The trip began with a thoughtful phone call from the resort to remind me about my booking for the day, which I appreciated as it made me feel well-prepared. However, I was informed during the call that parking was chargeable, which slightly dampened the mood, especially considering the overall cost of the stay. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist, Kelvin, was both welcoming and accommodating. He provided excellent service and made us feel at ease right from the start. Our first impression of the room was positive—the interior was clean and well-maintained, though I did notice that the exterior required some attention. There were stains visible on the bus, which gave the impression that it hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained recently. The room's amenities were well stocked, and we were particularly impressed by the high-quality products from Ink & Water, which added a nice touch to our stay. One slight issue we encountered was that the room we were allocated had some plants blocking the view from the bus driver’s seat. This made it difficult for us to take clear pictures of our kids in the driver's seat, which was a bit of a disappointment. The minibar in the room, however, was lacking refreshments, which was a bit of a letdown. It would have been nice to have some basic drinks or snacks available for convenience. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was unfortunately unreliable, which left our kids disappointed as they were looking forward to some online entertainment. However, Kelvin was very understanding and offered a kind gesture by providing an alternative solution to make up for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. It’s small acts like these that can make a big difference in the overall experience. The BBQ area had a grill available, but unfortunately, the grill mesh was not cleaned, so we had to prepare our own grill wire mesh. The seating area was well-lit, although the lighting was spoiled on the first night. We reported this issue to Kelvin, and while we were informed that it couldn’t be swapped out, he offered a lamp if necessary. On the second night, after further feedback, the staff were kind enough to help resolve the issue, ensuring we had proper lighting for our BBQ. The room’s air-conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable throughout the stay. All the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring that we had a restful night. Breakfast offered a variety of options, including Western, Malay, Indian, Chinese, and Vegan sets. While the taste was passable, it was convenient to have such a diverse selection to choose from. Check-out was scheduled for 11 am, with no flexibility in timing, despite it being a Sunday. We were informed that the resort would be packed, which is understandable, though it would have been nice to have a bit of leniency in case we needed more time. The main reason for a later check-out was that our kids were napping, and a little extra time would have been appreciated to avoid rushing. As there were no staff operating after 6 pm, we were provided with a number to call in case of an emergency. However, during office hours, there was no number available to call, and we had to walk over to the office if any issues arose. This could be an area for improvement to make communication more accessible. The resort offers two exits: one leading directly to the beach and the other towards the Changi Village Hawker Centre. Both options were convenient for exploring the area, and we appreciated the accessibility of both.

La stanza stessa era molto pulita, solo un po' di piccole tinture sul letto, nessun bidet, e il bagno era così piccolo e leggermente difficile da entrare/sortare. L'esperienza del club è stata piuttosto decente. Una buona e unica diffusione di cibo disponibile (rojak) insieme ad una serie di bevande. Il caffè del colazione il giorno dopo era un casino.Il buffet si è diffuso ma con troppo pochi server. Non ci sono tavole pulite intorno e 8/9 tazze prese sono state tintate o non lavate. Ha notato che c'erano molti studenti di scambio e stranieri, così potrebbe essere stato un periodo di picco con un personale insufficiente. Il colazione era medio. Il yotiao era così duro, il latte di soia senza sapore, il server della stazione delle uova mi ha rotto il cane soleggiato. Ma il riso fritto era piuttosto decente, amava la spina dorsale crema e le tosse di tater erano molto stupide! In generale, non sarebbe stato di nuovo sfortunato. L'esperienza nel suo complesso è stata deludente per un hotel 4*. Solo kudos è stato al receptionista e al personale del salone del club.

Very good service the receptionist is very friendly and accommodate to my room request full fulfilling my needs. Environment is nice and convenient and my room view is nice facing the airport runway. The receptionist also accommodate to my late checkout request really appreciate it. Thanks so much for the memorable experience at crowne plaza changi airport and hope to come again.

The room was fantastic, impeccably clean and better than what I could have expected. As business hotels suites go, this one was quite nice. The matress was super comfortable, nearly close to laying on clouds. Regrettably, the fan in the bathroom is on at an uncomfortably loud noise, even with doors closed. Despite being drained after a long flight, I could barely catch any sleep even with earplugs on. The pool is okay, if you are the only one using it, as it's so narrow that it merely allows for two people swimming side by side. Didnt have a chance to try out the gym, but looked decent. As for breakfast, I felt it just average and lacking some flavor. The coffee was so dreadful I resorted to adding milk to my double espresso, just to be able to finish it. A shame about the vent thing in the bathroom, I hope they solve it soon. It was better and cheaper than staying at a capsule hotel in Changi, so there's that.

