Staff was friendly and helpful with the customer service service is good and faster than usual the rooms are not dirty and was comfortable not to mention that is clean aswell

The location is very good easy to travel with MRT and bus also there's many restaurant nearby.

Had to enter through the dirty back alley, dirty rooms, you can tell them spam the fragrance there to remove the disgusting smell that you will eventually smell from the pillow and bedsheets. Was locked out of our room after going out for awhile as well, and due to the place being self check in etc, you have to use your phone to unlock the door but the app/system has alot of flaws and we had to get the staff to help us after waiting for 30 mins at the lobby. Rooms are not sound proof as well and u can hear everything from another room, and me and my date literally can't sleep a wink... will not come back again...

Overall it’s okay for the price. I do wish there is at least basic amenities like toothbrush. Not very sound proof, can hear people walking at corridor and door open and closing sound.

While location is fantastic where it’s located within a stretch of restaurants and near to mall and MRT, it is a little confusing when we booked Grab as the entrance is at the back alley while the cars always tend to wait at the main road

all is very comfy season.. this trip by st signature very comfy me.. thank you for the hospitality us. sure will came back again...

Overall it’s okay. Location is fantastic . Suitable for a short stay.

No hot water for shower. No warm water for shower. And the hotel refuse partial refund and early check-out. They refused to admit its not warm and asked me to reopen every 2 minutes (since the water went completely cold after 2 minutes). it can keep the water not that cold but still not suitable for shower. I moved to another hotel already in the middle of the whole period.

Heard a lot about this hotel. Decided to try. Space wasn't well fitted. Saving space till it compromise to a reason why a basic room is there.

Good staff services. Fast check in and check out. Nearby many food and nearest walking distance to bugis junction.

Wrongly book, nonrefundable after contacting hotel

Nice tv with Netflix, Disney, YouTube channels with comfortable bedding.

Everything is okay for a short stay. Location not bad, walkable distances to alley that have food!
