Hotel ottimo, camere piccole ma confortevoli con ottima aria condizionata. Posizione vicina alla città vecchia, molto carina. Colazione cinese ma ottima. Zona piena di ristoranti e vicina alla stazione della metropolitana.

The hotel was pretty good and so was the breakfast, though I wish they had a coffee machine there. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked just fine. Overall, I has a pleasant stay there.

5 minutes walk to Nantou old town, a must-visit place nearby the hotel. 10 minutes walk to metro station. Convenient stores, shops, restaurants and a nice shopping mall just around the corner. Very convenient. Breakfast is standard. No fresh coffee but instant one. Reasonable price though.

Free upgrade for a slightly bigger room .Located next to Nantou ancient town which is very nice. There is a 7-11 opposite hotel and Below hotel is a supermarket which you can find local fruits at a cheap price. It is located 45 mins drive from airport on highway and about 50 mins to Luohu area. Counter Staffs were friendly and check in at 2am was a breeze. They accomodate my request to have rooms next to each other. Room good enough with all amenities provided. Smart voice recognition in room for TV, curtain etc. There are multiple eateries nearby and mall within walking distance. A wonton soup shop nearby has tasty dumplings.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. Good service by the very attentive staff. Lovely decor with nice touches. Very clean room with a comfortable bed. A fantastic value. Highly recommended.

T he hotel is located 300 meters from Nantou Ancient City. There is a 7-Eleven open 24 hours nearby, along with local restaurants. The room is clean, and the staff are helpful.

Every thing is good. The receptionist 方创建 treat us very well, free upgrade the bigger room for us. Transport is convenient. Minus 1 point because the room does not have wardrobe

Had to conduct business and chose this sweet little gem. Wonderful market close by forfresh fruit and groceries. Comfortable bedding and helpfuldesk clerks. The decor is chic and fun, with interesting and quirky touches. Will stay agin when in the area!

Wonderful Stay at Ruixi Hotel, Shenzhen My business partner and I recently traveled to Shenzhen, China, and stayed at the Ruixi Hotel, located on Nanxin Road in the Science and Technology Park. We had an excellent experience and were thoroughly impressed by the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, with daily cleaning keeping the room spotless. One standout feature was the smart technology in our room, which allowed us to control appliances simply by voice commands—an amazing convenience. The location is very convenient. There were a lot of local restaurants around, groceries. Metro in short walk way. A special thanks to the receptionist, 小陈, who truly went above and beyond for us. Despite our limited Chinese, she helped us order taxis, receive parcels, and made our departure stress-free by assisting with travel arrangements. Her exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Ruixi Hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen, whether for business or leisure.

The hotel receptionist is really helpful! Easy to get around as well, there are shopping mall nearby. Clean and cozy room.
