Alla fine non siamo potuti andare. Mio marito ha preso il covid e aveva la febbre e abbiamo deciso di non viaggiare. A causa del nervosismo ho dimenticato di cancellare la prenotazione. Questo è ciò per cui sembra che siamo stati, ma non lo è stato

L'albergo è nel cuore del centro e comunque dal settimo piano che avevamo avevamo vista su un patio, muri e poco altro, la stanza era un po' piccola, il letto anche, il bagno era grande, la il bagno sembrava nuovo, l'hotel dispone di garage Se vuoi usufruirne devi pagare 9 € a notte se ottieni l'offerta

Hotel carino, nella media degli hotel della zona. Non molto distante da Madrid centro. Hotel dotato di tutti i servizi di categoria. Buona pulizia, sia negli spazi comuni che nelle varie stanze private. Camera e bagno spaziosi (letto con massaggiatore). WiFi ben funzionante, TV senza canali italiani ma non é stato un problema. Colazione molto buona, internazionale con salato e dolce a disposizione dei clienti L'hotel dispone di una pelestra, piccola, niente di che e di una sauna. Il costo è nella norma di hotel di questa categoria

Stayed 2 nights on a group tour. Had a nice big room, though fridge didn't work. Bright in the daytime, but not enough lighting when dark. Food was good with a free bottle of wine per table. Very busy, but helpful staff. Lots of shops nearby, within easy (driving) reach of Madrid centre.

Not impressed at all. This hotel has seen better days and needs a complete refurbishment. I opened the bedside drawer and the front fell off. There was a stain on my bedsheet. The dining area seats are tired and very uncomfortable. The room was huge but poorly lit and cold, so I turned up the heating and it took all night to warm up. Finally I went for a beer, sat on a chair and the arm fell off!!

Reception staff: Before getting to the hotel we needed to speak to get some advice re are booking and we were met with quite a rude lady on the reception phone. It nearly put us off booking at this point. The male reception staff, cleaning staff and bar staff were lovely. Just one not so kind person. Rooms: No frills. This is not a 4 star hotel. No tea / coffee or drink facilities. No filled mini-bar. The toiletries were cheap and not very appealing. There was no shampoo etc....there was a push shower gel dispenser in the bath. The water was hot and bathroom clean however. The bed was comfortable enough and we had a good night sleep as we were high up but the window had to be closed as the noise from the road was significant. In terms of the television - missing lots of channels, old and not really in keeping with 4 star status. I don't want to create a wasteful society but they really do need an upgrade. Wifi excellent but nothing modern like a USB charger or anything remotely helpful to the international traveller. All in all, I would not be in a rush to go back here. It was very average and certainly NOT somewhere I would recommend to friends of family and I guess that is the sign of a decent hotel.

The hotel is basic but adequate for a short stay. Staff are friendly and attentive. I didn't try the restaurant but it appeared to be again quite basic. Breakfast was very limited in variety and choice but reasonable. The area isn't great with few places to eat in the evening. The biggest issue for me was that just outside the front of the building is a pedestrian crossing which bleeps pretty much continually all day long. The air conditioning had been turned off for the season despite temperatures exceeding 25°C, which meant that I had to have the window open. The bleeping from the crossing drove me insane!! I know this is beyond the hotel's control, but just be aware of it.

El hotel está muy bien situado, bastante nuevo y limpio. El personal es amable. Las pegas son que es imposible aparcar por la zona (al menos en fin de semana), y el paking del hotel no es muy grande, si tienes suerte de coger olaza son 14€ por día. El acceso al hotel solo tiene escaleras, no es nada accesible... Y la gota que colmó el vaso, fue que nuestra habitación daba a la calle principal y las ventanas no aislabn bien el ruido, por lo que fue imposible descansar en toda la noche por el trasiego y ruido de la calle

Hotel nuevo y de facil acceso, cerca del aeropuerto de Madrid, a 20 min. Habitaciones modernas, ascensor directo al parking. la atención y la predisposición excepcionales. Me ayudaron con algunos paquetes, aun tiempo despues de retirarme, siempre siguieron asistiendome, muy recomendable el hotel, una sorpresa muy grata.

Hotel bastante nuevo, bien ubicado, con amables recepcionistas, habitaciones amplias con amenities y agua de cortesía. Se encuentra en pleno centro de Torrejón, con parada de taxi a un minuto andando. Precio bastante adecuado a lo que ofrece

Hotel en la mejor ubicación. Hemos estado para ir al parque mágicas navidades y mejor imposible. También hemos visitado Madrid y el tren de cercanías te deja justo al lado. Habitación inmejorable, personal de recepción de 10 y buffet de desayuno muy muy bueno y completo. Sin duda repetiría y se lo recomendaría a cualquiera. Torrejón un pueblo muy completo

Hotel bien situado, perfecto para moverse luego por Madrid ya que la estación de Renfe está justo detrás. La habitación ,que me daba a la carretera,, estaba bien insonorizada. Personal de recepción ,muy atentos y muy amables. Buen desayuno buffet
