I had a very bad experience at the Expo2025, but when I came back to Chuan House, it made me feel like going back home and so relaxed. The staff was so considerate by leaving umbrellas at the entrance for the residents to use during the rainy days. That’s warmth from inside out.

This place was fantastic! The location was incredibly convenient, especially with the easy self check-in process. Having a convenience store right in front and a vending machine was a huge plus. It’s just a short walk to the Dotonbori area. The place was very clean, and the balcony was a lovely bonus. I had a great time and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka!

Clean room with everything you need, except for a front desk, but we knew about it before booking, so it’s fine. Heater in the shower room and bedroom is great for the cold. You also get an equiped kitchen+ microwave. Convenient store is just opposite where you can get hot food.

Even though location was a bit distance to namba station but there are plenty of things to eat. And also there is kuromon market near by the accommodations. Definitely will recommend to friends.

真的非常滿意，下次帶家人來大阪應該玩還會選擇住這裏，房間是公寓式的所以相對來説蠻寬敞的，裝修很有家的感覺，有陽台可以晾衣服，還有灶台廚具可以做飯（雖然我們沒用上）。交通也挺方便的，近鐵和JR差不多都是步行十幾分鍾距離，除了推行李走會有點累，日常出行完全無壓力，散散步就到了。入住退房寄存行李整體都是自助式的，有問題微信聯繫小管家，回覆也很及時。

숙소의 시설이 정말 잘 갖추어져있습니다. 세탁, 요리, 욕실분리 및 건조기능, 체크 인, 아웃 무료 짐보관, 테라스, 건물 전체 소음방지 매트 등 .. 사장님은 매우 친절하고 피드백이 아주 빠릅니다. 이 숙소때문에 다시 오사카에 방문하고 싶다는 생각이 들었습니다. 내년 벚꽃시즌에 다시 오겠습니다. 깨끗하고 조용하고 위치도 최고! 다국적 사람들 모두 만족할만한 곳입니다. 강추!!
