Amazing breakfast but the woman onsen is a bit small need to visit annex

Everything is good, but just except for no lotion is prepared either inside a room or the public bath change room

Enjoy the stay in this hotel. The location is super convenient. It surrounds with all you want as tourists!!!

Nice location，walk few minutes can reach JR station and all the Duty free shop all around there.

The hotel location is great. Right at Tanukigoji shopping street. Car park is next to the hotel very convenient (1,800 JYP per night). Breakfast is excellent. Onsen is a bit small as it is in the city.

Hotel is neat n clean but a bit far from JR station. Have to take the subway and walk a bit. Outside the hotel is lots of shopping and food places. Room is decent size and if u have car, may have a problem if car is big size type like SUV. Cannot fit into their carpark .

Good hotel in good location... Clean room, good onsen, friendly employees... Lot of restaurants to choose nearby. Also many convenience stores and other shops...

10/10 In my opinion, This is the best hotel location for shopaholic. The best breakfast for Seafood sashimi lovers and The hotel also give us a free ramen service from 21:30-23:00 ! Good public onsen bath , Good location , good service, Good breakfast. Hotel is very clean and very convinient. We will go back to this hotel again for sure!!

It is a good Trip and satisfy the facility, only not so good for the Location, especially in winter season, it is obvious not convenient for the customers.

New year had special gift to guest and special late night snack to all in house customer

Is right inside the shopping center. So is convenient for shopping food etc. Beware of some rooms may not have window. The breakfast is the best among all the Dormy Inn I have been. Lot of seafood choices. Is a bit far from the station. Still Onsen laundry etc make the hotel one of the good choice.

Was looking forward to a nice stay in a good location. Didn’t mind a small room with the bath and sauna. Sauna was nice but the room (carpet?) was terribly dirty, and it caused enough allergy issues to lose sleep. Such a shame. Also went down to breakfast before seven and was told I had to wait maybe 15 minute to get a seat.
