Risposta dalla struttura: Dear Valued Guest, I acknowledge your feedback. However, we are deeply concerned and disappointed with your false allegations and accusations. Based on your very own disappointments created due to unfair expectations to get freebies. For your selfish and greedy attitude do not try to harm the reputation of a hotel that is endeavouring to maintain good quality. Those who will go through past comments of Insight Resort will certainly have a view on you as a liar. You ordered 13 packets of breakfast that also at 11.15 pm in the night for the following early morning to go on whale watching. Initially, our staff at the reception refused the order saying it was too late but as you pleaded and said please give us whatever you can he went out of the way, called the chef and got the ok to accept. Then confirmed 13 packets. Please do not lie, you never requested vegetarian meals. We have documents to prove that in your reservation you have never requested a vegetarian meal. If you are Indian vegetarians/vegans obviously you would request vegan/vegetarian food in your booking. You firmly booked 15 packets not 13 as you have mentioned and did not cancel any, the way you have implied that you have cancelled a part. However, in the early morning, only 5 woke and turned up to go for whale watching obviously by that time we had prepared all 15 packets. So balance 10 had to be kept for the rest who didn’t go for their whale watching. When you refused to pay for the order of 15 packets but wanted to pay only for 5 who went on whale watching, Kosala Munadeniya then said he can’t do anything but consider breakfast consumed for the other 10 as well. It's disappointing those who we respect and bow down to as decent guests become absolute liars. There was no story of vegetarian food during your stay. Anyone reading your complaint can easily understand you are on a very vindictive and on a personal attack against the hotel saying don’t go to this resort, but the substance of the complaint is false and very little. How all this happened was when you refused to have the leftover 10 packets ordered for breakfast and instead, you wanted to enjoy the buffet. Then our staff said if you agree to pay for all 15 packets of the takeaway breakfast separately, then we will let you eat from the buffet as your entitled breakfast. You and your group were greedy wanting the buffet but stingy to refuse to pay for your order. Still, you didn’t agree and started shouting and screaming in the restaurant. This caused a lot of disturbance and embarrassment to all other very decent guests of ours. Due to this acting manager called the Resident manager and explained the issue. Then he gave a suggestion that you and your other guests have the food from the breakfast packets ordered and if there is any more requirement, to take it from the buffet as well to avoid unfair disturbance. During this, it was well observed all of you ate non-vege food from the packet and also picked up non-
