La stanza era molto bella e pulita. Tutti i servizi funzionavano bene. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Lo staff è gentile e ci hanno offerto un passaggio in stazione visto che i taxi si rifiutavano di portarci.

Ottima struttura, personale cordiale e disponibile, the spaziale! Consiglio solo di lasciare la possibilità di gestire la temperatura delle stanza in maniera individuale per ogni stanza, ognuno ha le sue esigenze e la nostra era un po' troppo calda. Nonostante la barriera linguistica il personale ci ha dato una mano a gestire tutto il viaggio. Il servizio di pick up e drop off è stato molto comodo.

È una casa-famiglia nella media. L'igiene al piano di sotto non è molto buona e ci sono molti detriti nell'area pubblica. Fortunatamente, il servizio è molto buono, è disponibile il servizio di prelievo e riaccompagnamento in aeroporto ed è presente un concentratore di ossigeno. Per il resto non ero particolarmente soddisfatto e non c'era nessun frutto gradito.

Got upgraded room for free!. The owner was very kind, helpful & friendly. We got free pickup service from the train station. Got chinese tea as welcome drink. Free laundry to use. They also have electric bike for rental starting from 10y for 1 hour. I will recommend this place to my contacts.

The owner and staffs are kind. Room are tidy. The only drawback, they use disposable towel which for me not convenience. Walkable to attraction place. Have halal restaurant nearby..

A friendly host, good help and service. Just to make sure the cleaner cleans the room neatly.

The hotel is nice and really comfortable. They upgraded our room to family room which really spacious. All facilities complete here. Besides, the owner also picked us up from the railway station as we arrived Shangrila on late night.

We got upgrade. The room is great and spacious with bathtub (quite nice and clean) and sunroof to see stars at night. The welcome tea is very nice, refreshing and warm me up on the first day in shangri-la. The staffs are very kind, friendly and helpful. Location is great, close to many restaurant, souvenir shops and costume renting shops, and less than 10 min walk to guishan park. A little con is some noise, people walking up and down. I got no prob but my friend is a light sleeper. Towel is deposible towel so its little thin. But other than that, all things are sufficient.

A gorgeously beautiful and cozy inn that delivers customer service beyond our expectations! 👍👍👍 Owners took ownership to ensure our stay was smooth. Assisted us with booking of local tours. Being non Mandarin speaking they continuous made effort to communicate with us in all matters using a translater app to ensure we remained informed. They even provide complimentary transfer service to and from the train station. We are very satisfied and impressed with the level of service abd quality of the inn. We love Shangrila and we plan to return to explore this beautiful city. And we will be coming back to Shanshui Yunjian Inn again!

Excellent Management and Hospitality The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us throughout our stay. We came here for a relaxed, free-and-easy trip, and this place was perfect for that. Our main goal was to unwind, enjoy the food, experience the culture, and meet the local people—and we truly did. One of the most helpful services they offer complimentary pick-up and/or transfer, which made a big difference for us as first-time visitors to China. Upon landing in Kunming, we were able to head straight to Shangri-La without any stress. They also gave us lots of useful advice and even provided herbal drinks to help prevent acute mountain sickness, which we really appreciated given the altitude. They hooked us up with their electric motorbike so we could cruise around the old town — such a cool way to explore! For first-time visitors or those who prefer to plan their trip upon arrival, there are several partner agencies offering reasonably priced travel packages. It’s a great setup for a stress-free and enjoyable journey. Definitely will come back again!

The hotel is so nice, clean and hosts are so kind. The location is nearby Shangri-La Dukezong Ancient City and Dafo temple by walking distance.
