Servizio ottimo, personale sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La stanza aveva un cattivo odore di fumo, l'ho segnalato ma non è stato fatto nulla in questo caso. Nella doccia nel bagno, dopo un minuto di utilizzo usciva l'acqua fuori e occorreva mettere degli asciugamani a terra per evitare di avere l'acqua ovunque. Hotel molto bello, così come le piscine.

Oh. Questo hotel è stato meraviglioso in cui soggiornare. Molto pulito e ordinato. Super confortevole dopo una giornata ai templi. Il cibo nel ristorante era gustoso e il personale è cordiale. Se soggiorni qui, ti consiglio di fare un massaggio nella porta accanto perché è stato incredibilmente rilassante ed è proprio quello che serve dopo una giornata trascorsa a passeggiare

Bel posto, pulito e il prezzo economico è buono, consiglio di soggiornare qui. L'accoglienza è molto gradita.

L'hotel era davvero carino, il personale era molto cordiale e mi sono divertito. La colazione a volte finiva molto presto... se non mangiavo prima delle 7:30 la colazione non sarebbe buona. La stanza era molto confortevole, con un buon condizionatore d'aria e un facile accesso alla piscina.

We came across a few issues that could bring this hotel rating down to 1/10. Bed was comfy but we found a dead cockroach underneath the closet. Bloodstains on the bed sheet, the toilet was smelly. The towel was stained with makeup. And lastly, the dirty swimming pool. You can even see the bacteria floating around.

Had a decent stay

The accommodation experience is very good, but the wifi is not very stable.

The rooms are unique and the interior is very "Cambodia feels". Rooms are also spacious, comfortable and affordable. Love their balcony with pool view. There is no elevator so you may consider 1st floor rooms if you have luggages. Though they will help you carry your things. Location wise - can take tuktuk to go to places such as the night market and pub street. The only downside: Swimming pool wasn't maintained well and it not so inviting to swim (hope they able to maintain it and maximize the good ambiance of the pool). Other items in the room are not well maintained such as the water kettle is rusty and the bathrobes got holes/tears. Love their lobby/receiving area too. It is very cozy area and love the scents! Staff are very welcoming and very polite despite of the communication barrier. They are very patient. The phone in my original room wasn't working and asked for replacement since I may need the phone during my stay. I appreciate Trey for stepping out and settled the issue. They have good food as well. They even packed my breakfast when one of my tour started at 0430hr. They also offer complimentary foot massage and discounts for food/bar and spa. I was able to try their Khmer Massage at La Dear Spa on my last night. I recommend Vanra for the relaxing spa experience.

It’s a great place to stay and they have a great workers in the redemption and restaurant

The room Was dirty and broken. Although I asked to pay attention to the toilet, they say they will fix it, but they did not. Breakfast is very poor. Better eat outside . I dont recommend this hotel..

The hotel is in a great location with great customer service. It’s close to Pub Street and there are plenty of places to eat at a long the way. It’s probably my favorite part of my stay. It’s close to the bustling scene but away enough to have a peaceful atmosphere. Upon arrival at the hotel, a staff welcomed us at the main entrance with complimentary kiwi drink and cold towels. It’s amazing as it was so hot outside. It was about an hour and a half from the airport to the hotel via tuktuk. There was no elevator at the hotel so consider that when you book. I booked the deluxe pool access but we were put in the deluxe pool view because they rented out the one I booked. I was pretty annoyed because we got 4 heavy suitcases. We had to move to our room the next day when the original room I booked was ready. It was about noon, so we wasted that time with organizing our stuff. Siem Reap gets really really hot. You need to start your day early and find a cool place around noon and go out again at 4 when it’s not too hot. They have a night culture for good reasons. To have breakfast at the hotel, make sure to go early as the staff members at the restaurant are not the most diligent when it comes yo replenishing the food containers. We had breakfast at about 9 on our first day and we were greeted by leftovers and zero meat. We were the only ones eating at that time. Everyone wakes up early to start their days. So, when you have breakfast at 7 too, you may also run out of meat, but not bread and noodles. We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel gave us complimentary cocktails and 30 minutes foot massage btw. My other favorites from this hotel. Overall, I have no regrets staying at this hotel and it will be a place to comeback to when I visit again.

We stayed at the Ladear Angkor Boutique Hotel for four nights. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Excellent mattresses. Balconies overlooking the palm trees and pool. The location is close to the centre of Siem Reap, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax at night. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful in organising day trips to the temples and anything else regarding your stay. I stupidly forgot my mobile phone when we left. They went out of their way to send it to my next destination, for which I am eternally grateful. We were very happy at Ladear Angkor Boutique Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Good value for money and is only a 15min walk from pub street
