Middle of no where. Luckily I have booked dinner and breakfast otherwise have to find food from convenient stores. Great Onsen and nice tatami. Friendly service. Good breakfast and dinner

Easy to find location, accessible to many places. The hotel is rather old, plenty of areas can be improved. Staff is very friendly though.

酒店總體設施不錯,房間也大,不過廁所去水時有異聲,有免費巴士往來札幌,不過需要提預約.我走的時候因為沒有預約,已打算坐公車.在酒店門口看巴士,很幸運在沒有預約的情况下有2個剩余的位置,感謝司機的幫忙使我方便地回程札幌🥳🥳

一定要預約接送，不然很偏遠。可以讓攜程幫約，酒店沒人會説英文。下午3點發車出發酒店，退房10點發車。酒店有點舊，但是，附近真的很美。吃的晚餐很豐富，很好吃，服務也很好。温泉也很不錯。缺點就是，溝通真的很大問題，前台的人一直告訴我，12點退房發車回札幌，我一直強調問，不是十點嗎？他還一直説twelve . 既然十和十二的英文都分不清，導致我們錯過了預訂的車然後坐公交站了一個小時。總體來説，還是很值得來定山溪。

洒店設備齊全，位置地點方便，就在狸小道旁邊，溫泉設施很好😄，付近有很多不同地方餐廳，而且很近地鐵站，酒店員工熱誠接待，其實見到有自助check-in機器，但還有酒店職員幫助入住客人辦理入住酒店流程，下次會再次光臨！

這次日本自由行入住的最好的温泉酒店，酒店位於定山溪温泉附近，大巴車下車步行300米即可，酒店非常大，一樓有免費的咖啡和熱可可，還有防寒的羽絨服可以借穿。一樓的温泉很棒，室外温泉一邊泡澡一邊看雪，更衣室外還有免費的六張按摩椅。訂的是含早晚飯的三人間，吃飯的地方非常大，品種也很豐盛。唯一遺憾的本來預約了JR車站接送站的，但不知道什麼原因取消了。
