Hotel Ibis a Shenyang

- Good location (look for the big coin building), about 10 to 15minutes walk to Shenyang North Railway Station, there is also a breakfast/night market nearby - Clean and comfortably-spaced room, comfortable bed, everything that we needed was provided (hairdryer, hangers, toiletries etc) - The front desk staff were always helpful and friendly - There was a laundry room which was convenient if you needed to do laundry - Good price for a very good stay - Our only concern/the only con was the glass bathroom door, which was not so comfortable for friends traveling together

Great location right next to the shenyang station. The room was clean and suited our needs with two single beds. However, the bathroom door is just a swinging door with gaps so that anyone passing by the door can see you in it and as it is right next to the room door it could be a bit awkward if you someone needs to open the room door while someone is using the bathroom.

The place is located near to the imperial palace, 900 m walk. I asked for the non smoking room, they didn't have it, but the air was clean, no smell of cigarettes whatsoever. The hotel is easy to find, on the 1st floor, no hustle. a bit pricey but worth it. It also had 4 bottles of water, didn't expect to have that many.
