"+ : very convinient and spacious and clean Little robot that brings your take away food Breakfast is cheap and the swimming pool area is nice ! - strong smell of cigarette in room and in corridor . Only a small little window can be open in the room . So I had to live with the smell . One window in the kitchen doesn’t have curtains and thus didn’t offer complete privacy . In the breakfast room most table are big rounded ( good for 9 people ) but are not good for someone who enjoys his breakfast alone. The ac is in the room is a scam . You can’t adjust room temperature and when I called lobby they said it automatically sets it to warm and if I was hot I just could turn it off and open the window ….cant even think about what would happen during the summer"

"Questo hotel è sempre la scelta sicura per soggiornare a Hankou. In primo luogo, il personale è amichevole, soprattutto il personale del desk front, uno di loro è Nico, che ha aiutato molto prima di rimanere. Sono rimasto in questo hotel per tre volte finora. Inoltre, le strutture sono mantenute molto bene. La posizione è anche un buon punto di bene se si vuole prendere un taxi da qualsiasi parte di Hankou. L'unica cosa che si poteva migliorare in questo momento, la qualità del colazione non era così buona rispetto a quella precedente, forse in un luogo temporaneo."

Il personale tirocinante Sun Mountain Tiger è stato estremamente disponibile e paziente nel rispondere alle domande e nell'aiutare a configurare le app QR code della metropolitana. La palestra interna è ben attrezzata e dispone di sauna e bagno turco. L'hotel si trova nel centro commerciale di Hankou, leggermente distante dalle principali attrazioni turistiche. La zona turistica più vicina è la passeggiata pedonale di Jianghan, a tre stazioni della metropolitana. Da lì si può prendere un autobus gratuito per raggiungere Wuchang, dove si trova la Torre della Gru Gialla."

"The hotel room was very cozy and the service was excellent.Patrick took me to the airport. As my leg was froctured, he pushed the wheelchair all the way to the security. check and made a smooth handover with the ariline staff. I'm very groteful for his considerote service 호텔 객실은 정말 아늑했고, 서비스도 매우 훌륭했어요. 특히 Patrick 직원분이 공항까지 동행해주셨는데, 제가 다리를 다친 상태라 휠체어를 타고 있었거든요. 보안 검색대까지 직접 휠체어를 밀어주시고 항공사 직원에게도 매끄럽게 인계해주셨어요. 세심하게 배려해주신 서비스에 정말 감사드립니다."

"Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!"

"Bello luogo per soggiornare per un paio di giorni. La stazione della metropolitana è abbastanza vicino all'hotel e la piscina e la palestra sono proprio giusti. L'unico problema è stato il sistema di riscaldamento nella nostra stanza. Anche se l'abbiamo spenta, la nostra stanza era ancora abbastanza calda."

"This is an outstanding hotel, centrally located in Wuhan’s Hankou District, right next to Tongji Hospital. The staff is exceptional—especially Janet, the hotel manager—who is a great resource and went out of her way to ensure a comfortable stay. English is spoken fluently, which made communication seamless. The non-smoking rooms are spotless, modern, and smoke-free—an absolute must for me. I had accidentally double-booked one of my nights, and the staff graciously issued a refund without any hassle. Given the location, service, and overall experience, it would be difficult to find a better value in Wuhan."

With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!"
