Hotel in zona Yalong Bay Tropical Rainforest Park, Sanya

TLDR: Had really high expectations when I booked this 5 diamond hotel, however the stay experience fell short from the expectations. The Good: + Was offered room upgrade to sea view room during checked in. + Interior and exterior design of the hotel is really sets a relaxing tone to the entire stay. + It was a nice touch having Bellboys to help us with luggage and open doors whenever we arrive at the hotel lobby + Staffs and cleaners greeted us was also a nice touch + Breakfast options are extensive (including fresh juice bar and daily special juice concoction) + Free hotel activities to do daily + Gym is well maintained and a good number of machines The Bad - (Presales) Didn’t appreciate the fact that the booking page didn’t state the hotel deposit amount (which is slightly more than 1 time the hotel room price) and was only mentioned during check-in. Prior the trip, I tried to ask about whether there’s any hotel deposit via Trip.com message to hotel function and there’s no reply at all. (I mean a 3 diamond star hotel I stayed previous replied… but a 5 diamond star hotel didn’t). - (Not controllable) Sadly, there’s construction going on and can see cranes and construction machinery hindering the view of the sea, as well as the noises. - There’s supposedly a butler assigned to each guest, but my butler only added me on WeChat several hours after checkin. Also, was asking the butler about one of the afternoon hotel was still going on as we reached the venue and there’s no one around. He said he will check and then no reply for 20mins before I messaged him to inform that we won’t be waiting anymore. Didn’t appreciate that there’s no follow up. - The shower control knob will suddenly fall off at certain angle which can be rather dangerous given that it has quite a weight to it. - The bathtub’s shower head keeps leaking when we turned the other tap on to fill the bathtub, and we had to put the shower head into the bathtub to prevent flooding. All in all, it fell short on expectations in terms of the service compared to the service my partner and I had experienced in a 3 diamond star hotel at a fraction of this hotel’s price. Nonetheless, it is really a gorgeous place to stay in. Tastefully decorated and smell really great. Most of the staffs are friendly.

L'hotel è situato in una zona turistica molto. Molti turisti di lingua russa. C'è un centro commerciale all'hotel e una zona di cucina intorno alla strada, la spiaggia è a pochi passi. La stanza era pulita, veniva con le attrezzature di base, prenderò un'estensione per caricare i dispositivi multipli. L'ascensore è molto lento e se si vuole rilassarsi dalla piscina e trovare un posto dove sedersi è necessario andare presto quando i sedili si prendono rapidamente. La zona di ginnastica ha abbastanza attrezzature per far finire il lavoro. L'iscrizione e l'iscrizione erano molto veloci, non abbiamo avuto problemi. Se non si può parlare cinese, tradurranno. Ci sono stati alcuni turisti rudi. Siate cortesi e rispettosi per i lavoratori e le persone che cercano di aiutare, e cercate di usare la loro lingua tramite un app di traduzione o imparare qualche parola. Vedete il apprezzamento istantaneo e rispetto per il tentativo. Se si va al fronte della pineapple e si cammina a sinistra per circa 5/10min si possono trovare alcuni ristoranti occidentali chiamati il Delfino, Little India e un luogo italiano. Se vuoi caffè prima di mattina c'è una Starbucks sulla stessa strada che si apre alle 7:00. In generale è stato un buon soggiorno per un viaggio d'affari senza problemi.

Il soggiorno all'hotel dadonghi è stato eccellente, soprattutto abbiamo goduto della vista dal balcone e l'accesso alla spiaggia vicino. La nostra camera era spaziosa, perché il mio bambino ha goduto di giocare qui e là. La posizione è anche conveniente per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione intorno a Sanya. L'unica cosa che manca è che il personale parla inglese al di fuori del desk, ma di nuovo sono stati d'aiuto in molti modi. Sicuramente resterà qui se torniamo a Sanya.

Best location and best hotel in Dadonghai Sanya. direct tunnel walkway to the sea from hotel. Spectacular breakfast with western and Chinese flavor. even picky eaters will walk away with full belly. Room is spacious, modern and with breathtaking views of the sea. Be sure to get the sea view room with breakfast. it's worth it. Hotel staff is good. if you have any questions or problems ask for manager Jim . he is the best in hospitality and service. the hotel has two swimming pools. one for kids and one for adults on top floor. it would be even better if the pools are heated and the have a jacuzzi by pool area. Hope they keep up the good service, strive for even better and be prosperous.

