Grandi viste dalla grande finestra di ricezione dell'hotel. Un grande hotel in una buona posizione con delizioso cibo. Le camere erano incredibilmente buone, una volta che li hai trovati! Eravamo diretti ad un ascensore ma non fu consigliato di non vedere il livello 2 e questo era in realtà una sezione separata dell'hotel e dovevamo andare fuori per raggiungere (era pioggia!) inoltre il numero della stanza indicato era nel Block 2 ma la firma Riferito al Block B. Molto confuso! rimarrebbe comunque e le bevande erano una delle più ragionevolmente prezzi durante il nostro viaggio.

We arrived at Sterling Kufri in the evening on May 8th, 2024, following a four-hour drive from Chandigarh. The front office staff at Sterling promptly checked us in and graciously offered us a selection of rooms to choose from. Despite being an older property, our room was cozy and well-maintained. The hospitality of the Food & Beverage team, including Chef Imran, Sukesh, Naresh, and others whose names escape me, was exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary preferences, even preparing dishes and freshly baked chapatis upon our request despite opting for the buffet. Their warmth made us feel right at home. Evenings at Sterling Kufri were filled with engaging activities organized by the activity depar**ent, including games and karaoke, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. One incident that stands out is when my wife misplaced her diamond earring. Upon notifying the hotel staff, we were pleasantly surprised by their honesty and dedication. Thanks to Mohit and Sohan, who diligently searched the banquet hall where we had participated in activities, we were reunited with the lost earring. Their swift action and integrity left a lasting impression on us. After three days at Sterling Kufri, we are now en route to Sterling Chail, carrying with us fond memories of the exceptional service, delicious cuisine, and plethora of activities.
