"From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏"

"Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y seguro repetiremos, únicamente no le doy el máximo en puntuación en las instalaciones por qué la TV no es una smartv y no puedes enlazar el móvil para ver por ejemplo Netflix y ver alguna película ya que los canales que tienen son en portugués lógicamente a no ser que si tienen en español la TV 1"

"Tiene buena ubicación cerca del centro , además estaba todo muy limpio y es tal cual lo ves en la foto. La verdad que una experiencia única y para repetir. Además viajamos con un niño y no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema muy atentos y serviciales."

"E'un po'di distanza dal centro della città, ma a dieci minuti a piedi può raggiungere l'attrazione turistica. A causa di una distanza un po'di distanza, l'ambiente circostante è molto tranquillo e tranquillo.C'è un caffè e un ristorante vicino, pieno di persone locali, che è un buon ambiente. "L'appartamento è perfetto! Così tedioso e ha tutte le cose necessarie. La posizione è molto conveniente. Ci è un supermercato vicino, anche una stazione di metro 8 minuti a piedi che va direttamente all'aeroporto! Il personale è amichevole e aperto per aiutare. Abbiamo avuto un viaggio davvero meraviglioso a Porto! Grazie!"
