There’s a shuttle bus to the hotel but I chose to take the metro. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Small touches like the attendant pressing the lift button for me showed their dedication to guest comfort. As a family traveler, I was pleasantly surprised when they proactively provided an extra bed without me even requesting it—such thoughtful service! The express check-out was seamless, and the shuttle bus to the airport made my departure stress-free. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. This hotel truly understands hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and top-notch service. Will stay here again!"

"hotel itself was very clean and posh, snacks and drinks in the room were all complimentary. loved the location as the train station itself had express line and commuter line making it easy for me to get to the airport and to NTSU Arena for concerts, would definitely book here again in future! there is 7-11 nearby and a 24hour carrefour within walking distance."

"One of the best 3 star hotels I've ever stayed at. Would even say it is better than most 4 star hotels I have been. Although it is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest MRT station (Laojie River), it is near to many good food and hidden gems, should one go out to look for them. The cafe area is also free to use in the afternoon to night time, where there is free coffee and tea, alot of sweets and even instant noodles to cook. Breakfast is also pretty good. Staff are really friendly, and will make you feel at home. The room was sufficient and comfortable, although there wasn't bathing towel for some reason. Overall a pretty good place to stay at in taoyuan for a night or two before heading into Taipei/catching a flight."

"The hotel is easy to find and very accessible. The area is close to the train system and other public transportation. There are also many malls and restaurants around. The hotel is on the 5th floor of a bank. Check in is at 3 pm but you can leave your luggage with the staff if need be. The hotel and rooms are ”Hello Kitty” designed. Quite quaint and very colorful. The front office, however, is a bit dark. There are free water fountains. The room is a bit tiny but manageable. There is a free water bottle and hot water kettle. The room is nice and cool. The area at night can be a little noisy due to the traffic in the area. The bedsheet we had had some small holes and some of the towels are tattered on the seams. The internet rarely works but there is free internet by the 7-11 area downstairs. TV works. There are some english channels. If you are looking for a cheap short stay that gives you a base to roam around , this is ok."

"Very friendly staff and good location. It is next to a creek and one can walk along the creek in the morning to a morning market and a night market. Great place to stay for transit via TPE."
