I checked into this room with my family, it looks as advertised just poorly maintained. The fountains aren’t clean, there was a worker just staring at us from behind a tree into our room, there’s mold in the bathrooms, we were told there was a bar and and restaurant but actually they order from Pub street and go get it then bring it to you. It took an hour just for drinks.

The hotel is was good, staff are nice, I really like the environment in the hotel but I the water is not that hot it’s just little bit warm and the sofa is feel little bit moist, and they have a dog he so cute and friendly.

Its just awesome. If anyone is planning to go to a trip in Sikkim than you should stay in My space banari Residency Namchi only. It's most recommend. I went with my family and I just loved it. The behaviour of the staff members are just awesome 👌. The most important thing that they provide is their quality and quantity of the food nothing to question about this. If you stay here you are going to love the palace.
