Era molto pulito e, dato che c'era una camera disponibile, mi hanno fatto un upgrade, il che è stato fantastico! C'era anche l'asciugacapelli, il che è stato molto comodo! Il bagno e la doccia erano spaziosi e separati, e il lavandino era separato, il che lo rendeva comodo per truccarsi!

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione! È anche vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, incastonato tra Luohu e Futian. I cuscini in camera erano incredibilmente comodi e il materasso era eccellente. La hall dell'hotel era pulita e ben tenuta, quindi nel complesso sono stato soddisfatto. L'unico problema erano le macchie sul pavimento del bagno nella stanza 430! Non era molto invitante! Qualunque fosse il motivo, dava agli ospiti la sensazione che l'hotel non fosse ben tenuto. La colazione era semplicemente nella media! Il sapore era accettabile, ma non c'era molta varietà! E a 600 NT$ a notte, colazione inclusa, non è stata una sorpresa! Inoltre, la signora Xia Zhi, l'addetta alla reception, è stata incredibilmente gentile, educata e sempre sorridente. Merita un pollice in su! 👍🏻 Ha anche notato che non ero soddisfatto delle macchie in bagno, quindi si è offerta di cambiarmi stanza. Le sono così grata! Purtroppo, le macchie nel bagno della camera 419 sono rimaste anche dopo il cambio, il che è stato un po' deludente. 😞 Ma grazie alla receptionist (la Sig.ra Xia) per il suo aiuto! In sintesi... Penso che l'Atour Hotel di Shenzhen Huaqiangbei non abbia un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Non è stata una sorpresa! Ma sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del servizio clienti. Grazie!

Servizi: Nuovissimo, con una lavanderia per lavare e asciugare i vestiti e personale disponibile ad assistere. Pulizia: Eccellente, molto pulito. Ambiente: Molto tranquillo, nessuna zona rumorosa nelle vicinanze. Servizio: Tutto il personale è stato gentile e cordiale.

Sebbene l'hotel non sia circondato da molti negozi, è situato in una posizione comoda, vicino a una stazione della metropolitana. La pulizia dell'hotel era nella media, ma il personale era cordiale. Inizialmente ho soggiornato nella camera 2, che aveva solo una piccola finestra ed era insolitamente umida. Anche il pavimento era leggermente danneggiato. Dopo aver segnalato il problema, mi è stata offerta un'altra camera, molto migliore. Nel complesso, la mia esperienza è stata positiva.

Though the reception staff doesn’t speak English, the way the staff treats customers is way better than I expected(I’m from Japan so I’m used to good service but I was surprised at their hospitality). Upon checking in they gave me hot tea and check in process was faster than 5 star hotel in China. The room was clean and has enough amenities. The fridge in the room had a bunch of water bottles, and even snacks which were free. They also have free laundry service, you just put your laundry in the basket and next day you wake up with your laundry washed and hung on the doorknob. When I left the hotel they even gave me a small gift and a water bottle.Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel, and would highly recommend this hotel.
