Hotel con parcheggio a Bonfim

From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏

Il vantaggio principale dell'Hotel Porto Acta de Avenue è la sua posizione centrale, che permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi le principali attrazioni turistiche e le vie dello shopping. Le camere sono moderne e arredate con gusto, e i letti comodi mi hanno permesso di riposare bene durante il mio viaggio. Il personale è stato cordiale e veloce, rendendo le procedure di check-in e check-out molto agevoli, e la colazione era soddisfacente, con una varietà di opzioni e ingredienti freschi. Nel complesso, grazie alla sua posizione comoda e ai servizi piacevoli a un prezzo ragionevole, questo hotel ha reso il mio viaggio a Porto ancora più piacevole.

Great stay. Nothing to complain about.

Ho trascorso un periodo fantastico al JAM Porto. Tutto lo staff era molto gentile e mi ha aiutato molto a scegliere la destinazione turistica. Grazie a questa, ho potuto concentrarmi sul lavoro e sulla scrittura dei miei capitoli. Il centro è a 20 minuti a piedi, ma vi piaceranno i quartieri circostanti: ci sono caffè, pub e tapas bar molto accoglienti e dall'atmosfera locale, dove andavo ogni giorno. La colazione era molto abbondante!

The room is very hygienic, the equipment is flat, the semi-gold is advanced and safe, and the entrance and exit can be Uber and bolt, barely the trouble of going up and down the slope. At night, you can indeed hear the sound of cars outside the window, but it does not affect your sleep much. Speaking of which, Botu is still a good place to live in.

E'un po'di distanza dal centro della città, ma a dieci minuti a piedi può raggiungere l'attrazione turistica. Il bagno è molto economico, quindi se non vuoi camminare, puoi andare a cavallo facilmente.La stanza è piccola, ma i beni più piccoli sono puliti.Questa è una stanza con letti a due livelli, ma penso che due persone vivono qui un po'piccolo, perché c'è pochi spazio per la consegna dei bagagli. Sono sola, quindi posso passare a mio agio.Nessun ascensore, solo le scale, quindi, se hai un grande bagaglio, ti prego, attento.In generale, raccomandato.

Не понимаю восторженных отзывов. По мне средний хостел. При бронировании была одна цена, при заселении сказали, что произошла техническая ошибка и запросили 10 евро доплатить сверху. Т.к. добиралась до него долго и сил искать новое жильё не было, пришлось оплатить. Считаю недопустимым такое отношение к бронированию. По сути это квартира, переделанная под хостел. Внутри темно, даже мрачно. Света не хватает, окна постоянно закрыты жалюзями. Кому-то может это нормально, мне не понравилось. Внутри комнаты, 2 санузла, кухня. Уборка нормальная, помещение чистое. Ресепшн на месте только до 17 часов. Можно заселиться дистанционно. Не понравилась постель- простыня в катышках с волосами. Как будто её не меняют. Расположен далеко от достопримечательностей, пол часа минимум надо идти пешком.

Un hotel abbastanza completo, non è nel centro e la zona per la notte è molto sola, strutture molto buone, camere molto belle, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, buon colazione. Abbiamo avuto un problema al ricevimento, perché ci hanno detto prima di sì e poi q sì e poi se doveva pagare le tasse della città. Ho spiegato e ho dimostrato che li avevo già pagati, ma secondo loro non li avevo pagati trip per il fatto che mi ha toccato di ripagare, il che mi ha lasciato un po' impressionata. D'altra parte, i secchetti sono super antiche e si riscaldano e si spegne a 30 secondi e si smettono di funzionare fino a 3 minuti, quindi meglio portare il secchetto.
