We stayed in this hotel for 2d1n as a couple. The room was small, but big enough for us to lay our luggage out to pack. The best part about this hotel is the location, which is super near to the Susukino district which is famous for shopping, bars, clubs, etc. It is a short walk from the famous Ramen alley and shopping street stretch as well. We had a comfortable stay, and the reception was very helpful. Overall a pleasant and fuss-free experience.

Se oso preoccuparmi di una cosa, sarebbe un gruppo di studenti che sembrano essere al lavoro e al club sportivo, ma posso parlare in alto nel bagno o nel bagno di sauna, o non bagnarmi l'acqua dopo il bagno di sauna. L'hotel è molto conveniente. 2 minuti a piedi dalla navetta aeroportuale e all'interno della strada del mercato. Il colazione era sano, fresco e delizioso. Room was a lil tight for 3 pax, the extra bed was a foldable one, so take note that it should be the lightest of your group to sleep on it haha 👀
Got to try their breakfast this time round and I must say it’s 3.5/5 , just because it the price you paid for, nothing super delicious but it begins early enough to get your stomach warm to start the day for your adventure!
Highly recommend for travelers needing a place to stay and sleep without too much amenities/ space 👍🏻

Il personale dell'hotel è gentile e utile. Questo hotel è molto vicino alla stazione di metropolitana di Odori parco, a piedi circa 10 minuti, Il comodo negozio 7-11 è proprio accanto all'hotel, e molti shopping mall è a soli 10 minuti a piedi. La mia famiglia ha un bel soggiorno qui e sicuramente torneremo quando visiteremo Hokkaido.

Just 3 mins walk from JR Station. It's really helpful because walking during snowing time 3 min vs 10mins makes a difference (although underground walk is available but we can't find the entrance.) So this is a good choice for us as we wil leaving to otaru from sapporo station the next day. Beside the hotel there is 711 where 7bank atm is available.
Room wise, for 20m2 twin bed we have the space to open 2 large luggage (28inch). Tis is important as a number of 3-4 stars hotel in sapporo has room size of 13 to 18m2 which I assume is difficult to open up 2 large luggage inside the room.
Bathroom n toilet are separated.
The biggest surprise is the breakfast, very complete with local hokkaido breakfast, dessert and western breakfast. Dairy products are superb. We are so satisfied with the breakfast.

It was a little challenging for us to get to the hotel on our arrival day due to the Shinkansei Line construction around the JR station. Other than that, the location is almost perfect: close to the JR station and the Hokkaido University, with a few large department stores near by and a Family Mart close to the hotel. Breakfast was okay, nothing too special and was a little small in my opinion, however I love their cherry tomatoes and milk. Parking was 1300 yen per day.

Room is very new and spacious, they put into a 3 beds room though I only booked twin bed room, the space for luggage is limited. Bathroom is wonderful. Cleanliness is sparkling, the cleaning team is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, they serve high quality food with great variety. Restaurant staffs are very friendly as well. One thing I would just hope they have the new slippers by request, the Japanese slippers are not that stable and for hygiene purposes.

MMei Leng LimI recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable.
The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.
A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress.
One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience.
The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away.
Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

JJacquelin SLPrendendo il treno dall'aeroporto di New Chitose alla stazione di Sapporo per 1150yen, ha ricevuto un Cab utilizzando l'app GO all'hotel per 1270yen, che era circa 1.8km. Il suo passeggiabile all'hotel attraverso la stazione Sapporo utilizzando la via sotterranea fino alla uscita della stazione Odori 3 gira a sinistra e anda direttamente per 300 m fino a vedere Lawson e gira a sinistra anda direttamente per un altro 200m. Il buffet alimentare è stato fantastico, amore il ciccione di maiale, la taglia di salmone, riso, porridge, dolci, yogurt, aringhe rame noodle... ecc. A circa 100 metri dalla strada Tanukikoji... abbondante negozi e ristoranti. Il bus stradale vicino anche circa 100 m paga solo 200 yen si può andare intorno alla città, può usare la carta di kitaca o il contante. Quando torna all'aeroporto di New Chitose è vicino 300 m contro Hotel Abest andare attraverso la strada Tanuki koji paga solo 1300 yen.

UUtente ospiteI love love love this hotel! The location is amazing, and the directions to the hotel is really easy to follow from the Sapporo Station. There are quite a few convenience stores nearby like Lawson, 7-11 and Seicomart, so it’s really convenient when you want to get something at night.
Though I did not use their amenities, it seemed to be super clean and new too. They have a smoking room on the first floor but I rarely smell any smoke when I am waiting for the lift except for one day when there were exceptionally lots of smokers, so the lifts were filled with the smell.
The room size is sufficient for me, since I’m travelling solo. I had enough space to open my luggage and enough hangers to hang my clothes. However, if you’re travelling as a couple or more, it probably wouldn’t be enough. The room is really clean and you can opt for room cleaning every day, and they would replenish all of the toiletries, water and green tea/coffee sachets. You can decide whether to change your bedsheet all of that, by placing a card on the bed to request for new bedsheets.
The Tanukikoji Shopping Street is around 15-20mins walk from the hotel, may not be close for others but you can take the train from Sapporo :) for me, because I love walking, it was a pretty okay distance for me to walk. There are also some tourists attractions that are within walking distance such as the JR Tower, Sapporo Clock Tower, Sapporo TV Tower, Hokkaido University, etc.
The only con I could find is that the staffs don’t really speak in English. So I had to use the translation app to ask them questions.
Overall, I would want to stay there again when I’m travelling to Sapporo. It’s close to the central station so it’ll be easier for me to do day trips out of Sapporo.

Booked a triple room & size is considered acceptable for Japan standard. Room is clean & well equipped wt TV, wifi, hair dryer, fridge etc. However, water bottle was only provided once on check in & thereafter no refill of water bottle. Vending machine & ice dispenser are available on my floor.

UUtente ospiteThe room is a bit old, and there is no fitness center or public bath in the hotel. However, the location is very convenient, offering an optimum room size. I can walk from Sapporo station in only 5-10 minutes (south -west). The breakfast is also good; I love the probiotics Hokkaido juice, complimentary sparkling wine, Nutto, a variety of healthy salad choices, and especially the salmon. Additionally, Mystays-bathroom amenities include a large bottle of DHC soap and shampoo with conditioner.
