Hotel a Sapanca, Turchia

The room rate is very reasonable comparing to Sapança hotels. The location is excellent, 10 to 15 minutes to Sapança lake. The breakfast was superb! And the staff are the best, very cooperative and helpful. The rooms are in excellent shape, looks like a new hotel or recently renovated.

The five Star hotel in the village a sapanca nice well, i know here because when in stay in Istanbul i want go to the some place for the Calm and far away a crowded, but here you can't see for personnel can speaking English you must using Google translate or talking with Outside workers

Non restare qui!!!! Questo è il peggiore hotel che abbiamo mai soggiornato. Prenotammo per 2 notti di soggiorno il primo e potevamo soggiornare il secondo anche se non hanno rimborsato la seconda notte ma abbiamo deciso di controllare e trasferito in un altro hotel. Sfortunatamente siamo rimasti qui sulla base della scelta del consigliere di viaggio 2023, ma siamo stati così delusi, i seguenti riassume la nostra esperienza: 1) L'hotel è molto vecchio e richiede ristrutturazioni da A a Z. Questo include le camere, ristoranti, La ricezione 2) L'hotel ha un strano sorriso di impurità (polvere e fumo) 3) Non c'è vita nell'hotel, nessuna musica nel lobby o nel ristorante, nessun personale per fornire servizi sul lago o nella piscina. Anche se trovi un personale, non sanno nulla dei servizi di cuscinetto. 4) È possibile sentire il suono squillante della porta girante, il suono rumoroso del tostapane. E la camera AC è molto rumorosa. Con il prezzo dell'hotel online e il rating del consigliere di viaggio si inganna che questo sarà un hotel meraviglioso ma sicuramente non.

The hotel has a great location and vibes in the heart of Sapanca , there is forest and 3 outdoor swimming pools and kids playing areas . The staff of the hotel are welcoming. The breakfast and dinner style was an international buffet with a great serving staff and delicious food , thanx to the Chef . The spa was an excellent exceptional experience ( massage ) .
