Inizialmente volevo cambiare il mio soggiorno, ma dopo aver camminato per un po', sono tornato. La governante Hebe era molto responsabile e mi ha consigliato molti posti deliziosi e divertenti. La tipologia delle camere è diversa da quella in cui ho soggiornato l'ultima volta. Sono più grandi e sembrano un vecchio hotel. Quando ho fatto il check-in di notte, le luci nel corridoio non erano accese, il che era davvero un po' spaventoso. Tutto il resto era molto buono e c'era un servizio di trasferimento all'aeroporto. Il trasferimento al Tempio Nanshan è stato un po' ritardato. Non è consigliabile seguire l'auto. Il viaggio di mezza giornata ha fatto perdere un'intera giornata.

Nimo in particolare è stato incredibilmente utile e attento, assicurandosi che tutte le nostre esigenze siano state soddisfatte.Grazie mille a Nimo per aver fatto del nostro soggiorno una splendida esperienza.
Il resort stesso è fantastico, con incredibili piscine perfette per le famiglie, che hanno avuto feste di schiuma per i bambini ogni giorno, che amavano assolutamente. La spiaggia è solo a pochi passi lungo la strada, offrendo facile accesso al bellissimo oceano.
La nostra camera era spaziosa, comoda e ben attrezzata. Ci sentivamo a casa durante il nostro soggiorno. I luoghi del resort sono bellissimi paesaggi e mantenuti, creando un’atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante.
Le strutture, le attività e il servizio clienti del Ocean Sonic Resort sono di prima qualità. Non potevamo chiedere un miglior posto di vacanza familiare. Sicuramente torneremo in futuro!

La camera è grande, pulita e luminosa con vista sul mare parziale e bagno sul balcone. Passeggiata al First Market e al Wang Hao Supermarket. La nostra butler Kiki era estremamente utile, ha aiutato a chiamare e ha fatto prenotazione per il nostro elicottero, poiché la base più vicina è stata chiusa inaspettatamente. Il colazione non era nulla da gridare, con un po 'di stile locale e occidentale, la freschezza delle salate e dei dolci potrebbe essere migliore. Recentemente sono rimasto a quattro stagioni dell'hotel Sanya e il numero 9 è stato molto utile e è stato profondamente impressionato con la pulizia eccezionale dell'hotel, grazie al personale di lavoro duro! La stanza era senza spot e l'attenzione ai dettagli era impressionante. La squadra di custodia ha fatto un lavoro eccellente per assicurare tutto era tempestivo e sane. Ho apprezzato gli sforzi supplementari che hanno compiuto per assicurare il mio comfort e la mia sicurezza. Il loro dedizione alla pulizia è veramente lodevole. Hotel eccellente, siamo stati lì per 11 giorni, le camere sono fresche, pulite, spaziose, come appartamenti con balcone (in questo particolare edificio), personale cordiale, l'hotel in sé è molto confortevole, ha una bella piscina grande e un centro medico all'interno, senza colazione. Non ne avevamo bisogno nella roulotte, ci sono molti bar nelle vicinanze dove puoi mangiare! Sono 5-10 minuti dal mare, beh, a seconda della posizione della spiaggia di cui hai bisogno, la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda a Dadonghai!

We were guests in this hotel for the third time. We were left with wonderful impressions and that is why we chose it again.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, Dadonghai Bay. It has its own territory with swimming pools.
The breakfast was for every taste. Varied and delicious!
On the territory of the hotel there are several restaurants, shops, children's club, etc.
The service staff is at an excellent level.

