La stanza era molto bella e pulita. Tutti i servizi funzionavano bene. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Lo staff è gentile e ci hanno offerto un passaggio in stazione visto che i taxi si rifiutavano di portarci.

Owner warm welcome to us with tea and apple. Room clean. Separate shower and toilet. Skylight shutter for seeing star at night. Unlimit drinking water. They are very kind for free pick up and drop off at train station. Also help to book balagezong tour. Not far from Guishan Temple. Many restaurant nearby. Recommend to stay!

The best experience and onwer very helpful for help,it actually near attractive and have halal food ...i love to repeat came this place next time, thank to onwer cause offer pick up and drop off , thank you ...and for malaysian need came here very good and onwer alway help foreigner even have language barrier,everythink is good

The room is pretty and walkable to the ancient city however the lobby is reek with unpleasant smell and it is so bad to the point even the bedsheet & towels smell like smoke. With the high altitude and heavy smoke lingering, its really hard to breathe and we ended up leaving with sore throat. Such a nice room but would not recommend to stay to those who cant stand the smoke smell. 🥲

Near to the old town and lots of restaurants nearby. Very nice and comfortable room. We are happy to stay here. Staff is very friendly too. We enjoy our stay here very much. My kids got altitude sickness and vomited, they help to clean up too. Very kind of them.

Awesome stay. We have only good things to say about this accommodation. Firstly, the location was absolutely perfect with easy car access and within short walking distance to the old town. Most importantly, the boss was very helpful and welcoming. We were thankful that he went above and beyond in helping to link us up for our tour transport which made it a seamless experience. Room was well designed, spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

Lovely simple hotel. Not in the heart of the old town, so it’s accessible by car and located in a quiet area. There is room of improvement for the cleaningness.

Great budget stay close to the old town of Shangri-La. A little hard to find, as it is not right at the street. However, owners are very friendly & room was very spacious & hot water + floor heating worked without problem :) As we asked to call a taxi to the trainstation, the owner drove us himself :)!

Experience was really pleasant here. Necessities provided were of good quality. They even offered special tea that helps with altitude sickness and gave lots of advice for first timers in Shangrila. The room was spacious too.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