We were guests in this hotel for the third time. We were left with wonderful impressions and that is why we chose it again. And we are delighted again! The hotel is in a wonderful location, Dadonghai Bay. It has its own territory with swimming pools. The breakfast was for every taste. Varied and delicious! On the territory of the hotel there are several restaurants, shops, children's club, etc. The service staff is at an excellent level. My personally thanks to Vanessa! L'hotel dispone di forniture complete e un buon ambiente. È vicino al mare. Ci sono varie opzioni di viaggio. Il servizio è molto buono. Ci sono molti tipi di cibo. Il prezzo è economico. un soggiorno, una cucina, un bagno e un ampio balcone. Puoi cucinare e avere un frigorifero e un forno a microonde, un piano cottura a induzione, una cappa aspirante, un ampio divano può ospitare un adulto, il bagno ha una doccia e un soffione per la doccia. anziani dove sedersi, sanitari completi, il letto è abbastanza grande e può ospitare un adulto e un bambino, può ospitare una famiglia di cinque persone, grande. La piscina permette il divertimento dei bambini.

Great location on Da Dong Hai beach and a few minutes walk to the swimming area on the beach. We booked the suite with terrace and it was absolutely amazing with lots of space and a plunge pool for our 4 year old to play in. Room cleaned on command and Abby - the housekeeper - gave me her WeChat on day 1 and was always so helpful and attentive. She even went as far as getting information on things for us and even booking in a massage (which I highly recommend from Bella) who was petite but very strong and knew how to hit the right spots. Breakfast and dinner were fine with plenty of choice of both Chinese and western with beers and soft drinks available too. My only gripe was being told the pool opens at 10am and upon explaining to the management that the pool is the main feature for any holiday resort along with the room, when you have a child that wakes up early, the pool should be available early like every other hotel we have stayed in and to be fair to the management, they agreed for it to be open for use from 8am. The tv package in the room was great and my son had plenty of choice of English cartoons including Peppa Pig. I would say this hotel is a solid 4 star hotel though and not a 5 star like the Shanghaitian Hotel next door where we’ve stayed before. The pool could do with some more deck chairs as they are quite limited. The pool could also do with some signs to tell the Chinese guests not to spit around the pool or even inside the pool which is disgusting and really off putting to foreign guests - which the hotel has a lot of! The room/suite could do with a few more power ports/usb and hooks in the bathroom. The toilet is very far away from the pool, you have to go all the way back inside the hotel almost to reception to use the toilet so if you are soaking wet but need the toilet then this could be dangerous and also encourages guests to release themselves in the pool instead which is unhygienic. All in all though, we would definitely stay here again.

La camera è grande, pulita e luminosa con vista sul mare parziale e bagno sul balcone. Passeggiata al First Market e al Wang Hao Supermarket. La nostra butler Kiki era estremamente utile, ha aiutato a chiamare e ha fatto prenotazione per il nostro elicottero, poiché la base più vicina è stata chiusa inaspettatamente. Il colazione non era nulla da gridare, con un po 'di stile locale e occidentale, la freschezza delle salate e dei dolci potrebbe essere migliore. Se non si sente un hotel senza fronte a spiaggia ma convenientemente situato, questa è una buona scelta.

Il posto migliore per voi e la vostra famiglia a Sanya almeno per 4 notti o più vi piacerà, anche io voglio dirvi che la signorina Zhang è la miglior ospite nella torre Buddha, le camere sono pulite come le immagini. Guardate meraviglioso le facilita tutte le piscine disponibili sorprendente ogni cosa perfetta 10/10 raterli

Durante il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel, siamo stati molto soddisfatti del servizio fornito dal butler Xiao Zeng! Non solo ci ha entusiasticamente raccomandato cucina locale, ma ci ha anche offerto molti consigli di viaggio utili. La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, con un conveniente trasporto, rendendo i nostri viaggi più convenienti. In generale, siamo stati molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno, e sicuramente scelteremo questo hotel di nuovo la prossima volta!
