My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Hotel in Shenzhen, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of relaxation wash over me. The ambiance of the hotel is both luxurious and inviting, making it the perfect getaway. The staff truly elevated our stay to another level. Each interaction I had with the team was met with warmth and professionalism. A special shoutout to Betty, Peter, and Cecilia, who went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. They were always available to assist with any request, making me feel right at home. Their genuine care and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. It was also my husband’s birthday and they made it very special by sending cake to our room. The services provided at the JW Marriott are top-notch. The rooms are beautifully appointed, providing a serene environment to unwind after a day of exploring the city. This was my first time staying at the JW Marriott, but it certainly won’t be my last. I am already looking forward to my next visit! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay. I would rate it a solid 1M/10! Thank you, JW Marriott Shenzhen, for an unforgettable experience!

The room is very spacious, take out is delivered quickly with a robot, pool was closed during winter, the bathroom was big and had large mirrors .

Very convenient location. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Showers are big. Staff are polite. What more can one ask?

We booked the inexpensive suite and it was HUGE! With a walk in closet and even a spacious work area. The lounge hours are good with alcohol and drinks served long enough so we could still make it after dinner time, unlike many other hotels. The only problem was the construction noise going on outside the hotel but it’s inevitable in the city

One of the best JW Marriot Hotel I have ever stayed. Overall front desk staff are extremely helpful and caring especially Billy who has served us well. Nice breakfast and good location which is walking distance to MRT station Definetly will come back and stay.

I do not recommend to stay in this hotel. We celebrated our birthday in this hotel but the staff just ignored our request. They never accommodated our requests. They did not introduce anything during the check-in. When we stepped in the hotel room, it was totally not the same as the photo. The room in the photos looks very clean and new, but the actual was so old and dirty. They even just provided two pieces of paper. The cabinets are broken, the sliding door in the toilet cannot smoothly slide, the door in the shower room cannot pull easily. Everything is broken. Seems like I’m staying in a 1-star hotel, it’s just the name. Everything feels so old. Location is so far. We always stay in Marriott Bonvoy hotels but overall, this hotel stay is not worth every penny and not recommended to stay.

Hotel location ok convenient, staff very professional and nice, room super clean, breakfast buffet was great too, but hotel room amenities (shampoo/ body lotion / conditioner) really bad, bring your own!

At first I thought it may be the normal overnight stay in Shenzhen. To my surprise, I have to say that’s one of the best JW Marriott hotel I’ve ever stayed. Thanks for my friend’s recommendation. Unexpected that tables for breakfast are so tight where I am given a table at the beverage counter without set up properly. So I have to ask to set it up for me.

This is my second time staying at this JW Marriott because the room is spacious, and it’s about a 5-minute taxi ride to the center of Futian. The room furniture has a modern design, and the ambience is cozy! That’s why I came back this time. However, the room type I booked this time was different from last one. The hotel front desk staff, Roman, was very friendly and explained that my last room type was facing a construction site, which might be noisy in the morning. So he flexibly helped me change to a bigger room. And I want to especially thank Roman for his help. When I checked out, I accidentally left my house card in the checkout box, and he quickly helped me find it and arrange delivery sent it back to Hong Kong. Overall, the service here is really good, and the breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. So far, I’m very satisfied and happy with my stay! The uploaded photos are the room type I stayed in the first time, which was lovely!🥰 這是我第二次住這間JW萬豪，因為這裡的房間很寬敞，距離福田中心大約5分鐘的士車程。房間的傢俱設計現代，環境也很舒適！所以我這次又回來了。不過，我這次預訂的房型和上次不同。前台的Roman非常友善，解釋說我上次的房型現在面對著工地，早上可能會有噪音。因此，他靈活地幫我換了一間更大的房。 我想特別感謝Roman的幫助。因為退房時，我不小心把我的屋企入門卡放在了退房箱裡，他迅速幫我找回來，並安排將它寄回香港。 總體來說，這裡的服務真的很好，早餐自助餐選擇多。到目前為止，我對這酒店非常滿意！ 我上傳的照片是我第一次入住時的房型，真心正！🥰