Dadonghai Beach | 8.86km dal Sanya Railway Station
Great location on Da Dong Hai beach and a few minutes walk to the swimming area on the beach. We booked the suite with terrace and it was absolutely amazing with lots of space and a plunge pool for our 4 year old to play in. Room cleaned on command and Abby - the housekeeper - gave me her WeChat on day 1 and was always so helpful and attentive. She even went as far as getting information on things for us and even booking in a massage (which I highly recommend from Bella) who was petite but very strong and knew how to hit the right spots.
Breakfast and dinner were fine with plenty of choice of both Chinese and western with beers and soft drinks available too.
My only gripe was being told the pool opens at 10am and upon explaining to the management that the pool is the main feature for any holiday resort along with the room, when you have a child that wakes up early, the pool should be available early like every other hotel we have stayed in and to be fair to the management, they agreed for it to be open for use from 8am. The tv package in the room was great and my son had plenty of choice of English cartoons including Peppa Pig.
I would say this hotel is a solid 4 star hotel though and not a 5 star like the Shanghaitian Hotel next door where we’ve stayed before.
The pool could do with some more deck chairs as they are quite limited. The pool could also do with some signs to tell the Chinese guests not to spit around the pool or even inside the pool which is disgusting and really off putting to foreign guests - which the hotel has a lot of! The room/suite could do with a few more power ports/usb and hooks in the bathroom. The toilet is very far away from the pool, you have to go all the way back inside the hotel almost to reception to use the toilet so if you are soaking wet but need the toilet then this could be dangerous and also encourages guests to release themselves in the pool instead which is unhygienic.
All in all though, we would definitely stay here again.

Best location and best hotel in Dadonghai Sanya. direct tunnel walkway to the sea from hotel. Spectacular breakfast with western and Chinese flavor. even picky eaters will walk away with full belly.
Room is spacious, modern and with breathtaking views of the sea. Be sure to get the sea view room with breakfast. it's worth it.
Hotel staff is good. if you have any questions or problems ask for manager Jim . he is the best in hospitality and service.
the hotel has two swimming pools. one for kids and one for adults on top floor.
it would be even better if the pools are heated and the have a jacuzzi by pool area.
Hope they keep up the good service, strive for even better and be prosperous.

Il soggiorno all'hotel dadonghi è stato eccellente, soprattutto abbiamo goduto della vista dal balcone e l'accesso alla spiaggia vicino. La nostra camera era spaziosa, perché il mio bambino ha goduto di giocare qui e là. La posizione è anche conveniente per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione intorno a Sanya. L'unica cosa che manca è che il personale parla inglese al di fuori del desk, ma di nuovo sono stati d'aiuto in molti modi. Sicuramente resterà qui se torniamo a Sanya.

La vista è parzialmente molto bella (eccetto per gli edifici estremamente timidi sotto e intorno all'hotel).
La posizione non è direttamente sulla spiaggia, ma è molto vicina. Molto bella posizione. È vicina anche a tutti i negozi.
Le strutture sono belle, tuttavia, i vestiti da bagno che avevo indossato erano estremamente indossati, spaventati e ingannati. Non lo avrei certamente tenuto in nessun hotel. La TV e la luce del letto erano rotte. Queste cose dovrebbero essere facili da risolvere? Ero in una delle camere più costose. Questo è solo negligenza e facilmente evitabile dall'hotel. Il servizio clienti è molto piacevole. Mi hanno offerto gratis snack e bevande al momento dell'arrivo, per dare più tempo per preparare la stanza.

