Arrivati ​​in hotel la sera, sono stato accolto calorosamente dal maggiordomo Yuki al momento del check-in. Non solo si è presa la briga di migliorare la camera, ma ha anche offerto a 2 adulti e 2 bambini una colazione a buffet e un minibar in camera, e ha anche permesso il check-out posticipato fino alle 14:00. Grazie mille! La camera è molto spaziosa, anche il letto è molto largo e, soprattutto, c'è una grande vasca da bagno che i bambini adorano! Tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta!

The hotel exudes luxury, fully embodying the premium ethos of the JW Marriott brand. Nestled along Shennan Boulevard, its prime location offers exceptional convenience for accessing any destination. The breakfast buffet was so abundant that I was fully satisfied every time, and the Chinese restaurant served exceptionally delicious cuisine. What truly made me feel completely at home was the warmth of the entire staff—their friendly greetings whenever we crossed paths reflected genuine hospitality. A special thanks to Erin, whose professionalism and attentive care elevated my experience. I sincerely hope this standard of excellence continues.

The room is spacious and the environment is clean. The staff’s service attitude is very good, and they even upgraded my room for me.

The bed was very comfortable, the service of the staff was excellent. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a good stay. The ambience was nice and the restaurant’s food was fantastic as well.

Alice was fantastic and made my stay truly remarkable. Whenever I needed something, I could simply message her, and she took care of everything for me. The room was spacious and relatively new with welcome fruits. They even had a reformer Pilates machine in their fitness centere.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Hotel in Shenzhen, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of relaxation wash over me. The ambiance of the hotel is both luxurious and inviting, making it the perfect getaway. The staff truly elevated our stay to another level. Each interaction I had with the team was met with warmth and professionalism. A special shoutout to Betty, Peter, and Cecilia, who went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. They were always available to assist with any request, making me feel right at home. Their genuine care and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. It was also my husband’s birthday and they made it very special by sending cake to our room. The services provided at the JW Marriott are top-notch. The rooms are beautifully appointed, providing a serene environment to unwind after a day of exploring the city. This was my first time staying at the JW Marriott, but it certainly won’t be my last. I am already looking forward to my next visit!
