Excellent place with amazing view to sapanca lake. Small boutique hotel and restaurant. They have not only breakfast but also dinner. Very nice and kindness staff! Location great, you have the silent of residence neighborhood and walking distance to the lake. Very good value for money.

Our stay here made the start of our trip all the more enjoyable. They serve a large and tasty Turkish breakfast, and various hearty dishes for dinner. The rooms are spacious and clean, with beautiful views. We have never met a host as kind and helpful as Arda, the owner of this hotel. We had an issue with the booking from Agoda's end and Arda managed to solve everything with ease. There are quite the number of stairs, so those who carry large luggages may find some difficulty - although we were offered help also with carrying them up to our room. We definitely recommend staying here!

the place is nice but you need to climb too many stairs to reach the room, the bad thing is that the hot water is not stable so could lose it while taking shower, breakfast is reasonable and stuff are polite and helpful

Odalarımız ve tüm otel tertemizdi, göl manzarası eşsiz olmakla beraber, Eda Hanım’ın misafirperverliği ve herkesin güleryüzlülüğü, sıcaklığı kendimizi evimizde gibi rahat hissettirdi. Kahvaltı çok zengin ve lezzetliydi.
Sapanca’ya tekrar gelmek ve burada kalmayı çok isteriz.

It is a boutique hotel located as a hilly area towards to the Lake Sapanca. A small and pretty clean hotel is a family enterprise. The members of the owner family try to do their best to make you happy and comfortable. The hotel has several elegant items such as well decorated rooms, lake view garden terrace where they serve the breakfast. The breakfast is served to your table every morning. It is a generous Turkish Breakfast that you will enjoy much. In sum, it is a lovely small, boutique hotel. However, if you have some difficulties to take some steps, you should consider this issue before booking. You need to take at least 10 steps to reach to the garden terrace where you can go to your room. Enjoy your stay :))

Eda Hanım ve kardeşi nin severek işlettikleri küçük bir butik otel,kaldığım süre boyunca güler yüzlü ve samimi olmaları size bir arkadaş bir dost gibi yaklaşımları ap ayrı bir güzellik,herşey için teşekkür ederim umarım her daim başarılı olurlar,en kısa süre içinde görüşmek üzere.Annelerinin yaptığı kekleri ta**ayı unu**ayın.Cerrahi işlem görmüş köpekleride iyi olur inşallah🙏🙏

Sapanca merkezde ulasimi kolay. Muhteşem bir Sapanca gölü manzarasina sahip. Butik otel konforunu yaşamak isteyenler için harika bir deneyim.Otek konforunu ev samimiyetinde yaşatan işle**e sahiplerine ayrıca teşekkür ederim.Guler yuzlu calisanlar ve Internet sıkıntisı olmayan bir huzur dolu mekan. Odaların konforu ,çakışmak isteyenler için de müthiş Otopark sıkıntısı yok. Balkonunuzdan direkt havuza girebileceginiz harika bir terasi var. Sömine keyfi yapmak isterseniz o da mümkün :) veya jakuzinizde rahatlamak da mümkün :) Serpme kahvaltisi ve ev yapimi urunleri cok guzel. Yemekleri çok lezzetli ve menusu oldukca zengin. Ev yapimi limonatasini ta**alisiniz. Kafa dinlemek icin dusunmek icin sahilde yurumek ve ormanda yurumek icin cok uygun bir otel.Herkese tavsiye ederim.

2 çocuk ile göl manzaralı odada kaldık, otel sakin manzara güzel çalışanlar, hizmet özenli, biz çok keyif aldık kafa dinlemek için ideal tekrar tercih edeceğimiz ve kalabalıktan kaçanlara önereceğimiz bir otel