SSinghLa recente vacanza della nostra famiglia all'Hotel Atlantis, Sanya, in Cina, è stata un'esperienza veramente inoltrabile, ed Elena Hu, che era stata assegnata a curare le nostre esigenze, era eccezionale ed efficace nella sua comunicazione e nelle sue risposte. RRuotuParliamo prima degli aspetti positivi:
1. L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, l'arredamento interno è sobrio e lussuoso e le suite sono molto grandi.
2. Il giardino si estende su una vasta area e presenta diversi alberi da frutto tropicali.
3. Ci sono molte attività genitore-figlio, che sono la prima scelta per le famiglie con bambini.
4. Il mare nella baia di Haitang è davvero bello e la spiaggia è relativamente sottile.
5. Se gli ospiti vogliono andare in spiaggia o in piscina, l'auto del concierge può venirli a prendere e riportarli, il che è molto adatto alle persone pigre come me.
Quindi, parliamo di ciò di cui non sono soddisfatto:
1. Ho prenotato una suite con vista sul mare. Dopo aver effettuato il check-in, ho scoperto che il bagno puzzava sempre come un bagno pubblico. Era un po' come l'odore dello scarico del pavimento, e non un po' ero troppo pigro per cambiare stanze e volevo provare prima. Non è stato possibile risolvere. Ho pulito di nuovo il pavimento e lo scarico e ho scoperto che non aiutava molto.
2. Allo stesso tempo, l'aria condizionata in questa stanza non sembra molto potente e suderai se ti muovi anche solo un po'.
3. Dopo aver contattato prima la governante, non ho aspettato una risposta per 10 minuti. Forse la governante era occupata in quel momento, quindi poteva solo chiamare la reception e darmi un feedback che mi avrebbe spruzzato il purificatore dell'aria. Sono rimasto un po' senza parole. L'odore dello scarico a pavimento era causato dallo spray del deodorante. Si risolve con una sola dose? Ho preso l'iniziativa di chiedere al personale delle pulizie di andare di sopra a controllare. Più tardi, il personale è venuto a dare un'occhiata e ha detto che non c'erano problemi con l'aria condizionata, ma l'odore dello scarico a pavimento non era ancora stato risolto.
Successivamente, ho preso l'iniziativa di andare alla reception per trovare la governante. Dopo che la governante ha trovato il direttore di turno, ha cambiato la mia camera e mi ha spostato in una suite deluxe con vista sul mare. Mi ha anche dato 2 noci di cocco a questo leader.
4. Il tavolino del set Haohai ha degli angoli così taglienti e c'è un bordo di metallo nella parte inferiore. Se non prestassi attenzione, la mia gamba si graffierebbe e si gonfierebbe. È stato davvero doloroso, come ho detto in seguito governante, Un manager di turno mi ha contattato quella notte e ha detto che mi avrebbe aiutato a proteggere il mio tavolino. - Great swimming pool with lots of shaded areas and a transparent kayak.
- Lovely beach with loungers, sunshades and basic amenities (lemonade, towels, beach toys).
- Awesome night views.
- Amazing open-air aquarium with exotic fish and turtles.
- Great amenities for kids (electric vehicles, train, pedal karts, swimming pool floats and boats).
- Friendly and helpful staff.
- Great location near CDF mall.
- Really good breakfast.
Bad:
- I received a significant electric shock just by touching the front tray of the children’s popcorn machine at breakfast. I immediately informed a member of staff whose response made me feel this was not the first time it had happened. They switched off the popcorn machine and said somebody would fix it. 10mins later we saw the machine was switched on again (the staff member said it was fixed).
- The security chain on the door to our room locked itself from the inside after we left the room, so we could not get in when we got back. Had to wait 15-20min for staff to open the chain from the outside, then had to wait another 30-40min for a repairman to replace the old/faulty chain lock - this took a while because the new hardware did not fit properly and the door could not be closed (it was fixed with some loud hammering). The next day, the door couldn’t close again so I had to again wait for a repairman to fix it (more loud hammering).
- A few times we had no response when calling “instant service” on the phone. The WeChat service was also sometimes slower than we’d expected, especially for urgent questions.
- Tired and worn out exterior and interior decoration (faded/peeling paint, damp patches).
- Wobbly fixings (balcony light, toilet paper holder).
- Confusing A/C controls (two control panels, no indication what each one is for)
- Live music started quite late and was loud - we had to close balcony door to let our child sleep.
- Transparent doors to the shower and toilet cubicles.
- Inconsistent service at breakfast (some days very attentive, some days not so).
- No good value lunch or dinner options. I tried a room service salad which was terrible (it used canned beans, canned corn and canned chickpeas, and processed roast chicken) - surprisingly bad value and quality.
- One evening our taxi was not permitted to enter the hotel grounds due to a special event. We had to walk up the long driveway with our (tired) young daughter….it would have been nice for the hotel to offer their electric buggy shuttle from the main road to the lobby.
- After the trip, I received an email with a link to the bill, but this link took me to a web page which said an online bill was unavailable.

