No, non ho mai visto un albergo sistemarlo così: è conveniente che tutti gli ospiti aprano la camera in cui stanno per fare il check-in per poterla visitare a piacimento? ?  Oppure è conveniente che il personale addetto alle pulizie scelga una stanza ed entri a riposarsi da solo?  In secondo luogo, il dipendente maschio alla reception è stato troppo superficiale e gli ha chiesto se ci fosse un altro modo per connettersi al Wi-Fi nella stanza. Il dipendente maschio ha risposto: Sì X 4 volte, non c'è modo (Atteggiamento indifferente ) Dopo aver riattaccato il telefono, ho frugato un po' e ho scoperto che sullo schermo della TV c'era un'altra connessione Wi-Fi che poteva essere collegata con una password. Perché il personale non ha potuto rispondere a una domanda così semplice? Era perché volevano essere superficiale o l'hotel mancava di formazione per il suo personale? Infine, devo elogiare Xiao Cheng, la donna alla reception che ho incontrato al momento del check-out il giorno successivo: è stata più gentile e professionale di qualsiasi dipendente dell'hotel che ho incontrato sopra.

The hotel location is near the MTR station and the hotel facility is very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, especially the fried rice noodles.

This is a new hotel nearby Luo Hu boarder. It's very cosy and easily accessible for public transportation. I had a nice stay here and highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at the Crystal Hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the food. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

Very good location near to MRT, cleanliness so so there’s literally mould in the fridge, other than that. Room facilities are good

Brand new furnished, excellent stay. One bad thing is when order delivery, they dont really take care of your takeaways, seems like they just throw it into the machine and took ages for the delivery. I waits over 20mins twice after the delivery man calls, thats horrible. Besides, stay are comfortable

Very convenient location for taking public transport as the subway stop is less than 10 feet away. Room amenities are modern and far exceeded anything I expected. The free coffee provided is also very good.
