AANDREAS NUR JAHJAVia Inn Okayama era il nostro 6° hotel in questo viaggio, e la sua posizione non poteva essere migliorata. C'erano anche alcuni supermercati all'interno della stazione, che erano molto utili.
Il lobby era al quinto piano e aveva già posto l'umore, con una vista sorprendente che guardava la stazione e la città.
La nostra camera era semplice e confortevole, con un piccolo letto matrimoniale, un desk vicino alla finestra, una sedia, un pulizia dell'aria, e una TV piuttosto nuova con accesso a YouTube e Netflix perfetto per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno.
La stanza era un po’ stretta quando abbiamo aperto il bagaglio, ma non era una grande questione. Anche se il bagno non era molto spazioso, forniva ancora abbastanza spazio per sedersi confortevolmente sul bagno, che apprezzavamo.
Il vero evidenziatore è la vista un paesaggio urbano non bloccato proprio dalla stanza che ha fatto tanto le mattine quanto le notti straordinariamente speciali.
Conveniente, confortevole e memorabile Via Inn Okayama è stato un grande soggiorno nel cuore della città.

Ll3unnyThe staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future.
3 Things to improve on:
1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street
2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway.
3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

UUtente ospiteOttimo hotel, specialmente per i viaggiatori che arrivano con treni la posizione direttamente collegata alla stazione Okayama rende tutto estremamente conveniente.
Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e molto comode, con un personale professionale, gentile ed efficiente.
Il colazione è stato impressionante con una vasta selezione e prodotti di alta qualità.
Una base perfetta per esplorare Okayama e la zona circostante.

Tuttavia, l'igiene delle camere necessita di miglioramenti e la scarsa pulizia compromette l'esperienza complessiva. Ci auguriamo che l'hotel rafforzi la gestione delle pulizie e migliori la qualità del servizio, garantendo agli ospiti un ambiente pulito e ordinato, pur mantenendo una posizione comoda. Attendiamo con ansia futuri miglioramenti e un servizio di qualità ancora superiore.

Jjonjjajolocation is close to Okayama station. hotel uses self check-in and even though the machine completed my check-in and issued me a keycard before 3pm, the staff rushed over and told me that i can only use the room from 3pm ao i had to go out and come back later. quite an unhospitable move i must say…

YYUZULEMONNonostante il check-in a tarda notte, il personale della reception è stato molto cortese e ha reso il mio soggiorno confortevole.
Si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dall'uscita est della stazione di Okayama. Nella hall era esposto un grazioso peluche arancione di Myra. Accanto al letto nella mia stanza c'era una foto di Myra, e persino le tazze e gli spazzolini da denti erano disegnati da Myra: adoro le cose carine, quindi è stato molto confortante. La camera era pulita e il mio soggiorno è stato confortevole. Myra sembra essere il simpatico simbolo dell'hotel. Ho apprezzato molto anche i gelati e il caffè a volontà gratuiti 24 ore su 24, così come il pane Yamazaki a volontà al mattino. L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica vicino al Don Quijote, all'Aeon Mall e ai minimarket. Anche il parco Nishikawa Ryokudo è nelle vicinanze.
Mi piacerebbe molto soggiornare di nuovo qui se avrò l'opportunità di visitare Okayama.

我我是逮丸郎這次自駕需要停車位，飯店雖然有但是位置有限，且是先到先得，不過還好飯店櫃檯人員，提供了附近相當詳細的停車資訊，真是幫了大忙！（一位腳受傷的服務人員非常認真的為我們解說）每天在18-20點時段，還有享用一杯軟性飲料（也有酒）的活動，千萬不要錯過囉！

CCasper WongBed was comfortable. Breakfast was included, and they allowed you to indicate if you were going to have breakfast there the next day on the TV to avoid food waste. Nice sustainable practice. Taste was so-so, but choice was rather limited. Can't expect too much given such a bargain, of course. Location close to JR Okayama Station, so it was convenient. But the cargo trains were quite noisy at late-night and in the early morning. Might not be the best choice for those sensitive to sound. Anyway the overall experience was satisfactory.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed there 2 nights and taking the advantage of travelling in town as well as some nearby scenic areas. It's very convenience as it is very near to the train station. The Room we stayed appeared too small with our selected double bed was a small one while the spaces within the room were very limited and not convenient for moving around. The breakfast is good with reasonable price.