UUtente ospiteThe location is lovely - ocean on one side and mountains on the other side. Landscaping is beautiful. Our villa was very private with the vegetation. Listening to the birds and seeing butterflies made the experience even better. Mia (reception) was available whenever we had questions/concerns. She was very professional and kind. Whenever we had food delivered, the delivery personnel was always efficient. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. The spa was enjoyed by my daughter. She had a scrub and a water treatment which she loved. That's why the Banyan Tree is well-known for their lovely spa treatments. The personnel was great. However, they took away the foot treatment which was disappointing. Consider bringing it back. When checking out, Hickey's friendliness and humor ended our experience at the Banyan Tree on a nice note. I wish I had known the villa pool wasn't heated. Though the temperature was nice in December, it was too cold to swim in an unheated pool. The resort's main pool was available though. The outside tub didn't have working lights which prevented a better experience from happening. More care in the maintenance of the villa might be an idea. For example, our pool umbrella had rips in it and the patio pillows were stained. That's an easy fix. Breakfast was nice in the selection of food. I'm not quite sure how to describe the experience at the restaurant. It was assumed that we couldn't speak Chinese (a natural thought since we are foreigners). When my daughter (fluent Chinese-speaker) spoke Chinese, she was conversing nicely with one female server when all of a sudden another one tapped her on the arm to stop when she proceeded to speak to us in English. I'm not sure if she wanted to practice her English or thought my daughter's Chinese was bad. It was an odd experience. The most bizarre thing was when one of the cooks (Louis Gao) acted as a personal butler for a foreign guest. It was disturbing to the rest of us guests in how the foreigner was getting special treatment... even having salt and pepper put into separate dishes. (Salt and pepper shakers were on his table.) The chef was excluding the rest of the resort guests. Why was this foreign man favored? What made him so special? All of us, other foreign guests and Chinese guests, looked at the ”show” with a feeling of disappointment. Please treat us all with the same courtesy.

TTravellingWallyTLDR: Had really high expectations when I booked this 5 diamond hotel, however the stay experience fell short from the expectations.
The Good:
+ Was offered room upgrade to sea view room during checked in.
+ Interior and exterior design of the hotel is really sets a relaxing tone to the entire stay.
+ It was a nice touch having Bellboys to help us with luggage and open doors whenever we arrive at the hotel lobby
+ Staffs and cleaners greeted us was also a nice touch
+ Breakfast options are extensive (including fresh juice bar and daily special juice concoction)
+ Free hotel activities to do daily
+ Gym is well maintained and a good number of machines
The Bad
- (Presales) Didn’t appreciate the fact that the booking page didn’t state the hotel deposit amount (which is slightly more than 1 time the hotel room price) and was only mentioned during check-in. Prior the trip, I tried to ask about whether there’s any hotel deposit via Trip.com message to hotel function and there’s no reply at all. (I mean a 3 diamond star hotel I stayed previous replied… but a 5 diamond star hotel didn’t).
- (Not controllable) Sadly, there’s construction going on and can see cranes and construction machinery hindering the view of the sea, as well as the noises.
- There’s supposedly a butler assigned to each guest, but my butler only added me on WeChat several hours after checkin. Also, was asking the butler about one of the afternoon hotel was still going on as we reached the venue and there’s no one around. He said he will check and then no reply for 20mins before I messaged him to inform that we won’t be waiting anymore. Didn’t appreciate that there’s no follow up.
- The shower control knob will suddenly fall off at certain angle which can be rather dangerous given that it has quite a weight to it.
- The bathtub’s shower head keeps leaking when we turned the other tap on to fill the bathtub, and we had to put the shower head into the bathtub to prevent flooding.
All in all, it fell short on expectations in terms of the service compared to the service my partner and I had experienced in a 3 diamond star hotel at a fraction of this hotel’s price.
Nonetheless, it is really a gorgeous place to stay in. Tastefully decorated and smell really great. Most of the staffs are friendly.

