Professional staff team, very friendly up to the Japanese & Crowne Plaza brand. Happy with the stay, will come & stay again, likely will opt for bigger size room type.

Location is about 10 min walk from Sapporo train station and 10 min walk from the main shopping area. Room has a good amount of space in the main area and the toilet as well.

While this hotel offered a reasonably spacious room for my business trip, the overall experience was deeply disappointing and concerning due to significant housekeeping failures and poor service recovery. The primary issue was unacceptable housekeeping standards. Upon entering my room after the initial cleaning, I was shocked to find disposable cleaning gloves left on the chair and a discarded robe. This immediately raised serious doubts about whether the room had been properly cleaned or sanitized at all. Finding items clearly belonging to housekeeping staff is a major hygiene red flag. I promptly called the front desk. A staff member came to collect the gloves and robe and offered a brief, on-the-spot apology. However, that was the only response. No manager followed up, no explanation was ever provided regarding how such a fundamental breach of cleaning protocol occurred, and no reassurance was given about the room's actual cleanliness. This lack of accountability was troubling. The service failure continued at checkout. When I mentioned the incident to the front desk staff, they appeared completely unaware of the situation, reinforcing the feeling that my concerns were dismissed and not taken seriously. The absence of any follow-through or communication from management after the initial incident demonstrated a distinctly indifferent and uncaring attitude. While the room size was adequate, the facilities felt quite outdated and worn, adding to the overall negative impression.

Came here directly from New Chitose airport. Staff were very helpful when asked assistance for my friend who had anaphylaxis, they booked a taxi for us to get to the hospital after checking in smoothly. Booked twin room in lower floors, room was dimly lit, and opposite JR Hospital, so we can hear the ambulance sirens coming and going. Wash room was a bit dated. Housekeeping provides complementary bottled water even if you skipped having your room cleaned. Seico mart and souvenir shop within same building. Hotel near Sapporo station and walking distance from Odori park, Sapporo Clock tower and TV tower. Staff were very attentive to your needs.

A very convenient hotel with great hospitality. The room is spacious and near to JR station. The staffs are very polite either.

The Ana Crown Plaza is in a good location, only minutes walk to the Sapporo train station, the subway station and Odori Park.

Very comfortable and tourist friendly western style hotel in the heart of Sapporo (near station)! The staff was very welcoming. Highly recommend staying here! They also offered breakfast and luggage storage.

Good location near JR sapporo station. Near to many restaurants. Rooms are small but acceptable for japan size.

Good hotel and has bus from airport to hotel doorsteps and back to airport. Restaurants are good. The room is big, clean and has all amenities. The front desk service is very good and pleasant.

Both reception service and housekeeping service are almost perfect. I asked the housekeeping how to lower the room temperature as I cannot open the window even I’ve turned off the air conditioning. The housekeeper brought me a fan. It’s very kind of him.

Reception was upstairs but good as it is a airport bus limousine stop at the hotel from Sapporo airport

3 of us staying in a room with 3 beds, the room is a bit small compared to what we have at Otaru but since it is at City so is reasonable. The service is good, help us to receive our posted luggage, the reception counter is located at level 2, there is a hot and cold water dispenser there which saves our time to boil water. Daily top up 3 bottles of water for us. They allow us to check in early as our room is cleaned. One thing that is not too good probably is the air-conditioning, as we came in winter the air-con in the room is not too cold a bit too warm for us. Hotel staff say it is due to the system generally on warm mode unable to change. Walking distance about 8-11mins from Sapporo JR station, downstairs there is a dessert shop, seico mart and tax free souvenir shop as well. Daily Japanese and western breakfast is good, but the menu seems like its 2 kinds will alternate some dishes on alternate days. The Japanese breakfast set only has 2 varieties one is cooked salmon and the other one is raw seafood. I personally prefer the raw seafood set. One thing I like is there is an airport bus just in front of the hotel although it takes longer to reach the airport approximately 1 hour 40 mins to 2 hours but save our time from walking up and down with luggage. Overall I am happy with the stay.

Top notch service! Free bottled water daily as well as room cleaning and towel changes. You can even request change of linens for free! Location is perfect, within walking distance Odori, Sapporo and susukino (where almost all of the tourist attractions are located). Lots of restaurants within the area. The room is spacious, comfortable beds too. Full sized bathtubs and spacious bathroom than your usual Japanese ones. 

The service from the hotel staff is excellent. they helped us with the luggage while we return the car and brought the luggage to our room thereafter. rental of umbrella is free and can return after use. water refillable, 24hr gym. however room is pretty small, would opt for bigger size rooms next time. room is clean and i joined IHG member and enjoyed late check out till 2pm. walking distance to many attractions and shopping centers. would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again for next trip to Sapporo. Thanks for making the stay delightful.
