Hotel in zona Apsara Style One, Siem Reap

Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

From the moment i step into the elegant lobby, ive been greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The hotel's luxurious accommodations boast modern amenities and comfortable furnishings, ensuring a restful stay after exploring the nearby Angkor temples. One of the highlights of the hotel is its lush tropical garden and inviting swimming pool, perfect for unwinding under the Cambodian sun. The on-site restaurants serve up a delectable array of Khmer and international cuisine, satisfying even the most discerning palates. Another thing is its proximity to nearby establishments like j7 angkor, made in cambodia market and the pub, plus convenience store/local supermarket and ATM are just walking distance from the hotel.

Amo questo hotel così tanto. La piscina era meravigliosa per rilassarsi e rilassarsi e bere. La ricezione mi ha reso grande il soggiorno e ci ha aiutato a organizzare il miglior tour del villaggio Floating. Il letto era comodo e la bagno era pulita. Buona camera con acqua fredda. Possiamo prenotare il biglietto per l'autobus anche in Cambogia. Siamo grati e non possiamo aspettare di raccomandare questo hotel.

Wir sind in diesem Hotel gelandet da im Schwesterhotel das gebuchte Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung stand. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und ordentlich. Aber: Am ersten Morgen gab es kein Frühstücksbüffet da zu wenig Gäste im Haus waren. Wir sollten aus der Frühstückskarte auswählen. Leider war das Meiste nicht vorhanden. Frühstück sollte es von 6.00 Uhr bis 10.00 Uhr geben . Am Vorabend des Abreisetages hatten wir darauf hingewiesen, dass wir bereits um 6.00 Uhr zum frühstücken kommen wollten da wir früh abreisen mussten. Bis 7.00 Uhr dauerte es bis das Frühstücksbüffet fertig war. Das Servicepersonal machte einen hilflosen Eindruck und verstand die einfachsten Worte (Milch und Zucker) nicht. Das Rezeptionspersonal konnte oder wollte nicht bei der Beschaffung für die Weiterreise behilflich sein. Die waren zwar freundlich aber wenig bemüht. Wer keine Kenntnisse der Khmer-Sprache besitzt sollte dieses Haus meiden. Das muslimische Frühgebet verpasst man nicht da um 5,00 Uhr morgens der Muezzin ruft.

친절하고 좋아요. 가격대가 저렴해서 더 마음에 들고, 위치도 큰길가 옆이고, 근처에 식당,카페도 몇개 있어요. 수영장도 수영하기 좋아요. 앙코르사원가는 삼거리에 위치하고, 시내는 뚝뚝이로 $2에 갈 수 있어요. 시설이 조금 낡은 것이 흠이지만 청소를 깨끗하게 잘해줘요. 세탁은 $2/1kg이고 당일 세탁을 해주더라고요. 매우 만족합니다.

Un bel hotel, molto amichevole e ben parlante personale inglese. Ciò che mi serviva era tutto organizzato. La stanza era grande, pulita e tutto funzionava bene. Inoltre, la piscina è buona e la piscina ha una profondità di 2.2 metri su un lato, che è molto piacevole per coloro che amano nuotare.

La posizione è al centro di Siem Reap di fronte al fiume. Le stanze sono nuove e in linea con gli altri Ibis Styles. La colazione è nella media. La piscina a sfioro, non grandissima, è un punto di forza. La cosa migliore è il servizio e l'attenzione al cliente da parte del personale. I have had the opportunity to stay in numerous hotels during my travels, but The Sarai has truly left a lasting impression on me. First and foremost, I would like to highlight the outstanding level of service that your staff exhibited throughout my stay. The entire team at The Sarai, especially Rose, David, and Anna, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a delightful experience. Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I am grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will not hesitate to recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you once again for providing me with a remarkable experience.

Great hotel, clean, opulent decor, staff are very professional and always happy to help. I cannot fault the hotel. Breakfast is basic, but we stayed at 3 hotels in siem reap and this had the best breakfast. Mrs Taing at reception was a real delight to deal with, fluent english, great customer service and very professional. If i come back to siem reap i would stay here. Thank you Mrs Taing and prince team.

For a family of 4 we couldn't ask for more! Comfortable, convenient and spacious. Every corner weather it was in the room, the toilet or the manicured outdoors was maintained as if it was built yesterday. The rooms are spacious and functional in every respect. The pool (after a visit to the temples) is an absolute haven with a smaller attached pool spa which does its job perfectly! The staff (though short) ensures the vest quality, presentation and mouth washer ingredients food. Set away from the main city one has to take a 10-15 minute taxi to the center so that's something to be aware of. It's a silent and well curated property ideal for a fantastic family stay! The breakfast is adequate and chabges daily. Special reqeusts are happily accomodated! Thanks for having us!