Booked the Splash room during a flash sale, about $360 for 3D2N. Spacious room with a kitchenette, a TV that can swivel out to face the bed (not a smart TV), and a bathtub. Room also comes with a dividing screen that can be lowered to separate the sleeping area and living area. Cleanliness can be improved (found weird stains on the sheet), but that aside, daily housekeeping was generally good. Service could be improved: housekeeping knocked on our door at 1030am to ask if we required cleaning while we were getting dressed. Would be better if they had called us instead of turning up at the door at an inconvenient time. Staff who checked us in at the front desk also did not inform us about the noise from the building’s cladding that would affect us for the duration of our stay. We called front desk at night to ask about the thumping and knocking sound coming from the window and upstairs, and was told it’s from the building cladding due to facade upgrading works. Would appreciate if we had been notified about this when we made the booking as the knocking persisted throughout our stay.

E'molto conveniente per il bus. Il segreto sonoro è male per sentire gli altri parlare molto forte. Il bagno è molto separato, e i bagni sono buoni, e il pullman di questo hotel, e tutti i tipi di caffè e dolci sono buoni, e un grande specchio è tutto il corpo, e il bagno è anche grande, E anche la sensazione di soddisfazione della casa di indirizzo è buona. L'aula è pulita

Posizione: Sebbene non si trovi nel cuore del quartiere degli affari, nelle vicinanze ci sono autobus e stazioni della metropolitana che permettono di raggiungere quasi tutte le attrazioni più famose e i quartieri degli affari, il che non è male. Servizio: la risposta del servizio è molto tempestiva, ma il servizio clienti cinese scritto dall'hotel è limitato solo alla reception. Se hai domande di notte e chiami il numero del servizio clienti, non parlano cinese. Ambiente dell'hotel: c'era un cattivo odore proveniente dalle fogne e, per la prima volta, nella stanza c'erano tarme e moscerini! ! Più tardi abbiamo cambiato stanza e non c'erano più insetti. E le stanze con finestre sono solo finestre panoramiche e non possono essere aperte per ventilare, quindi l'aria nella stanza non è molto fresca. Servizi dell'hotel: molto completi, anche la colazione 🥣 è buona e molto varia.

Ho recentemente goduto di un fantastico soggiorno all'Hotel Indigo Katong e non potevo essere più impressionato. Il personale, Andy, che ci ha aiutato a trasferire la colazione nella zona di rifugio, il personale che ha fornito i servizi della stanza, andò oltre e sopra per assicurarsi che tutte le esigenze fossero soddisfatte con calore e professionalità. Le camere sono state un'evidente, moderna e impecabile design, e ogni camera ha un toccamento artistico unico che riflette lo spirito vibrante degli hotel Indigo. L'attenzione ai dettagli era evidente, dalle lussuose letti alle belle strutture. In generale, l'Hotel Indigo Katong offre una combinazione perfetta di comfort, design elegante e servizio eccellente. La nostra famiglia ha avuto un tempo molto meraviglioso di soggiornare a Grand Mercure East prenotato 2 camere da 29 gennaio al 31 gennaio. Voglio ringraziare la signora Sham dal Sales deep per aver organizzato una camera anziana amica per mia madre di 96 anni. Anche per me, ho goduto la stanza che il personale del desk era incaricato di fare, John, e abbiamo goduto anche del cibo del Café servito al primo piano. Signora Juliet, il personale di questo caffè era molto professionale a mettere il suo sorriso dolce * tutto il giorno e ci ha pazientemente camminato attraverso il menu e ci ha fortemente raccomandato i piatti speciali del capo . La cosa più importante è stata che mia madre godeva il piatto Hai Cheong Kai che è stato altamente raccomandato da Ms Juliet ...La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, molte ristoranti locali, un centro commerciale è a soli 5 minuti dall'hotel. Inoltre, la stazione ferroviaria è a soli 5 minuti a piedi direttamente dall'altra parte di questo hotel* È una grande comodità per i visitatori all'estero che arrivano all'aeroporto di Changi a questo hotel* Juliet mantiene il tuo *Fantastic Good Service *. La camera dell'hotel è grande e pulita, il servizio del personale della hall è molto buono, ci sono molti tipi di colazione e il gusto è molto buono Ci vogliono solo 15 minuti dall'hotel all'aeroporto, il che è molto comodo. C'è FOOD COURT/massaggio nel centro commerciale adiacente, molto amichevole
