Il nostro soggiorno a Taj Gandhinagar è stato un'esperienza mista. Anche se il cibo era decente, non si è reso particolarmente difficile. I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that
But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do...
No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk....
Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too.
They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here.
Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating.
Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around
Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere nel palazzo di nilambaug a Bhavanagar. Era assolutamente unico e memorabile. Il palazzo del patrimonio, profondamente radicato nella storia, dà un'occhiata alla vita di un re. Vi trasporta in tempo con la grandezza cum architettura l'intera complessa gioia nella sua espansione di prati e dettagli complicati. Le camere sono spaziali e ben mantenute, anche se offrono un fascino del mondo antico, anche se alcune delle strutture possono essere un po 'moderno per aggiungere conforto. L'ospitalità del personale è lodevole; ci hanno sempre guardato attentamente e hanno assicurato che il nostro soggiorno fosse comodo. Il cibo servito al ristorante interno di questo palazzo è delizioso, offrendo una combinazione di gujarati tradizionali e altri piatti indiani, oltre a aggiungere all'atmosfera reale mentre mangia. E' perfetto per chiunque adora vivere eredità e lusso, in contatto con la storia.
L'hotel è uno dei primi cinque posti stellari a Surat. Così ha la storia. Esso mostra in pochi posti ma non più di quanto previsto con una proprietà di questa età. Il servizio è stato estremamente buono e attento. In generale, un buon posto per soggiornare a Surat.

PPANCHALQuesto affascinante hotel si trova molto vicino all'aeroporto. Il personale è molto caldo e amichevole e prende cura del loro ospite. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose e mi ricordano 5 proprietà stellari dal retro negli anni '90. Un buon posto per ospitare i matrimoni, perché hanno spazio per organizzare tutte le varie funzioni, ecc.
L'unico e più grande inconveniente è la struttura dell'hotel. Raccomando veramente ai proprietari/***abitazione di ospitare un altro ascensore e lobby di scala, poiché il design dell'hotel è tale che le camere sono molto lontane dal lobby principale di ascensore e diventa un problema per viaggiare da un'altra estremità all'altra.

The Courtyard by Marriott is truly a class apart. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with a sense of luxury and sophistication. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
The service at the hotel is exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight. It offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Western and local options. I would have liked to see a few more local specialties, but overall I was very satisfied with the spread.
Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention:
1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition.
2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt.
You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.
UUtente ospiteit is a relatively new property with modern decor and spacious lounge and dining hall. rooms and bathrooms are fine with very good mattresses which ensures good sleep quality. the staff at reception is very efficient and cooperative.we celebrated our 50th marriage anniversary and were upgraded to a club room with complimentary lounge facility and a lovely cake was offered to us as a loving gesture. we had booked a half board package and the breakfast and dinner both had lots of varieties and many of the dishes were good, however i feel some dishes require improvement. lastly there was live sitar recital which speaks of high taste of the hotel management. the sitarist Mr Shabir performed very well and was very graceful person.the staff every where including restaurant staff was very well trained and m/s Radhika, Tirva, Rupsha and Sonali were very friendly and always eager to help the clients and served with a smile.

UUtente ospiteEverything was great and my only disappointment was that the room was in a dark corridor with windows into that corridor. We had no light or windows to allow light in. The room itself was well appointed and very large. The staff were amazing and if we were staying longer I would have requested a different room.
