This is a nice hotel with a great onsen. Dinner and breakfast offer a variety of choices. It is within walking distance to Jozankei Shrine.

Middle of no where. Luckily I have booked dinner and breakfast otherwise have to find food from convenient stores. Great Onsen and nice tatami. Friendly service. Good breakfast and dinner

日本去過十多趟，北海道這次是第三次。這個酒店是日本住過最差勁的酒店，建議大家避雷。冬季到定山溪泡温泉本來首選是其他酒店，但基礎房型都訂完了，看這家評論還行花了1600多定的一泊二食。首先從札幌過去公交車要坐90分鐘左右，因為很多停靠站。其次酒店很老，設施非常一般，温泉就一個室內的，相比其他温泉酒店也沒有任何優勢。然後周邊也沒有什麼好的景觀。包含的晚餐安排在19:30才吃，自助形式品類齊全；但早餐非常早7點到八點半就結束了，一個度假酒店居然讓人這麼早吃早餐，另外還要排隊烏泱泱都是人，食物衞生狀況堪憂。頭天晚上前台預約酒店免費去札幌巴士，被告知已滿座。結果第二天發車時發現很多空位，感覺是忽悠國人。還有房間沒有獨立衞生間，洗澡要去浴場洗，更離譜的是榻榻米房型要自己鋪床。酒店太老了，隔音極差，樓上孩子跑來跑去，木地板聲音巨響。大部分住客都是旅行團，人多，而且根本任何酒店服務。看很多以往的好評感覺像是託，總之這家店完全不值得大家從札幌跑過去住，離譜。
