Ho speso $144 per prenotare una stanza per 5 ospiti in una stanza che ”slappiamo 5” al Super 8 di Wyndham Des Moines solo per arrivare tardi alla notte e scoprire che non possono ospitare 5 ospiti in nessuna delle loro stanze. Se avessi saputo che non potevano effettivamente ospitare 5 ospiti, non avrei fatto una prenotazione a questo hotel a basso prezzo. Ho chiesto un rimborso parziale tramite Expedia per il $50 supplementare che ho pagato per il prezzo di una stanza 4-guest in altri hotel vicini, da quando ho ricevuto solo una stanza 4-guest.
