Completamente bello per questa stanza, non male, grande e pulito, anche loro forniscono il regalo d'anniversario

L'hotel è molto nuovo e pulito. Il personale è stato molto utile e amichevole. Ho lasciato il mio ID al dipartimento frontale quando sono entrato e il personale mi ha chiamato solo dopo le 8:00 per non disturbarmi alla notte. Situato a distanza dalla stazione MTR, ma ci sono molti autobus, e è un bel quartiere!

La stanza è grande, c'è una piccola sala da soggiorno e una piccola cucina che può cucinare, anche spaziosa, l'hotel è più tranquillo intorno. È vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. Da stazione della metropolitana è diretto al negozio di Usa Road per dieci minuti. È molto conveniente. La colazione è molto semplice. Sono fondamentalmente diverse opzioni ogni giorno. Vivo per sei giorni per mangiare.

We faced some hiccups during check-in, which was frustrating. The daytime front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly, making the start of our stay less enjoyable. In contrast, the night shift staff were much more engaging and motivated, which was a relief. Duty Manager Dahlia made an effort to address my concerns after I provided feedback, and I appreciate her attempts at service recovery. The hotel itself is nice, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the inconsistency in service left us disappointed. I hope they can improve the front desk experience in the future. Overall, while we had some enjoyable moments, it wasn’t the celebration we had hoped for.

Visited on a Saturday and checked out on a Sunday. Check-in was fairly quick and fast. The reception was very professional and really nice and helped me check in without a hassle. I read reviews about Mercure on Trip and was wondering how bad it could be when talking about the room size. I figured that those customers were not from around Singapore and didn't know how small a hotel room in SG can be. Voila. I went into the room and was surprised. Everything was clean and the room was big enough in Singapore standards. M Social was my go-to and I was just wondering to myself that the room I booked in Mercure was much bigger than M Social and cheaper as well. Having stayed in York Hotel & M-Social most of the time, the money spent in Mercure was actually more worth it. Room came with shampoo, conditioner & body wash; M Social provided only shampoo and body wash. I ordered food in through GrabFood and realised I didn't have cutleries. Called the front desk at 1:45am asking for cutleries and received disposable utensils in the span of 5 minutes max. Talk about proficiency. I'm also a sucker for breakfast but I can't ever wake up in time so I cannot comment yet but I'll definitely book another stay soon so that I can try their breakfast. The place is very centralised and food is everywhere along the vicinity so there wouldn't be an issue if you're travelling from overseas. There are kopitiams / coffee shops which has cheaper food options as well if you do not want to break your bank but there are cafes and bars around the area as well. Air-condition was working as expected and hot water in the bathroom was also working well. There is SEPARATE tap with filtered water for you to refill your bottle so that you do not need to buy bottles and bottles of water which is nice. Checkout was at 12pm and I received a call at about 11:40am - 11:45am reminding me to check out. I thought I'd have to wait in queue to check out but I was approached by a staff or maybe the manager (?) and he even asked if we needed to keep our luggages with them first. I did not have any luggage so I declined the offer and just passed the keycards to him and that was my checkout process. Miscellanous stuffs I noticed - The staffs are very good at pre-empting what someone needs when a customer was walking towards the counter and asked where the washroom is and the 'security' pointed the direction of the toilet to him. Having worked in service / hospitality before, this is commendable as not many hotels are like that. The front desk was also receptive to requests when I wanted to leave a key card with the front desk so my friend can pick up the key card as well. Mercure in a nutshell is very service forward and professional. Compared to the other hotels I've stayed in, budget or hotels with stars, I'd definitely recommend Mercure as the top #1. Le poche camere sono davvero migliori del comodo trasporto. Ci vogliono solo circa 30-45 minuti per prendere la MRT per l'aeroporto. C'è molto cibo al piano di sotto. C'è un supermercato e la reception ha un buon servizio ritirare la camera presto dopo l'una, ma sarà un po' imbarazzante quando entrerete nella stanza per la prima volta. C'è un odore strano, adatto ai viaggiatori a breve termine che sono più sensibili al prezzo. Si prega di notare che il check-. l'orario di uscita è alle 11

Zhu Jian ha fatto tre generazioni di viaggio e amato l'hotel. Non c'è così tanta scelta per la colazione in hotel, ma è delizioso. È così lungo il ristorante che ho fatto p3. Ci sono pane (tutti i panini) e panini di corna, frutta e salate, e la frutta fresca preferita dei bambini, e bevande di cotone. Sono le sei e otto ore di sera (ora felice?), ci sono vino e cibo (soprattutto frutta, pollo e pizza).L'hotel è in generale molto mini, in totale quattro strati, e dieci camere in ogni strato iniziano. I giorni successivi al mio soggiorno dovrebbero essere piene di stanza, ma non c'è molto spazio nel bar. La porta anteriore dell'hotel è la stazione di guardia del fiume. La porta posteriore è la stazione di guardia del mondo. È molto vicina. La foto P8 è fatta sulla porta anteriore dell'hotel. La luce gialla nel mezzo della foto è il logo della stazione della metropolitana.La porta posteriore è il fiume Singapore. È anche molto timido guardare altri cani correre in bicicletta. Puoi andare al molo di Cracovia e all'acqua di buoi e alla strada di Ussil (in mezz'ora).C'è una lavatrice nella stanza, che è necessario per questo posto dove si suda ogni giorno.C'è lavatrice di polvere.Ci sono utensili da cucina ma nessun condimento.Ci sono acqua calda.Benvenuti vino rosso e Macarone. Ci sono macchine per caffè e caffè.La qualità delle scorte è buona. Un punto che deve essere ricordato: 1. La stazione della metropolitana alla porta non vende la carta di collegamento, deve essere comprata altrove e caricata vicino alla macchina di scarico 2.I bambini devono pagare un ulteriore prezzo per l'uso dei letti esistenti 3. I forniture monouso non comprendono le scarpe 4.È meglio notare che il tempo di soggiorno è tardi. Anche se ci siamo arrivati alle undici di notte, abbiamo detto che la reception cinese ci sta aspettando, ma non sapeva quanto tempo aspettare, mi sentivo un po'solo deplorevole 5. Sembra che si prenoti sei notti

The bed was very comforty. Location was great for shopping and a lot of eateries within the vicinity. Staff was friendly. Security officer by the name Mariyun was especially helpfull.

Hotel meraviglioso, vista pazzesca sulla città, camera super confortevole, fornita di tutto. Colazione buona e varia anche se un pò caotica. Mi manca svegliarmi qui. Assolutamente consigliato.

The hotel itself is consider convenient, there’s a gateway right across the street beside the hotel where it can connect down to Suntec City lower level food court. This trip we brought our one year old with us. During the check in, no one informed us about the music festival (DJ) that had been going on for the past days. The room that was given to us were right on top of the music festival, it was so loud during the afternoon and I was told it’ll continue to 10pm. My son couldn’t take his nap at all! This messed up our whole day schedule, we basically wasted the whole day trying to get a room change. However, thanks to the assistant front desk manager (Ivy) we were able to get a higher floor room away from all the noise (finally got a room change at around 8:30pm), if it’s not for her help I would have given a even less of a rating. Once again I would like to thanks Ivy for all her help. She was great.
