaggiare. Il secondo piano dell'hotel ha una zona di colazione, piscina e fitness, un soggiorno pubblico all'undicesimo piano, massaggi e tavolo da tavolo. Salute: le camere e le aree pubbliche sono molto pulite, e i compagni di flotta non sono provocatori. Ambiente: vicino al metro di Somerset, ci sono anche stazioni di autobus vicino. Posso raggiungere San Jiangsha e il giardino della baia di Zhuhai. È 313 sotto. Alcuni cibi sono molto comodi. Servizio: il servizio è eccellente, la colazione non è molto scelta, ma la qualità è buona. Oltre a un po'costo, non c'è nessun altro problema.
