Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, tuttavia la strada per raggiungere l'hotel è un po' dissestata. Il Wi-Fi è scarso, si disconnetteva sempre ed era lento. Il cibo non è quello che mi aspettavo, perché non c'era molta scelta e il cibo era più in stile occidentale.

Ho soggiornato all'Isann Lodge Hotel per 3 notti. Il territorio è come un giardino tropicale. Ci sono molte sculture autentiche e oggetti interessanti. Davvero splendido! Gli interni sono molto belli, tutto è in legno, i mobili sembrano fatti a mano. Il personale è disponibile. Servono ottime colazioni. Mi è piaciuto molto questo posto e lo consiglierei a tutti.

Very beautiful hotel and cozy style. But the location is out of crowded.

Friendly, helpful staff; delicious meals; clean and refreshing pool; privacy and tidy room with no unwanted insects; tuk tuk waiting outside and close location to Angkor Wat.

我是一個非常喜歡安靜和獨處的人 所以這家民俗對我來説非常的喜歡 如果你也喜歡那種大自然 一早醒來就能聽到鳥鳴聲一打開窗子就可以看到熱帶樹林和香氣 那選擇這家酒店是不錯的 但是地理位置有點偏僻 但是車呀交通工具那些如果有需要的話 酒店都會幫忙安排 不用擔心 最需要酒店價格非常的友好

Тихий отель, расположен в деревне, в 10 минутах езды от города. Домики стоят в густой ростительности - ощущение что живешь в джунглях, когда выходишь из номера. Номера чистые, без прикрас - все по минимуму для комфорта есть. Еда вкусная, но не разнообразная. Есть бассейн. Аутентичный отельчик.

Il posto è magnifico e suggestivo, sembra quasi di essere immersi nella giungla. Lo staff è estremamente carino, cortese, disponibile e pronti ad accogliere ogni richiesta. La camera è spaziosa, letti comodissimi, piscina ben curata. Cosa importante e i tuk tuk sempre disponibili all’ingresso della struttura per raggiungere la città in 5 minuti con pochi euro!!

Siamo stati davvero bene!!Tutto lo staff si è dimostrato molto accogliente, d’altronde come tutta la Cambogia!! La location è molto bella, camera spaziose forse poco insonorizzate. Unica pecca non abbiamo trovato nessun riscontro con le foto dei piatti trovate su Booking rispetto al ristorante che si trova in struttura. Ci hanno detto che avevano un altro ristorante in paese e magari le foto si riferivano a quello, comunque chiarirei questo cosa sui siti di prenotazione, perché per noi è stato uno dei motivi per il quale abbiamo prenotato lì. La gentilezza di chi ci lavora però colma qualsiasi lacuna!!! Grazie di tutto!

Beloved Plants, water, shadows, smiles, beautiful timber ! I didn't see any plastic here: everything here is made of many natural material and often in a traditional style, with always a note of very good and subtle taste ! We slept like cats in a very comfortable room, with the ideal temperature! The team, fluent in English, is very efficient to get tuktuk, organised tour to the temples and for your life in this place, sort of eden garden in the busy world of Siem Reap! I recommend warmly! Also they gave us a prodigious restaurant recommendation, (same owner apparently!) and we've been burnt out by the tremendous quality of the meals: the Mahob Khmer restaurant:Organic Farm-to-Table Experience! As a foody boy, I just collapsed!

Isann lodge provides a beautiful and tranquil place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of town. The pool area is a very relaxing place to spend a day, surrounded by tropical plants and very comfortable loungers. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very spacious. Book a room with breakfast included as there’s lots of choice and it’s very tasty. I had fried eggs and an assortment of breads and toast with a fruit platter. The staff were friendly and offered a 4pm checkout.

Our group of five had an exceptional experience during our recent stay at the Ratanak Private Pool Villa at Isann Lodge in Siem Reap. After two days of exploring the Angkor Wat temples, fishing villages, and the city, the villa provided a serene retreat surrounded by picturesque rice fields. The private swimming pool was a highlight—spacious and impeccably maintained, offering a refreshing escape from the Cambodian heat. The villa itself was beautifully designed, blending traditional Khmer architecture with modern comforts, creating an atmosphere of luxury and authenticity. The staff at Isann Lodge were outstanding. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, attentive, and always available to assist with any request. Their dedication to ensuring our stay was enjoyable was evident in every interaction, making us feel truly valued as guests. We highly recommend Isann Lodge’s Ratanak Private Pool Villa to anyone seeking a luxurious and culturally immersive experience in Siem Reap. We look forward to returning in the future.

An amazing jungle oasis just 20 min from center of Siem Reap. You can not expect to get better service than here. From second 1 we felt so welcomed by the lovely Chon and the whole staff treated and took care of us so well. They also help organising trips and a lift will always be at your service.

The location is perfect! It gives jungle vibes even though you're only a 10 minute tuk tuk ride away from the centre. The Tuk Tuk costs less than £2 if you order on the Grab app. There is also a tuk tuk located at the hotel at all times. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious with the added bonus of a lovely big bathtub. The pool is super relaxing, surrounded by greenery. The staff go above and beyond to help in any way they can. We originally only booked this hotel for 1 night. However, we loved it so much we stayed for 4. We were even offered late checkout at no additional cost. Would definitely stay here again.
