The reception is not at the ground floor. You need take take the lift to reception. The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The hotel will help u keep the luggage if you reached earlier.

Good and clean hotel, the room is tidy, clean and comfort. Child's like to live in this hotel. It is an interesting experience to live in such a fun hotel.

We were on the 35th floor and got a great view. The facilities are good and we had a comfortable stay.

It is a very nice hotel, very clean and the rooms are big enough and tidy. Our room was in the 32/f facing the city view. The lights in the buildings outside also look nice. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, and definitely no noise from other rooms and no smell of cigarette smoke from the corridors and in our room during our entire stay.

Hotel is brand new, the room is clean and big with beautiful view. Beautiful bathroom with big tub. Breakfast was nice, only hope they offer more meat options. It takes about 10mins walk from Macau connecting train station.

Morning Buffet was disappointed! No management at all,; coffee machine just only one turn-on another off. No food refilled when eating up ! two days stay even found the situation the same poor! Other than that, I am happy to stay this hotel since it is value for money and nearby the the custom to Macau, fantastic really !