Xxinyue9777All'inizio della seconda tappa del nostro viaggio al Bird's Nest Resort, ci siamo trasferiti al Genting Resort e abbiamo alloggiato nella Genting Eagle Full Sea View Villa. La vista sul mare all'interno era invincibile. Era completamente diversa dalla precedente Peacock Tree House La vista dalla Peacock Tree House È più uno scenario di piante verdi di foresta pluviale tropicale. Questa Genting Eagle Villa si affaccia davvero sul mare e ha montagne verdi alle sue spalle.
La camera del Genting Eagle sembra molto più sofisticata, già simile allo stile di una camera matrimoniale di prova. La vasca da bagno in terrazza qui ti permette di fare il bagno guardando il mare. ! La biancheria da letto e i prodotti da bagno sono stati aggiornati. Fai colazione qui o chiamali per venirti a prendere in macchina. Andavamo al Peak Park per giocare e fare colazione. Chiamavamo sempre un'auto che ci venisse a prendere. Dovrebbero avere un centro di spedizione potente, altrimenti noi ospiti dell'alloggio non verremmo mandati dentro e fuori così velocemente.
Nei due giorni successivi siamo andati a nuotare nella scogliera Tianchi. Lo scenario nella scogliera Tianchi era così incomparabile. Ogni pietra e ogni albero erano uno scenario così perfetto che era come un assassino di telefoni cellulari.
L'ultima cosa che voglio dire è che il personale di servizio del resort è molto bravo, il direttore Sun, che mi ha contattato per primo telefonicamente, si è preso cura di me su WeChat chiamata. Lei è sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Anche il personale di servizio del ristorante era eccezionale. La mia mano era bruciata e mi hanno aiutato ad applicare l'unguento per ustioni e se ne sono occupati prontamente. Il personale del servizio in camera ci ha anche fatto bollire l'acqua e ha lasciato un bigliettino caloroso.
Il Paradiso sulla Terra è davvero un paradiso sulla terra. Ritornerò sicuramente per una seconda visita la prossima volta, è così piacevole. !

SSuntikaSono rimasto a Shangri-La Sanya per celebrare il compleanno di un amico durante il fine settimana.
Abbiamo prenotato la sala del Club King, che è venuta con molte attività libere e ci ha salvato molto.
Il check-in è stato facile, perché sono stato aiutato da Dora e dalla sua collega Nancy, che erano gentili, attenti e professionali.
L'hotel dispone di un mini supermercato nel edificio 1, che è stato bello.
Il colazione, il pranzo e la cena all'hotel sono stati incredibili.
Sento che l'hotel ha fallito le mie aspettative in due aree:
1. La diffusione offerta al pomeriggio era limitata e se non arrivate in tempo dovete aspettare circa 10-20 min per il prossimo lotto di cibo da uscire.
2. A Happy Hour, nel salone del club, c'erano poche bottiglie di liquore duro, prosecco freddo e vino. Tuttavia, una volta che la bottiglia era vuota, era stata sostituita con un altro bottiglia fresca.
A parte questo, io e il mio amico abbiamo avuto un soggiorno sorprendente e ne abbiamo certamente valuto la pena.

UUtente ospiteQuesta è la nostra prima volta in questo hotel e ci siamo divertiti molto! Il personale è davvero gentile. Apple poteva parlare inglese e lei ha offerto un aggiornamento per la stanza durante il check-in. La vista era sorprendente. Ma Beck ci ha aiutato molto, risolvendo tutte le nostre dubbie o domande, egli era grande per noi per passare un bel tempo. Il colazione dell'hotel è davvero buono, con molte opzioni (noodle, vapore di guangdong, una sala da cucina...). L'hotel ha 4-5 piscina, uno di loro con gli slide. E c'era una spettacolare di schiuma ogni giorno 17-18h. La spiaggia , 5 minuti a piedi era meravigliosa: pulita, quasi vuota. Ciò che ci piaceva era anche tutte le piante intorno all'hotel. Ci sono anche un ristorante hainan e un hotpot Chongqing. guardiamo in attesa di tornare molto presto! Amiamo questo hotel!

È pulito e tempestivo, ma potrebbe usare un upgrade. Le strutture sono buone, anche se le piscine non sono tutte aperte. E 'molto deludente e le foto dell'hotel non rappresentano le condizioni attuali.

CCDPRobertsYalong Bay è STUPENDA. Mia moglie e io ci siamo goduti la bellezza di tutto. Il Golden Palm Resort è stato l'ideale: piscina incantevole, ottimi servizi, molto vicino alla spiaggia e con personale incredibilmente disponibile (grazie a 黄有花!). La colazione era varia e decente, anche se la macchina del caffè a volte si è rotta. Nel complesso, abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno e prenoteremmo sicuramente di nuovo!
