Hotel davvero fantastico. Molto pulito e ordinato. Il servizio clienti era al top.

Albergo molto carino. Siamo stati trasferiti in una camera all'ultimo piano che era stata rinnovata. Era grande e confortevole La colazione era gustosa e vari cibi venivano preparati su ordinazione. Il Check in è stato cordiale ed efficiente. La piscina e la spa erano un bel tocco, anche se forse il riscaldamento avrebbe potuto essere abbassato di qualche grado. Nel complesso, abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno e non esiteremmo a tornarci.

A soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Custom House. Non lontano dal centro di Londra. L'hotel dispone di numerosi servizi per i clienti, come una piscina e una sauna, ma era un po' affollato. La camera era pulita e confortevole. lo consiglio davvero.

Very nice rooms. Friendly check in. Shop on site nice touch. Only downside was lack of clear signage from the DLR. Bur would return.

I thought the hotel experience was good, only a couple of things stood out as negative. One was the public areas, especially the restaurant, were kept at a low temperature for how cold it was outside. And two, you had to order food via a QR code from the room. My phone ran out of battery so I had to go to the restaurant to order. Also the order came in a styrofoam container with wooden utensils, like takeaway. Felt a bit cheap! Otherwise a good hotel - comfortable bed, quiet and clean.

This hotel is stunning.. the rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is really comfortable and has great transportation links into central London. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would deffo be staying here again!

Refused to cancel booking even though it was only for one night and medical proof was provided.

We booked a family room as there were 4 of us, 2 children aged 11 and 15 with myself and husband. Beds were super comfy, it was easy to get extra pillows too. However I would say double beds are quite small for 2 full sized people, no room to move really, so we didn't sleep well, despite the comfiness of them! We booked breakfast at check in. And had dinner in the evening as there aren't many other options nearby in walking distance. (We were starving) after spending an hour or two in the pool/sauna/steam room. The food at dinner was delicious we all enjoyed it. (I had the chicken curry.) Breakfast was the usual cooked buffet, we all found something we liked and ate lots. The pool/sauna and steam room was a nice addition for us all to enjoy in the evening and a bonus that it stayed open until late. There was a gym too but we hadn't brought gym clothes so didn't use this. It is a great hotel location for the Excel centre, but also the 02 as we got the cable car over to the 02 which was beautiful on a sunny cold crisp day. Also the train/tram service was so easy to use and navigate and so frequent! We would stay again as it was so easy to get around from here.

I recently stayed at the Aloft London Excel and was quite impressed by the experience. The hotel is very new, which is evident from its modern design and pristine facilities. The rooms are well-equipped with all the latest amenities, making for a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. However, one thing to note is that there was a noticeable odour inside the hotel, likely due to the new furnishings. It wasn't overwhelming, but it did remind me that the hotel is still quite fresh. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Aloft London Excel for its excellent facilities and overall quality.

Great assistance by the staff , provided cutlery and plates when we ordered food late , helped make the sauna and pool access easy, they also allowed late checkout and provided a complementary free 1 hour stay from 12-13:00

Amazing hotel, clean, modern and spacious room. The room was comfortable, large bed and soundproofing in rooms. Very close to the Dlr station meaning you can get around easily too. Staff were lovely and helpful. We didn’t realise there was a pool and gym so that would’ve been nice to use, but maybe next time. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back 😁

Hotel is very good actually, staff are friendly, food is good, room is quite big and clean. Location really is a problem - London Excel close all the time, no shops or restaurant nearby, but good thing is hotel is next to DLR from Prince Regent which is only 1 or 2 minutes walk from 2/F directly.
