L'esperienza complessiva del soggiorno è scarsa e il servizio deve davvero essere migliorato Innanzitutto, dopo aver fatto il check-in, sono salito al piano e ho visto che le porte di molte stanze degli ospiti erano aperte, una di queste era la stanza in cui stavo per soggiornare. con il suo cellulare. Le ho chiesto se c'era qualcosa che non andava nella stanza? La risposta della zia fu: La stanza era umida, quindi aprì la porta. No, non ho mai visto un albergo sistemarlo così: è conveniente che tutti gli ospiti aprano la camera in cui stanno per fare il check-in per poterla visitare a piacimento? ?  Oppure è conveniente che il personale addetto alle pulizie scelga una stanza ed entri a riposarsi da solo?  In secondo luogo, il dipendente maschio alla reception è stato troppo superficiale e gli ha chiesto se ci fosse un altro modo per connettersi al Wi-Fi nella stanza. Il dipendente maschio ha risposto: Sì X 4 volte, non c'è modo (Atteggiamento indifferente ) Dopo aver riattaccato il telefono, ho frugato un po' e ho scoperto che sullo schermo della TV c'era un'altra connessione Wi-Fi che poteva essere collegata con una password. Perché il personale non ha potuto rispondere a una domanda così semplice? Era perché volevano essere superficiale o l'hotel mancava di formazione per il suo personale? Infine, devo elogiare Xiao Cheng, la donna alla reception che ho incontrato al momento del check-out il giorno successivo: è stata più gentile e professionale di qualsiasi dipendente dell'hotel che ho incontrato sopra.

Had a lovely staycation here! Peaceful, clean and modern fit out. Hotel staff were very nice and prompt with all requests. Highly recommend will definitely revisit for my next staycation.

The hotel is amazing and the cleaning of the part which have been conduct the great level, I will come back here for the appointment this hotel next time.

Very comfortable and styleless hotel 

The hotel room is clean, spacious and the amenities are well maintained. Very worth the price I paid for. Location is okay, a subway station is just 5 minutes walk away. Service staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel location is very convenient and close to MTR station ( less than one mins walk). Going to any place is very convenient. There are a lot of restaurants. Unfortunately the room is not clean ( Found out a lot of hairs on the floor and the floor was so dirty). The receptionist is not polite.
