Hotel in zona Lenovo S Pte Ltd, Singapore

Questo è il peggiore hotel che abbia mai soggiornato e per questo motivo non tornerò mai.La mia stanza era al quinto piano. Stavo per dormire alle 12 dopo essere tornato dal concerto di tour, ma proprio quando sono andato a dormire profondamente, ho iniziato a sentire le porte che stava soffiando (chiusa) suono. E ricordatevi, il suono di Bang è così alto che fa ur battere il cuore e si può sentire che il muro è vibrante. E si è verificato ogni pochi minuti, durato fino al passato 1. Non solo questo, ci sono e fuori rumore di cose che cadono in profondità sul pavimento come se qualcuno cadesse i loro bagagli. Sono riuscito a dormire dopo le due e dopo le cinque mi svegli di nuovo il rumore. Non sono riuscito a riposare correttamente durante il mio soggiorno. Ti lascio decidere se questo è puramente basso suono + inconsiderare ospiti o insultato. A parte questo, devo applaudire il buon servizio del personale dell'hotel, che è stato molto utile in tutto - da aiutare a immagazzinare i bagagli, portami il modo di prendere l'autobus pubblico a morte, chiamare il conducente per il servizio di navetta a morte. Per coloro che hanno prenotato questo posto per la loro navetta, non è del tutto promettente, perché il conducente sembra sempre non disponibile. Senza la navetta, potrebbe essere un lungo passo fino al collasso. La stanza non era molto pulita, vedo i capelli e le sporche sulle foglie, ma il resto era a posto. Anche se il personale merita una cinque stelle, non rivederei questo posto.

Everything is okay about this hotel and our stay: great location, friendly staff, hot and cold water. The only complaint i have is that the room is tiny. I brought work with me but had a hard time because the desk and stool provided was very small. Almost no space for luggage, the AC also broke when we were checked in and caused condensation so bad the the floor and walls got wet. Our clothes and bed got damp. We reported this to the staff and was transferred to another room which fixed the problem.

The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles (Jassica and Kai) and made sure all my needs were met efficiently. The checkout process was equally smooth, making my departure just as pleasant as my arrival. After checkout I forgot my phone at hotel room, they immediately connected me, I was at air port then, gone back and took phone come back. I must thank for this quick information from hotel (especially Mr. Kei) thank you. Room Quality: My room was a sanctuary of comfort and style. It was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The attention to detail in the room’s design, from the plush furnishings to the elegant lighting, was impressive. Amenities: The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. On the right hand side you see Dominos which gives great Pizza (Especially great Veg Pizza). Shopping Center is at walkable distance. Service: The level of service throughout my stay was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to concierge, was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Location: The Grandview Hotel’s location is ideal, situated close to key attractions and dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the local sights or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall Experience: My stay at Fragrance Hotel - Oasis was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and excellent amenities made it a standout choice. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium experience and a home-away-from-home ambiance. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

Thank you for making our stay comfortable.. The staff is really good specially the uncle receptionist.. All staff are friendly.. Everyday they will ask if what do we need so that they can provide... Sure will. Come back again 🙂

Hotel recentemente rinnovato. Ho prenotato una camera ventilata ma ho ottenuto un upgrade alla camera urbana. Penso che fosse un periodo basso nel periodo in cui soggiorno, molto silenzioso, buona insonorizzazione e camera abbastanza spaziosa. Piscina e palestra di buone dimensioni. Tutto il personale era sorridente e pronto ad aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta. Camera molto pulita con pulizia giornaliera. L'unico inconveniente era che la temperatura dell'acqua della doccia non era costante, improvvisa esplosione di acqua calda o fredda mentre si faceva la doccia a metà.

This hotel is indeed very good and I highly recommend it. The most important thing is the help I received from “Ken”. The room was also very comfortable to stay in. 如果是國人，第一次來新加坡，我推薦這裏，前提你得帶好足夠的現金，哈哈哈哈哈

Bene, bene, bene. Il trasporto è molto conveniente. Singapore è davvero divertente. Mi sono divertito molto durante il mio viaggio a Singapore. Anche il trasporto di questo hotel è molto conveniente.

ショップングモールが近くにあって立地は良いが、客室の清掃回数が少なく、衛生的とは言えない。 また、客室のドアの下方に大きな通気口があるため遮音性が低く外部からの騒音が酷い。

The location is quite far from the atractions but it is quiet, serene and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much Trip for this wonderful vacation!

La stanza è piccola ma pulita, e conoscendo le tariffe di Singapore per gli hotel, questo è un decente. È anche vicino ai luoghi di avvolgimento, così è facile ottenere buon cibo a un prezzo equo. Abbiamo prenotato due camere (una per me + mia nipote, e una per la famiglia di mio nipote). La famiglia di mio nipote ha incontrato problemi di odore con la stanza in cui sono entrati e quando ho parlato con il direttore, era molto gentile e accogliente che li aiutarono a muoversi in una stanza migliore subito. Se ho deciso di tornare a Singapore in futuro, considererò certamente di nuovo la prenotazione a Fragrance Hotel.
