Hotel con colazione a Bruxelles

Il check-in è alle 15:00 e siamo arrivati ​​alle 15:00, ma la camera era pronta solo quasi alle 16:00. La storia era che era già stato pulito ma ”in attesa di ispezione”. Ci hanno consegnato 2 coupon del bar con allegre scuse in francese a fuoco rapido per la nostra attesa di 50 minuti. L'aspirazione nella stanza lasciava molto a desiderare. Quando siamo entrati nella stanza il primo giorno, c'era un pistacchio accanto al letto. L'allergia alla polvere di mia sorella è stata innescata durante il nostro soggiorno di 4 giorni. Quando abbiamo optato per le pulizie il 3° dei 4 giorni in cui siamo stati, lo stesso pistacchio è rimasto lì dopo che il personale delle pulizie aveva finito. Gli asciugamani e la biancheria da letto erano stati rinnovati, ma il caffè/tè e gli accessori da bagno no. Se scegliete la camera Deluxe doppia con letti singoli come abbiamo fatto noi, tenete presente che la camera misura 24 metri quadrati e c'è spazio solo per aprire una valigia di medie dimensioni a terra. Era necessario accedere all'altra nostra valigia tramite l'armadio che era abbastanza spazioso da contenere la seconda valigia. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, è ideale e a due passi dalla Grand Place, il centro storico della città, e da molti negozi e ottime brasserie. Sono 10 minuti a piedi in salita dall'hotel alla stazione ferroviaria più vicina chiamata Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi che ti porterà direttamente all'aeroporto di Bruxelles in 17 minuti con il treno diretto (carrozza di 1a classe € 12,10). La colazione a buffet è abbondante e di buona qualità (con uova preparate su ordinazione) in un grazioso spazio con vista sul cortile, gestito da un personale gentile che parla fluentemente inglese. Il bar presenta un ambiente rilassante con vista all'aperto e bevande a prezzi accessibili. La mia guida è sempre quanto costa il sempre più raro liquore digestivo Chartreuse Verte. Erano € 14 a versare. Nota: riceverai un buono gratuito per una bevanda analcolica/caffè/birra/vino se rinunci alla pulizia della camera. Se avete un soggiorno breve, dovreste farlo perché non è stata fatta molta pulizia.

Ho chiesto una camera Deluxe con due letti singoli e ci siamo trovati un matrimoniale , le stanze hanno zero privacy , pensavo seriamente che qualcuno fosse in stanza , ma era nella camera accanto . L'hotel è veramente comodo da raggiungere e vicino al centro , un profumo meraviglioso , peccato per gli ascensori fuori servizio e vecchi , i bagni veramente vecchi ( nonostante la stanza moderna e rinnovata ) e le pareti di carta velina.

Location is very close and convenient to take the train or flixbus. Room is superbly clean, spacious, modern and comfy. Definitely will choose to stay in The Standard in Brussels again.

L'Hotel Le Plaza Bruxelles vive in realta' al suo nome, rendendo gli ospiti come la royalty dal momento in cui entrano. Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day.

Hotel superbo, molto pulito ed ecologico. A circa 15-20 minuti a piedi o 7-8 minuti in scooter dal centro città. Molto spazioso e in stile loft. C'è un'area giochi nella hall: biliardo, calcio balilla, ecc. Ci hanno dato dei buoni per uno sconto del 50% su una bevanda al bar. Davvero fantastico!

Situato a pochi passi dalla sede centrale dell'UE, offre la possibilità di prenotare una visita guidata del Parlamento. L'hotel in sé non è degno di nota, ma una receptionist spagnola è stata eccezionalmente accogliente. L'hotel dispone anche di una piscina, sebbene sia generalmente piuttosto datata; tuttavia, il prezzo è accettabile.

The hotel really surprised us! The family room was spacious we only used the sofa bed because it was larger, and our son sleeps with us in the same bed. The sofa bed is very large and comfortable. I didn't know the room would have a full kitchen, but it does - stove, fridge, cabinets, and microwave. There's also a round table with four chairs, and it's quite big. An excellent TV with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. The location is wonderful - we didn't use the car at all, we walked everywhere. Great restaurants just a few steps away. All in all, this will always be our hotel whenever we go to Belgium. The hotel does not have car parking but has nearby private car parking and costs only 26 euros per day .car parking large and good .

È la mia seconda volta qui, e ancora una volta il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. La posizione è fantastica, vicino alla Grand Place e a soli 900 metri dalla stazione centrale. La colazione è buona. L'ascensore è un po' vecchio e può ospitare solo 2-3 persone. Ci sono molti ristoranti nei dintorni e si trova anche vicino al famoso negozio di patatine fritte.

Plus: The room is really big. So is the bed. It is so big that makes me think as if it is king size bed to house politicians or prime minister from the 80s, 90s. There is heating both in the room and in the shower There is air con set in the room( but I didn't try to see if it works) This hotel is located less than 10 mins walk from Brussels north station Minus The room look really old. May be 90s, if not 80s. There is no carpet on the floor. It is really clean but it is really cold to step on. Bring your own slippers. The room is dim. And some lights were spoilt. Even if was told it is a non smoking room, the room has lingering smoking smell. Someone smoked in this room before. I told the front desk, he said he will check but when I return from the city , the smell is there still. The bathroom has some odd smell. May b smell of roaches, or roaches in the pipes. The shower curtain smell of mould and damp cloth/ damp laundry. The heating stop around 2am. May b there is max amount of heating one room could use. Make sure you time your heating usage carefully. The wall is really thin. You can hear when someone is around the lift, going towards their room or what next door is up to. I can hear everything happening outside, on the street, from police car n siren rushing up and down, to people wondering on the street, their conversation. I don't feel safe here. I can't relax and sleep. I don't like the paper cup given together with coffee and the place to brush teeth. May be the hotel suffer too often from being stolen . But that make the hotel rating dropping from 1star hotel to guest house. The toilet spoilt in the middle of the night and you can hear water flowing all night. Need to maneuver with the old school toilet pull button . I appreciate the effort they maintain it but personally I don't like it. unless you have really early bus or train to catch, and is on a shoe string budget then it is your choice.
