Un grande posto per soggiornare se si sta pianificando di visitare i-City è solo a pochi passi da qui. In quanto bonus, gli ospiti godono di accesso complimentare al parco acquatico quando si soggiorna a Wyndham. Le più vicine shopping malle, Central i-City e AEON Bukit Raja, sono entrambi facilmente accessibili. Ci sono anche molti piatti vicini, tutti a piedi. Se si sta guidando, il parcheggio è abbondante. Self check-in smooth. Low floor End Unit. Spacious with 2 rooms and a hall. Hall aircon not working. Room aircons and fans work well.
Bathrooms ok.
Drinking water dispenser ok.
Washing machine ok.
TV ok.
Glass cup weird design. Drinks could spill out easily. Curtain doesn't fit the window well.
Cleanliness good.

UUtente anonimoThe room type I booked through Trip.com was supposed to have a masjid view. I'm not sure if this was a misleading detail from Trip.com to attract customers or an issue from the hotel itself, but I did not receive the expected view. Additionally, the room was quite noisy due to the fan, even at its lowest setting. I could also hear loud footsteps from the upper level until 11 PM, as well as noise from people coming in and out of the rooms and from outside the building. Instead of the anticipated view, my room faced another building. The food was decent, though the variety was limited. However, the service was friendly overall, and the dining area manager was particularly kind. Despite the room feeling slightly outdated with an old-fashioned ambiance, it is still a suitable place for families to stay.

FFadzli RosliIts not my first time staying at the Concorde Shah Alam. Every year during ramadan i will come here and stay for one night. Basically i got the room that i want with the view of the mosque. Our room is near the elevator. The room was tad small but still good. The sahur food was good too. The check in and check out also smooth. Before this the parking was not charge but this time around after they changed the system we were charge RM3 after we checkout. Kinda weird coz we are the guest. So its no longer free parking even for the guest.

BBellahueyThis is my second visit, the receptionist this time were rather rude. He yawned while talking to me when I ask him about bed type. I was gutted by his attitude. Wasn’t expecting that because my first visit was very pleasant. This time round the receptionist are rather showing the vibe of “I’m too good to serve you”. It’s unpleasant. Although the room were quite new and it is in a rather quiet area. But for their services I encounter this time. I’m taken aback. Breakfast were good. Room are clean and amenities are upon request, even hair dryer. There are plenty of books at the lobby to browse through, quite interesting.

IilyyLa stanza era pulita, ma il bagno aveva ancora sporco che non poteva scendere dal drenaggio. Il doccia poteva essere inondato se non attentamente. Grande posizione vicino all'aeroporto e vicino ai centri di auto. Il servizio era miscelato, abbiamo avuto un servizio davvero eccellente da alcuni, ma poveri da alcuni dipendenti. Il cibo al club era solo pasticceria, quindi abbiamo avuto colazione nella zona principale, era tutto a posto, le scelte erano limitate. La sala da giardino era buona. La piscina era di solito piena di bambini. Non ho provato il bagno. Nota che il club è in un allegato separato dalle altre camere. Pensavo di tornare per la posizione.

DDin_SaintThe hotel is great. We stayed in room 505. However, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The carpets have bits and pieces of crumbs, and behind the curtains there is some trash not fully cleared. The bed has strains of black hair, which does not belong to us (dyed hair). There were no towels available and only provided upon request. It seems though the room was cleaned in a rush. Mind you we checked in way late after 4 pm. Not all bad though, the breakfast makes up for all the complaints. Breakfast spread was good.

UUtente anonimoThis is not my first time staying here..it’s a large room with pantry and dining area..comfortable bed and convenient parking..the only inconvenience thing is the ironing area is at the dark area..hard to do some ironing in the dark area..maybe can improve on that
