"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was efficient when required. Check in was fast.. The hotel was in an excellent location a short walk from the Mall. The rooms were basic and could do with a new coat of paint. It was very cold and the room was not warm even with the use of the heater.,The room was not very clean. The furniture surfaces were dirty. The restaurant staff were friendly and offered very good service. The menu was acceptable with tasty meal choices."

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Moreover for basic things, we have to beg the staff and staff is very rude and never cares about guests. Two persons sitting at reception area are highly arrogant and terrible human beings. Please don't visit this hotel if you are looking for a good stay for your hard earned money"

"Il Nilaya Resort Mashobra ha un soggiorno meraviglioso. Il resort offre una vista incredibile dalla stanza svegliarsi fino alle montagne serene e la lussuosa verdura è stato davvero inoltrabile. Il tranquillo ambiente ha reso il nostro soggiorno incredibilmente rilassante e raffreddato, lontano dalla resistenza della vita urbana. L'ospitalità e i servizi erano eccellenti, con il personale caldo, gentile e sempre pronto a aiutare. Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e perfettamente mantenute. Ogni momento trascorso qui si sentiva calmo e rigiovanito. Molto consigliato per chiunque cercasse una via tranquilla nel corso della natura!"
