Hotel located in Great place , nice staffs , inside there a restaurant called Gyumri express average taste food.

這酒店房間太複雜了 ，啥叫綜合體？一房一間，爬梯子的閣樓都開發出來做房間了，我恰巧就定了那個類型，一看見那直直的梯子，懵圈了，趕緊加錢換個靠近馬路敞亮的，結果那窗户是一點兒都不隔音，徹夜難眠，換房也是不可能的。

Отель вполне соответствует своей цене. Ванна чистая, матрас немного жестковат, но для краткосрочного пребывания вполне сойдет. Конечно, не супер уютно, но за такую цену — нормально. В общем, для экономного варианта — хороший выбор.

Расположение отеля отличное, но в номере стоял запах сигарет, пытались проветрить - не получилось. Изоляция в номерах никакая, было слышно как разговаривали в холле, этажом выше и в номерах рядом.

Отель стоит снять ради его завтраков, они вкусные, домашние, сытные. Сам отель чистый, персонал вежливый. Все работает, но номер дали старый, хоть и чистый. Сауна отеля находится на капитальном ремонте, в отеле есть подземная парковка, что чень удобно

伝統建築を用いた雰囲気のあるクラッシックホテル。 地下駐車場から直接入れるのもレンタカーご利用なら便利。 見た目は4つ星以上に見えますが、外国人宿泊客があまりいないのかお掃除のスタッフさんたちは適当な印象だったのが残念。 朝食のスタッフさんはあれこれと気を遣ってくださいました。

Отличное расположение, внутри приятные интерьеры. Жили в семейном номере на первом этаже, спали хорошо, было удобно. Останавливались на одну ночь, про продолжительное проживание трудно судить, но этими сутками остались полностью удовлетворены. В целом, могу рекомендовать для проживания.

I stayed at a hotel in April, and it was such a cozy experience. The rooms were clean, comfy, and had all first needed things. The renovation wasn't new, but everything was in decent condition. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help with a smile. And especially one fact, that I had to mention, I arrived there at midnight, but staff was still friendly and ready to help. I also loved the breakfast. Location was near to the center and close to the main attractions. If you’re planning a trip to Gyumri, I’d definitely recommend staying here to feel the true spirit of the city!

A centrally located, pretty decent hotel as far as hardware is concerned. No doubt, a good value for money. Gjumri itself a small, cosy, hospitable town of a very tourist-friendly Armenia. The gentleman at the reception is however really tired of his job. If he is owner, he should better move onwards in life, and do something else. If he is just an employee it would be a great service to the owners if he looks around for something else. We two checked-in around 5 o clock in the afternoon. I had a vague picture that my reservation was with breakfast. He said it was not. Fine. I only asked him very politely, please let me double-check the confirmation at my end to be sure. The few seconds it took for me to go through my emails were really painful for him which he kept on demonstrating vividly. Yes, breakfast was not included in my reservation. There was nothing to argue about from my side. There was absolutely no rationale, no logic to make us feel unwelcome, by groaning and gesticulating. Was it that cumbersome to give a minute or so to a customer to go through his mails? Even otherwise, he was not at all interested in answering any question about the city or so. As my 100s of reviews would vouch for, it takes a lot before I fail someone. He is a misfit in hospitality branch, I must conclude. Sorry, One really wonders, what purpose his presence over there serve? This behaviour, this attitude was totally unnecessary, uncalled for.

We had an indescribably long journey in Armenia, but we decided to make the last stop in Gyumri. I never imagined that we would find such an affordable hotel in such a hospitable city. The rooms are quite clean and comfortable, the staff is kind and friendly we will visit next time too

The best hotel in Gyumri,❤️ high-class service, clean rooms and delicious food🤭😋 This was my second visit, and I will come again with my family👨‍👩‍👧👋 (I am surprised that there is a good hotel here, because I have always disliked something before🙃)

A nice and comfortable bed, good staff and friendly place located in the center just few walk and you are in center in room was air conditioner, warm and special was good that in room no smoking if compare price and place is really good for business trips and also with family or with friends
